All the staff were very helpful in getting my husband and me to the right place. My husband uses an electric scooter due to a stroke. They showed us where to park it. The driver, Albert also brought the van right to the curbside to pick us up. He was attentive and supported my husband throughout the entire tour. Albert's knowledge of Jamaica's history was very impressive. The comfortable van was also appreciated. Thanks for such a wonderful time in Jamaica.

Our guide was very knowledgeable about Jamaica. He kept us engaged the entire time and not just with the historical stuff but with the cultural vibe of Ocho Rios. He was also kind and did not rush us even though we were getting rained out. He also took us to places we wanted to go to to grab some personal stuff. In the beginning, the coordinator Dalton, was so kind and patient in getting our trip set up considering there was a mix up in the date scheduled. I would 10/10 recommend this company. The bus/van was good as well.

Very convenient and the tour makes everything easy for you. Directions where to go, getting picked up in a very comfortable and Air conditioned van. Friendly tour guide, if you book I RECOMMEND ALBERT, He is very friendly, knowledgeable, he goes at your pace. You can ask him any question and he either knows or will find out for you. He took us to Amazing places and the scenic route was beautiful and a delicious spot to grab food. I will definitely book here when I come back!

This was a very pleasant, and very easy tour. We had very little walking. It did not go to Dunns, or the skyride though. Albert, our guide, was very professional and also friendly. I asked him a bazillion questions about Jamaica and he had all the answers. He was also a very good, and careful driver. If you've seen some of the roads in Jamaica, you'll appreciate that. We were able to bring a conventional wheelchair. One of us can no longer walk more than 5 minutes, so we brought it just in case, but we didn't need it. But I would definitely email first to be sure though. They responded very quickly to emails when I asked about the chair. Very pleased with the tour.

This a private tour in an updated van for an incredible price! Albert was our guide and was an excellent historian, sociologist, culturalist, and driver. He had so much knowledge about Jamaican every day life. From fern gully to Mick Jaggers house to the white river and town he was full of information and local knowledge. We had a wonderful tour and loved our time on the tour!

We have done most of the Ocho Rios excursions. This time we just wanted a drive around to explore the area and this tour was perfect. Had a leisurely tour with Patrick and we were his only two passengers so it was like a private excursion for a few hours making several stops. Patrick is a great guide, good information and courteous. I highly recommend this tour.

Well What a fantastic experience. Dalton was our private driver and he demonstrated excellent knowledge about the local area especially local plants. He picked some leaves for us to make tea with. We saw local communities both working class and some of the more affluent areas. We learnt about local cultures and some of the history of the island. If you only do one trip and are staying in the north of the island I would highly recommend this tour to learn a little bit about where you are staying.

What an awesome day spent exploring Ocho Rios. Our guide Dalton went above and beyond to ensure our day of siteseeing was perfect. From our prompt pick up, to the taking us all through the many different communities to give a true picture of how the locals live, to giving us recommendations on where to pick up souvenirs, and even make an extra stop so we could pick up some jerk chicken at a local restaurant, Dalton made sure nothing got missed.
We were picked up right at the inner gates of the cruise port, then continued on up the mountain and through Fern Gully where Dalton told us about the local flora, and gave us some insight on the effects and damage caused by the massive hurricane that devastated parts Jamaica last fall.
We stopped at talked to explore a small garden where Dalton took time to tell us about the different fruits that grow on the island and how the locals use various different tree and bush leaves to brew flavourful teas.
We passed by several different churches and schools along our way to a mountaintop lookout at a new venue called "Oceans on the Ridge" where we had time to take in the breathtaking birds-eye view looking out over Ocho Rios.
We made a short stop to visit a local "spice man" named Dennis talked to us about some of the different spices used to make Jamaican cuisine. He also cracked open a fresh coconut and made us a "Jamaican pina colada" (fresh slices of coconut coated in cane sugar!
On our way back to the port we stopped at White River to check out the bamboo rafts, then made a quick stop at a souvenir store to pick up some presents for family back home.
Our last stop was at the Ocho Rios Jerk Centre where Dalton made the perfect recommendation to grab a "Combo" to go (1/4 jerk chicken, beer/ soda, and 2 "festival"). I highly recommend!
Dalton finished by dropping us back at the port.

