Great walking tour

Great concise tour. The nearly 2.5 hours went by quickly. Were not subjected to lectures and tutorials like some other walking tours, this was very interesting and we covered most of Munich's major sites in a fun, organised and insightful way. Great tour guide , very informative and (I believe ) unintentionally funny . We didn't have great weather but being there was more important that the scenery . If you miss out on views of the surrounding mountains then take a trip on the cable car in Salzburg another day . Other guests didn't appear to have read the description properly , it's clearly stated that the €35 for the ascent to the eagles nest is not included . Highly recommend.

Beautiful day trip to lovely castles

This was a great day spent touring a few of the more "modern" castles of Germany. Our guide, Annette, and driver, Zinat, were friendly and informative. I like Annette's personal childhood stories and how they relate to Germany today. Everything was well planned and explained to us before each stop. The only negative on this trip was the bus ride between the ticket booth and the bridge at Neuschwanstein Castle...the bus was full but then they squeezed our group of 26+ people on. We were literally standing face-to-face and back-to-back for the short ride up the hill. (They could have told us to wait for the next bus and everyone would have had a much more enjoyable ride!) The weather was beautiful, so we got lots of great pictures, both at Neuschwanstein and Linderhof. You are not allowed to take photos inside either castle, but still lots of opportunities of the exterior and the gardens. The guided tours inside each castle were very informative. We learned a lot about German history and royalty!

Magical day

What a lovely experience. Dimitri was a great guide. Explained the history of Bavaria excellently. The Linderhof palace was magnificent and the castle was as breathtaking as the pictures show. The experience was smooth and we had plenty of time to reach the Marienbrucke and take pictures. Definitely worth it.

There is not enough stars to tell you how good this tour is. If you’re going to Neuschwanstein this is the only way to go and I hope you get Dimitri as your guide because he is the best. The snacks are so helpful, beneficial and necessary. They take such good care of you. Worth every penny!
