Our experience with Courtney Taylor and the Blue Hole and River Tubing Combo in Ocho Rios was great! I traveled with my partner and family, and from start to finish, everything felt seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely fun.
Even though the weather didn’t fully cooperate and we had some rain, the team completely turned it around and made the day one of the most memorable of our trip. That alone speaks volumes about the level of care and professionalism.
A huge highlight was our guide, Tilia. She was sweet, funny, and instantly broke the ice with our group, making everyone feel comfortable and excited right away. She brought such great energy to the experience and really made it special.
We also had a fantastic driver, Tyronne, who was friendly, reliable, and made the journey smooth and enjoyable. You could tell we were in great hands the entire time.
Between the stunning Blue Hole, the fun of the river tubing, and the warmth of the staff, this was truly a standout experience. Rain and all, it’s something we’ll be talking about for a long time. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ocho Rios.

The tubing was great. Keno and Kumar were fun. We waited and waited for the pickup to take us from the tubing to the blue hole. That was disappointing. Iesha and Sean our drivers were kind and took us to a great place, Linda’s, where we could purchase Jerk Chicken. Soooo good. The blue hole was amazing too.

We had several concerns with Courtney Taylor Private Tours and they lied about most of the facts to Viator when I complained after the Cruise was over. Viator was responsive via e-mail and gave us a small partial refund that came directly from Viator, which was very appreciated by us. Apparently, Courtney Taylor Private Tours is pretty persuasive when they lie, and we had a hard time with Viator believing that we were telling the truth. Nevertheless, because they valued our past and future business, they gave us a small partial refund. The biggest lie from Courtney Taylor Private Tours on our 02/22/2026 excursion to Ocho Rios & River Tubing was that they gave fraudulent signed documentation to Viator to “prove” that we knew that we were on a “shared tour”. My husband and I only signed a signature page and not any type of documentation that we were sharing a tour that also went to Dunn Falls, Jamaica. The second lie was that my E-ticket gives a date and starting time of 9 AM on Sun., Feb. 22, 2026. Prior to the Cruise, they notified us to meet at the meeting place 30 minutes after docking, which would have been 7:30 AM. There we’re only 5 people on this tour, 2 of which was myself & my husband. All of us were traveling on the Norwegian Dawn. The other couple never got the message of meeting early and we had to wait until 8:10 AM before they showed up to start on our excursion. The website quoted our trip time of 4 hours. It did not quantify the meeting point, which for us was Falmouth, which is a good distance from Ocho Rios. Consequently, we were on their tour for 6 1/2 hours total. Of that, the river tubing was only 30 minutes long and the Blue Hole was approx. 60 minutes. The 3 other guests were dropped off at Dunn Falls first because that was a longer excursion than our river tubing and we had to wait for them to finish. While we’re waiting, we were taken to a store to go shopping, which was not on our itinerary nor was was it what we wanted to do.

we thank you for your feedback and we appreciate all honest feedback so we can make our products better. The guest book this tour stating guest was coming to the Ocho Rios port knowing that the Blue hole and river tubing from Montego Bay and Falmouth is $50 per person more expensive base on the longer drive time. When we keep searching for the ship we realize it was coming to Falmouth. We try to reach guest however guest was unreachable so knowing that we prioritize our guest we allow her to do the tour at the cheaper rate even though it cost more. The guest requested a full refunded because the drive time from Falmouth to Ocho Rios is an hour each way so the tour would have been longer than the drive time of 25 minutes each way for Ocho Rios. Guest full refund request was rejected and we provide all sign waiver from the Blue hole attraction and river tubing with where she wrote her name and her partner name and both signature. The signature match her Identification card so we wonder how could we have provide fake documents. The guest try everything and threaten us to leave a terrible review and we still reject guest because this guest is unfair and we refuse to be bully by guest while we already gave her the $100 discount. Viator did not gave her any money it was Courtney Taylor Tours who took the loss by not requesting for guest to pay the additional cost for the tour. This review is very much false please see all our other reviews and you will be able to see the truth.

What an awesome experience! Our driver knew a back road to each destination and avoided the heaviest traffic. Our guides at both the Blue Hole and River Rafting were seasoned professionals who greatly enriched our experience. Our shopping stop was pleasant and included delicious rum punch. I highly recommend this tour. It was THE BEST!

Driver and tour guide were excellent. Picked me up at my air bnb. Very responsive and helpful. The tours themselves were moderate activity level and were well organized. Only thing I would advise is bringing small bills US or Jamaica dollars to tip the lifeguard at blue hole and your guide down the white river for tubing. Also bring a water case for your phone

This was so worth it!! The river is absolutely beautiful. Tubing was so much fun. Just enough of small rapids which made it exciting. The Blue Hole is beautiful and was so much fun jumping. Our driver RJ was excellent and gave us good tips! Bring cash for various guide tips and photos at the Blue Hole.

The blue hole was beautiful. I don’t think it was literally a blue hole but it was a nice waterfall. The river tubing was a hoot! The guides did a great job of keeping all the inner tubes moving and away from the rocks and trees. There were some rapids in the small stream. It just made the experience fun. I laughed like a kid. That said, be prepared to tip. The guide and driver are basically just getting you to two independently run excursions. So you tip the guides at the first excursion. You tip the guides at the second excursion. And then you tip the tour guide and bus driver.