We had a very nice half day private tour with Albert in Ocho Rios. We were met at the cruise dock by Dalton, who drove us a short distance to where our guide Albert was waiting for us. Albert was very knowledgeable and kind, and a great driver as well. We saw many interesting plants and learned about their medicinal properties and how they are used. We saw nice vistas with ocean views, neighborhoods with mansions, neighborhoods where most people live, a view of the mountain where Bob Marley is from and some other attractions. It was an enjoyable tour and a good value for the money.

The tour gives you a real “local” view of the area. We got to see where the locals lived, went to church, school and shopped. We also learned some history of Ocho Rios, “ Eight Rivers” and enjoyed the scenic cool ride. We asked for a spot where the locals go to eat, while the food was expensive. It was extremely good. I am wondering in this economy if the pricing is the same for local families. Our tour guide and owner of the company, Dalton was very knowledgeable, patient and very friendly with us. I am coming off of a knee replacement surgery and he took great care in making sure I was comfortable. Waited for me as I was moving a lot slower than my daughter. This local tour is a must for anyone who wants to see the local side of Ocho Rios. It was very safe, informative and beautiful 🤩

I was only in Jamaica for 2.5 days for a wedding and wanted to find a tour for myself and my mom that we could fit into our schedule. I would recommend this tour to anyone - whether you have a couple days in the area like myself or more time to enjoy. This tour is jam packed with history, culture, a taste of local fruits, herbs, and spices, and a true experience of Ocho Rios. Our guide, Dalton is extremely knowledgeable and added so many insights as we made our way through each stop on the tour. The pick up from our hotel was seamless, easy, and I really felt we were able to take our time through the tour, stop and take pictures, and simply enjoy! If you are thinking of booking this tour, you really cannot beat the value. We saw so much and really had an excellent experience. If I had more time I would have definitely done another excursion with this company. Thanks again!

If you're looking for a perfect couples or family quest while visiting Jamaica, Quest Transfers and Tours is your answer.
We chose Quest Transfers and Tours after a different tour operator required a minimum number of people per booking.
Turns out our private tour with Dalton as our driver was the way to go. He picked us up in the hotel lobby, identifying sign in hand, right on schedule, even waiting a few minutes as we handled a matter at the check-in desk. In his clean van, Dalton took us on the same itinerary as the original sightseeing tour, while sharing the rich history and culture of Ocho Rios and Jamaica along the ride. We enjoyed our stop in Fern Gully learning about the native plants and their usefulness, as well as opportunities to buy souvenirs as we pleased.
We didn't even think about it or ask, but Dalton also included a nice rest stop with a beautiful view of Ocho Rios and the ocean and photo ops. We chose to conclude our tour with a stop at Ocho Rios Jerk Centre for a leisurely bite to eat before heading to our hotel. Dalton asked if we wanted to see or stop anywhere else. He was so considerate and patient.
Thanks again, Dalton, for a wonderful tour filled with great information and your warm hospitality. You'll be our first choice the next time we're in Ochi or anywhere close!

The best experience ever! Mr. Dalton was so knowledgeable, caring, and fun! The tour took us into the heart of Jamaica learning about true culture, interacting with the people, and seeing the beauty of what Jamaica is really about. We laughed, learned, and by the end were fully immersed in the experience. My group thoroughly enjoyed this tour and will definitely book again!

April 10th, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful time with tour guide Dalton! 😍😍😍😍 . His insights of Ochi Rios, Jamaica city's history and culture were truly captivating, We learned so much about the area. The pace of the tour was perfect, allowing us to explore various Parish and shopping without feeling rushed.
The highlight for me was the visit to the hillside where we met the locals and learned of various plants for healing purposes. Sampling spices from the Spice Man was awesome. His detailed explanations of the island’s history and the stories behind it were fascinating, and I appreciate how he made the experience interactive. The stop at Tah Majal and other shops on was also a great way to experience local life. Dalton was so accommodating, he even let us add the Bamboo Rafting tour to our excursion . We lunched at Ochi Center Jerk chicken to experienced authentic Jerk Chicken😋
I would also like to compliment Dalton for taking really care of us 😍. You were a great host and made the tour a truly memorable experience. Thank you again for sharing your passion for Ochi Rios. I would highly recommend this tour to others."
