We pickup all travellers -For travelers who are staying at Hotels or Villas, you will be picked up at your Hotel or Villa Lobby. This Tour and price is set for pickup in Ocho Rios and close by surrounding areas. If you do not see you Hotel or Villa listed it is likely that you are out of our pickup Zone. Please contact us to verify. -For travelers arriving on Cruise Ships in Ocho Rios there are TWO Cruise Ship Piers. (1)Ocho Rios Cruise Ship Pier located on Turtle Beach Road. (2)Reynold's Pier located at 2 Main street Ocho Rios. your pickup info is as follows from each. You will meet up with your driver inside the Cruise Ship Port. Upon arrival of Port lobby in Ocho Rios Jamaica, you will let Port Authorities know that you have an independent Tour Company for your pickup(The name of the tour Company's name will be listed on your booking confirmation email) . Port Authorities will contact us then to come inside the port for your pickup. Your driver will be a minute outside the port waiting for a call to pickup your group. We will also be in contact therefore we will have smooth pickup. Our contact numbers are available and listed on your booking confirmation email if the need be to contact us directly.

We had rain which prevented us to do the excursions on the scheduled date but we were able to the next day and everything went smoothly. It was a wonderful experience and our driver was knowledgeable and so kind!

Getting hustled

Overall this was an ok experience for us. The activities themselves were fun but at every single turn someone was trying to upsell us on something else. Rafting- do u want to buy a massage? How about some rum punch? How about some beads? Horseback riding- do you want to buy some photos? Come look over here at what I make. I understand that this is part of the hustle culture in Jamaica but it was exhausting and took away from the fun. However our driver, Courtney was great and very helpful. He even took us to a local spot for lunch. If you choose to book make sure you bring plenty of cash for tips and if you want to purchase any addons.

Bamboo Rafting was our absolute favorite - Book it now!!

Michael picked us up in a nice van which we could easily get in and out of. He was great and told us about Jamaica and places as we passed by them. He drove us to Horseback riding on the beach and to the bamboo rafting excursions. He waited on us and never left us while we completed both excursions. We felt completely safe with him and appreciate the fact that he kept us away from the vendors by letting us stay in the car until it was time for the bamboo ride to start. Afterward he drove us to a shopping mall which was not on the list of things to do and we were pleasantly surprised about that. He went the extra mile when he didn't have to. We will call on him the next time we go to Jamaica. He was wonderful. The bamboo rafting excursion was one of our favorites. It was relaxing, beautiful and so peaceful. I highly recommend doing this. Our guide even let us get off of the raft and collect shells for a bit. I can't say enough about this one. Just book it.

The bamboo ride seemed like a ploy to get you to buy stuff at the turn around point since we spent more time at the “chill out” spot with the vendors then we spent on the raft. The excursion states it’s from 8-5, but both activities took about an hour total to do, without drive time.

The "chill-out" spot is a popular destination for many of our guests, offering a chance to relax, enjoy the culture, scenery, and interact with local vendors which is a optional stop. While the total duration of the excursion may have seemed shorter than anticipated, we understand when having fun the time may seems shorter than the actual time spent. You got picked up from your hotel at 9:00am, round-trip driving time is 2hr, both activities duration was approximately 1hr&45 minutes long and you were returned to your hotel at approximately 2pm. As we strive to provide accurate information about our excursions, and we apologize if there was a misunderstanding. Please check again the information regarding the duration as it seems you missread opening hours for duration. Thanks again for booking with us.

We had an amazing time ! Our rafting guy(blue shirt) was so entertaining. He allowed us interact and move the rafting ourselves. The music was great, vibes were great ! The horseback riding was an experience also. Getting in the water was scary but the guys knew what they were doing !
