Waterfalls, Tubing, Jerk Chicken Oh My!!!

Dunns River is definitely one of the most beautiful places in Jamaica, to experience walking in and along the waterfall and having amazing photo shoots and playing in the falls is an experience to remember. It was our 2nd time tubing down the white river and it’s a fun, relaxing experience full of laughter. Our guide pointed out recommendations along the river and even stopped for us to get some drinks and some whacky tobaccy for those interested, ending at the ocean with beautiful views, then took us to a great lunch with Jamaicas famous jerk chicken and drinks.

Omar Tours was amazing! Both drivers were very kind and shared many insights over the beautiful island of Jamaica. We were picked up from our resort, dropped off at our bamboo rafting excursion and then again at the blue hole and gulley falls. The transportation was clean and accommodating!

Great time, long wait between activities

The tubing was great. Keno and Kumar were fun. We waited and waited for the pickup to take us from the tubing to the blue hole. That was disappointing. Iesha and Sean our drivers were kind and took us to a great place, Linda’s, where we could purchase Jerk Chicken. Soooo good. The blue hole was amazing too.

This is a MUST excursion....

This is a MUST excursion. Did this with my significant other and we had a wonderful time. Our day started by being picked up by our tour guide Iesha and driver, Shawn. They were both so wonderful throughout the day-informing us of Jamaican facts/history throughout our car ride to the excursions. They even stopped at a local store so if we forgot our water shoes/towels we could picks some up. We had a longer ride to our excursions and on the way home and they were wonderful about stopping for us to use the bathroom if needed. They even stopped for us to get lunch prior to our boat ride at a local Jamaican restaurant and the food was AMAZING! The excursions themselves were so fun and the areas were beautiful. Highly recommend this company to anyone as Iesha and Shawn made this trip unforgettable would definitely book with them in the future!

Magical experience: Horseback and Bamboo Rafting

Quest Transfers and Tours (Dalton) was communicative from booking through the excursion's end. He made the entire trip worry-free, including helpful tips on navigating and avoiding local vendor interactions (based on previous customer experiences). He was very timely, friendly and informative about the island. Horseback on the beach was like out of a movie-- magical. Our guide Omar was pleasant and a great teacher on horse handling and the land itself (plants, etc). This was truly a private tour, just us, our horses Princess and Sheba and the beautiful beach. We rode on the beach for about 15 minutes then entered the water to make the trip back to the starting point. Along the way, Omar took a bunch of awesome pictures and videos with our phones, even stopping for some posed shots of us. These captured moments include spectacular views and the natural sounds of the ocean, making the experience one we can relive for years to come! From horseback riding to the bamboo experience was about a 10-minute drive. Bamboo rafting itself was beautiful and tranquil. Our only critique was the limestone massage option. Even though we expressed that we were not interested, our raft captain continued to pressure us and try to convince us otherwise. It took my husband having to express visible disagreement before he let it go. The trip itself was lovely (as advertised). Each captain decorates their raft to represent Jamaica, including music (Bob Marley of course!) and opportunities to have our pictures taken (with our phones) steering the raft and of us at the head of the raft. The trip stops at a small beach where there are a few vendors (which Dalton had prepared us for). They allowed us to enjoy the beach, take pictures and not bother us. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The trip back to the start point was just as relaxing. On the way back to the hotel, Dalton asked if we wanted to make any other stops for food, or shopping. We recommend Quest Transfers and Tours excursions!

Bachelorette Party

This was great. The guys were so accommodating, full of life and caring. I told them that we were celebrating a Bachelorette event and they had it all decorated with balloons and signs. So thoughtful of them. They allowed us to really have a good time, we brought our own drinks and also enjoyed their cooler filled with drinks. It was a good time. Highly highly recommended if you want to have a memorable time.
