Our experience began wonderfully with an excellent driver named Rag. He was very informative and provided us with a fantastic experience! He ensured our belongings were secure, giving us peace of mind. He also brought us to a wonderful shop where we could purchase souvenirs at great prices. Additionally, he took us to a superb local establishment for some authentic jerk chicken and festival, which was incredibly flavorful and juicy. George, our tubing instructor, was phenomenal! He was a great entertainer, even with our small group. The Dunn River experience was truly exceptional! We had a wonderful time! Please remember to bring water shoes. Overall, it was an absolutely amazing experience!

Dunns River is definitely one of the most beautiful places in Jamaica, to experience walking in and along the waterfall and having amazing photo shoots and playing in the falls is an experience to remember.
It was our 2nd time tubing down the white river and it’s a fun, relaxing experience full of laughter. Our guide pointed out recommendations along the river and even stopped for us to get some drinks and some whacky tobaccy for those interested, ending at the ocean with beautiful views, then took us to a great lunch with Jamaicas famous jerk chicken and drinks.

I really wanted to give this tour 5 stars. Courtney Taylor tours were very kind and friendly and Sean and Adrian were excellent drivers with lots of information to share. They took great care of us.
I can’t find any reviews that talk about guests being on a cruise ship. We were docked in Falmouth and having no knowledge of the island we didn’t realize it would be over an hour drive to the falls. We were with 4 other people from the ship on the first leg and dropped them off for horseback riding. My husband and I were picked up there by Adrian and taken to the falls. He walked us in and made sure we got our tickets and then told us to meet him back in about 2 hours. The falls were pretty and definitely a challenge to climb. It was very crowded also. If you struggle with balance issues this is not for you. We are in good shape so it was manageable for us at 55 and 53 years old. BRING WATER SHOES or you will have to rent them. No negotiation on that! Also as other reviews mentioned bring cash in with you to tip each of your guides and the photographer if you purchase the pictures.
After the falls, Adrian took us to have jerk chicken. It was only the chicken, 2 festivals (a sort of Jamaican bread) and soda. We didn’t receive any sides as mentioned in other reviews.
When we got back in the van, Adrian told us we were not going to have enough time to do the river tubing which I was really looking forward to. We had gotten a later start leaving the port because we were waiting on two of the guests to arrive and this pushed our start time back. Plus with the hour or more drive back it was just impossible to make the tubing happen. Adrian said we will be getting a refund for the tubing so at least they are making it right for us.
We really did enjoy the falls and the lunch but it was so much driving we hadn’t counted on. This is a great activity to do if you are docked in Ocho Rios on a cruise ship but it is really too far from Falmouth and from the looks of the map probably Montego Bay as well.

Great tour with a knowledgeable tour guide, Jody. They hung out on the bridge at Dunns River Falls and took pictures of us along the way. The excursions werent too long and were not jammed with people which we appreciated. We went on a Sunday to try to avoid a ton of people

We really enjoyed this tour. Our driver was Norman who was a great driver, knowledgeable and friendly! Dunn’s River was a beautiful attraction and the stars was very nice and fun. Cave tubing was at calypso rafting and we received VIP treatment! It was the best. Our tour guide was Dwight and he was awesome and so sweet. I do have two suggestions for the tour operator. 1st is having a cooler with water bottles that the driver can hand out. 2nd is having quicker response times. Even so it was still a great experience and would recommend this tour to others.

The entire experience was amazing! The Dunns River Falls was very fun but the river tubing was our favorite. Shuttle ride was on time, and short between locations. Our driver and guides were fantastic!

Awesome day! Tyrone was THE BEST guide and driver for the day! The Falls are challenging, but worth it. KC knows exactly where to step all the way up. Our guide George made the river tubing extra special - as did the rum punch we bought to drink while floating around! It was an outstanding day all around.

Talia and Tyrone was great tour guides, Tyrone really answered all of my questions and gave good information., would recommend them felt safe with my family there. They were on time and excellent folks i also do like this company i would definitely book directly and leave out the middle man. This excursion i would recommend tubing and dunns river fallls its really like a 6 hour trip with driving factored into it..

Cannot recommend this more. The falls and river are such amazing activities, views were exceptional, food was at an authentic jerk cafe. Such a good experience, and our driver, Adrian, was so helpful, friendly, was always there to meet us after each activity, let us stop at a shop to try some rum tasters and you can do them in any order you like. Would give this 10 stars if we could.

They provided a list of items to bring. But it wasn´t full. We had to buy watershoes.
And they didn´t take normal visa/amex/master-card.
If this wouln´t happend this operator would get 5 stars.

Money! First off our driver Anthony was beyond amazing and was patient with us throughout the whole trip. He was very
Knowledgeable about his country and taught us the history in fun ways such as trivia or pointing out important landmarks. By the time we reached the falls we were already too entertained by the history and conversation that we didn’t even realize. Then the falls excursion itself was gorgeous, you almost can’t believe your eyes. The climb up wasn’t too challenging but it definitely gives you a sense of accomplishment when you finish. You go in a group with a separate guide and even he made an effort to make jokes and include everyone in your group. Then after the falls was done Anthony came to pick us back up and took us to the next excursion. The tubing was relaxing definitely slower than I expected but did pick up at times. The best and final thing you do is lunch where you go to the jerk shack and get some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. The trip to the jerk shack felt like an excursion in of itself because of the real vibes and size of the plate lol! Definitely a 15/10 excursion and I’d recommend anyone coming to Jamaica to do. It’s an UNREAL deal for the price. The excursion wouldn’t be the same without Anthony and I can’t stress that enough (I’d even request him lol), with his stops for pictures, knowledge, and jokes you really get to enjoy the journey. He was the only one that day not to hound us for a tip and the only one that day to deserve one no questions asked!

What a great experience. Our tour operator Jay let us do the falls on our own time. Be prepared for the local vendors wanting to sell you stuff. The tubing was very relaxing. The dinner, Jerk chicken at Scotties was the best I had eaten the whole trip. I would highly recommend this excursion.

The excursion itself was great! The drivers were very courteous, made sure all needs were met & we arrived to all locations safely. Climbing the falls was 1 of the highlights of our trip. However, we paid for pictures that were taken during the climb that we have yet to receive. Unfortunately I forgot the plastic phone covers at home so those were the only pictures taken of us that day. Tubing afterwards was relaxing & lunch at Jerk Central was great!
