Booked this excursion no one showed . I had to call to have someone answer and say we are not accommodating the request. They didn't answer when viator customer service called either.

Customer was fully refunded immediately and Please note that this reservation was made less than 2 hours before the scheduled activity time. I had an amazing experience from pick up to drop off. Our driver even went out of his way to take us to a local restaurant spot and waited for us to finish eating. Excellent, clear communication and my photos were delivered to me in less than 24 hours and came out absolutely stunning! I 100% recommend and will be booking with Taylor Jamaica Tours every time I visit Jamaica!
