We had an amazing time at Dunns River Falls. We visited on a day when no cruises were in town, hence more quiet, no crowds. We got to go on a guided hike up the falls with lots of opportunity for photos. Guides were friendly and fun and kept everyone from slipping!

The driver picked us up from resort on time and was super friendly and nice. He let us keep our stuff inside the van rather than renting a locker there. Gave advice on how to avoid the vendors selling stuff. Overall great experience!

Go when there are no cruises in port then it’s not so busy. And get a guide it can be tricky to navigate

What a cool experience. Godfrey was a pleasant driver and got us to the location quickly. The climb up the falls was slippery but fun. I had figured I’d be fine with the plastic sandals I had but was forced to buy water shoes. They were just $11 at the falls so bring with you or purchase when you get there. We waited a bit at the end for the rest of the tour but overall was a good trip. Note: if you come from the cruise boat terminal go to the middle gate where someone will call the driver.

Dunns River Falls is a most visit place for anyone in Ocho Rios.
Our driver, Craig, and our tour guide Sunshine were amazing. They made us feel welcome. They provided us with drinks during this tour.

Not what we expected but a good time. It’s not going on a waterfall tour it’s cooking a waterfall! Def good experience but not what we imagined going into it

This excursion was awesome!! So much fun and action packed. The tour guides were phenomenal, especially “Mr. T”. Love that they capture all the moments while your climbing the falls… I never would have gotten those shots. If you’re coming to Ocho Rios don’t miss Dunn’s River Falls! It was great!

This was something new and risky for my age; But the staff are very helpful and friendly. They go with everyone in the hole process, which make you feel save. Is really exiting and wonderful. I think, I will do it again in another opportunity! Thank guys! I recommend it 200%

Fun, fun, fun. Tour guides a very helpful throughout the entire tour. After the tour, the locals are selling food, clothes, souvenirs, etc. Would highly recommend 10/10

Our driver was great but took us to a spot for water shoes where I was ripped off. I am happy to support the local economy but not if I am paying more than at Dunns river. The shoes at Dunns river was about $11 new. I paid even more. Should have haggled the price down.

Climbing the Falls is challenging but thrilling. Everyone is willing to lend a helping hand. Not for persons
with walking or stability limitations. We did not climb,
just watched the others.
Our driver/guide was Orette and he was great! Perfect communication with tour
coordinator. No problem locating our transport after disembarking cruise ship. Comfortable vehicle and water/soda included. Ask for Orette when booking this excursion! He instructed us on the Do's and Don't especially about the
eager vendors.
You can't go wrong
with a Viator tour.
Very professional and courteous. I will continue to book
with Viator in the future.

It’s more exciting than what I expected, also we followed the tour guide climbing up the stones of the river falls and making us can’t skip or wait (give up)! Also I got a very friendly guy in our group who always pull me up on those stones!
I felt my adrenaline up during the entire tour and my arm and leg muscles pain next day!

Our driver Godfrey was awesome and punctual. Gave us a short tour on the way to and from Dunn's River Falls from SDR. Escorted all the way to the falls tour guide, and was waiting for us as soon as we were done. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful about the thh JJ e whole event, our tour guide Ewin was fun and took our safety very serious, Kema, our videographer captured every fun moment as we climbed the falls, formed a human chain and enjoy the trill of the climb all of these moments will be treasured forever.

Awesome trip up Dunns River Falls. This tour took us to the falls and got us set up with a guide. They take u up. Had 2 first timers and one was overweight but she made it! The guides were awesome. Then our bus guide met us at the end. Amazing climb up the beautiful falls

We had already decided not to climb the falls based on all the reviews. What was not mentioned are all the steps to get to the views and the beach. Thank goodness my 79 year old mother was able to get down and back up. The Viator driver was super friendly.