Please DO NOT book with this company for your tour. I will not be booking through Viator again either. Got off our cruise and could not locate the tour guide, any signs or advertisement for the tour or contact anyone from the company to figure out how to connect with them for the tour. I had other tour guides from Norwegian as well as independent tours trying to figure out where to go and no one find them. Port Authorities got involved as well and could not figure it out either. They apologized and stated that some tour companies are "no good" and this must have been one of them. We had 6 tickets and over 600+ dollars invested in this tour and we got nothing. Contacted the tour company and zero response. Finally contacted Viator for support and they offered none stating they reviewed "material" and deemed it was un-refundable. What a joke - I have used Viator in the past, but this unethical and a total scam. There are a ton of independent tours available for Jamaica outside of using the Viator app. They are less expensive and actually deliver.

Good day, we thank you very much for booking with us however unfortunately this guest did not take a tour with us so this review is false/void. We submit all relevant details to port authorities of Jamaica and we the tour operators with 15 other guest waited over 90 minutes on this guest. We called, we message, we viator chat this guest we even contact viator to contact the guest to no avail. We waited over 2 hours on this guest. We purchase port entry ticket, buy gas and pay driver salary for a no show of the guest. We are a reputable company that have been operating for almost 20 years and we are one of the leading tour companies in Jamaica. We have never receive any review of a no show for guest however guest that do party and choose not to come off ship will tend to leave this kind of review which we are unable to control but to share our side. This was all a no show for the guest not because no one was there. Even after we left the port manager was still looking out for guest group to call us however guest did not show up even up till now. We wish we got the opportunity to show you how beautiful our island is.
Please note guest only post this review because viator reject their refund request because the tour company nor viator was not at fault guest did not show up for tour.

We really enjoyed the blue hole and river tubing.
Blue hole - we have to say that it was different to what we were expecting from the pictures. The water wasn't as blue for a start! When we were told to go up to the ledge and jump, it suddenly seemed quite daunting but we did it and it was an enjoyable experience and worth visiting.
River tubing - this was great fun. The guide went down with us to ensure all was ok. The scenery is beautiful and it's so relaxing. We would definitely do this again.
For both activities it was mainly shaded areas which was good for me so you don't need to worry about too much sun cream. The driver was really lovely, picked us up on time and drove us to each place telling us about the island as we on the move.
Overall, a very enjoyable few hours and very much worth booking this trip. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our transportation team and the guides that assisted us on our tours. The Blue Hole and River tubing were amazing!
The only problem I had with the experience had nothing to do with our guides or the transportation team. It’s just a caution about the location in general. When we jumped in the water I lost my watch. My husband got a very suspicious text (from an iCloud account) saying it had been found. When I texted the account back from my phone they said they had found my watch and would return it…for $200 dollars!!! It wasn’t worth anywhere near that, and we weren’t about to go meet up with this disreputable individual. Make sure you don’t bring ANYTHING valuable on this adventure with you. I’m out a watch bc I had completely forgotten to take it off.

Thanks for your feedback. We always asked all guest to remove their watches as these items easily comes off while Jumping. The lagoons can be challenging to dive up these items when lost and we have other individuals who is not affiliated with us on the river. Once they go and dive up these item they will charge, something we can't control unless we know who the individuals are.

This was a really fun day on land. Our tour guide Shannon and driver Omar from Courtney Taylor Tours were great and picked us up right at the Ocho Rios Cruise Port. Our kids 13 and 9 enjoyed the tubing but the highlight was Blue Hole. It was definitely crowded but our guide there Mikey helped our group navigate the climb to the top and hit all the jumps. Guides were also all around to help out and take photos (with your camera, though there was also a guy taking photos to see you).

The Blue Hole was a lot of fun although it's a little treacherous getting to the upper pools. Several points to jump into pools but not a lot of time to linger in them. It was overcast so the true blue wasn't there but enjoyed just the same. Unfortunately the river tubing was canceled due to low water in the river, so that was a disappointment, especially when we wasted almost an hour waiting for the river to rise.

This experience was great! I don't swim but my spouse does. The leaders kept us together and assisted those who don't swim. I enjoyed the tubing down the river. We passed by some parts where homeless people were bathing in the river or trying to catch fish to eat. We passed by some places that were trashy or where trash was being burned up. Other than that, great experience.

Tubing was fine, enjoyable. Blue Hole was a treacherous and dangerous trek, very slippery and rickety wooden steps. Would not recommend. Have been at a Blue Hole in Ocho Rios before and it was very superior to this location. Jump area very congested. Twisted knee on slippery rock.

Not sure how you may have twisted your ankle but for sure it can be a challenging activity and breed suited for those you are fit. Also please be reminded that if you are taken to another location by your driver it would means not all instructions were fallowed. We are very close to the lagoons or next to the lagoons and waterfalls therefore having along trek meant you went to the wrong location. Please fallow all instructions on your tickets or call the numbers on it. The blue hole is on the White River but base on the starting point it can be a longer adventure which is more challenging. We offer the direct tour to the lagoons and waterfalls.

The guides in the bus and at each location were amazing. They took extra care with the older folks and had extra fun with the younger folks. Had an incredible experience at both blue hole and the tubing. Highly recommended!

They only let us in the blue hole 10 minutes including walking in and out. Just enough time to jump one time and taking a couple of pictures. I would have preferred staying there like it was advertised then letting me in a restaurant to have lunch.

10mins would have been impossible as it takes roughy 5 mins just to reach the lagoons. I can’t expound much on this review as I am not sure what was the case why your tour wasn’t long enough but if it was the case we are truly sorry but I am absolutely sure there was some issue with your time why this might have happen. Sometimes guest delay pickup and other tours needs to be done but 10 mins is over exaggerating.

Nick the tour guide was amazing,fun, and charismatic. Highly recommend this tour. The only down fall is we didn’t bring a towel form our resort and we didn’t have any tip money for our van driver or for Nick. If any of you get Nick. Please tip him well he deserves it.
