-For travelers who are staying at Hotels or Villas, you will be picked up at your Hotel or Villa Lobby. This Tour and price is set for pickup in Ocho Rios and close by surrounding areas. If you do not see you Hotel or Villa listed it is likely that you are out of our pickup Zone. Please contact us to verify. -For travelers arriving on Cruise Ships in Ocho Rios there are TWO Cruise Ship Piers. (1)Ocho Rios Cruise Ship Pier located on Turtle Beach Road. (2)Reynold's Pier located at 2 Main street Ocho Rios. your pickup info is as follows from each. You will meet up with your driver inside the Cruise Ship Port. Upon arrival of Port lobby in Ocho Rios Jamaica, you will let Port Authorities know that you have an independent Tour Company for your pickup(The name of the tour Company's name will be listed on your booking confirmation email) . Port Authorities will contact us then to come inside the port for your pickup. Your driver will be a minute outside the port waiting for a call to pickup your group. We will also be in contact therefore we will have smooth pickup. Our contact numbers are available and listed on your booking confirmation email if the need be to contact us directly.

We had a blast; it was so much fun. I would definitely book again. Dunn River falls and Bamboo rafting was the best decision. Everyone was so nice and made the experience worth it.

Brought To the Wrong River

The problem with this tour is that we paid to raft down the White River, which we have done prior. This should have been a 45-minute scenic river ride. However, once we were on our raft we saw a sign that said "Rio Nuevo". Our raft guide confirmed we were not on the White River it was further away. The Rio Nuevo ride was a non-scenic 10-minute ride to a rocky beach on the ocean where we were asked to leave the raft and walk around. Then we floated around the corner to another area of that beach and was asked to leave the raft again and walk around. This was nothing we were interested in doing on our river tour since our resort was located on a much more beautiful beach. When we let the tour guide know we paid for the White River he did not offer to take us there. On the way to Dunns River Falls, we actually passed the beautiful White River. We would love for our $60 per person cost for this part of the tour to be refunded. If not, we highly recommend you do not use this local tour company.

Refreshing hike!

Dunn’s River Falls is a beautiful and refreshing experience — the water is cool and the natural setting is stunning. The climb itself is fun and manageable, offering a great mix of adventure and scenery. However, the experience was slowed down significantly by our guide stopping at nearly every step to take pictures. While some people may appreciate the photo ops, it made the pace feel a bit dragged out. It would be much better if they offered two guide options: one for those who want to take their time with photos, and another for those who just want to enjoy the climb at their own pace. Overall, it’s a must-do, but we’d recommend going without a guide if you prefer a more natural, uninterrupted experience.
