Our family had the best experience on this tour. Keresha and Kerian were exceptional, friendly, informative, attentive, charismatic. Kerian was a very cool cool bartender. Leo was our driver and he did an outstanding job, save driving, great music, very friendly as well. Overall this tour with the reggae hill crew was fantastic, I would recommend it 100 % I would recommend this team without a doubt.

Would use a different tour company

This was not what I expected. Received a notification from the tour operator that I would be picked up for the excursion at 8:55. The day of the driver calls me at 8:30 and tells me I’m late. He was told a different start time. My driver also told me it was a private tour, this was not mentioned when I booked the excursion online. It was just me and my mom. Kind of crazy to be rushed when we were the only people on the tour. To be honest I would have preferred to be with a larger group. I tried to make the best of the situation after a bumpy start, but my driver spent most of the time on the phone and drove without much attention to the road. The 4 course tapas lunch was actually just one main course and ice cream. The stops at Blue Hole and Dunn’s River Falls were great - each stop there was a guide that walked me through everything. But the cherry on top of the whole day was my driver’s continual story about how it’s difficult for people to make a living here without tips. So at the end of the day I left a tip out of obligation. There are so many tours in Jamaica that go to Blue Hole and Dunn’s River Falls. If I could do this tour again I would, but I would choose a different tour company. I was not happy with this tour booked through Viator.

Our guide Chin and the bus driver were absolutely amazing. Our guide into blue hole was fantabulous as well as our guide Tammy at Dunn river Falls. You’ll be remiss not to include reggae Hill. It was the top of the line as far as dining. The food was excellent and it totally fit the atmosphere.

This was an amazing excursion. Our tour guide George was hilarious and taught us a lot of Patois. The ride was fun but of course the most memorable part were the waterfalls. One of our favorite excursions so far.

Awesome tour! The guides were amazing. Our transportation guide, George, was the best. He was very knowledgeable about Jamaica, the culture, and it’s history . He answered all of our many questions. The only negative thing I can say is that the tour company in Jamaica was not good with communicating when I reached out to them with questions.

We narrowly missed the first tour bus, so they put us in our own personal van with a couple from Norway. Had an absolute ball. The falls guides scampered over the rocks in bare feet and held our hands to help us over some of the steeper sections. Food was great at Reggae Hill. Finished up with a shopping stop.

Not what was planned or told

The Tour guide wasn’t friendly and it was frustrating that you must have cash to buy water shoes and phone holders, even though they said we could pay with a card before leaving. I didn't feel prepared, as I no one warned us that we must have cash since no one takes cards, this took away from the tip $ we would have liked to have been able to give out across the day. We were also forced to take valuables with us on the hike/excursion. Overall, no one warned us at any point during booking that the total hours of this trip was just shy of 12 hours due to the traffic. You loose a whole day of your trip in just traveling on a bus. It took 3 hours to get to the destination and you have multiple stops along by way picking up others. Our tour guide also left us early and got off the bus before we were back at our hotel. Overall, not impressed by the bus tour guide or itinerary. Lunch at Reggae hill was tasty and the actual excursions were fun.

Trevor and Roger in Dunn River Falls were especially great and our group had a lot of fun with them!

My husband and I had the best time. We are still talking about the tour days later. The views and experience are once and a lifetime. And our tour guides at both locations (Leneisha on the bus, Sam at Blue Hole and DJ at Dunn’s River were phenomenal - be sure to bring plenty of cash to tip these hard working guides - they deserve it). Highly recommend!
