Minhaj our driver...

Minhaj our driver greatest is with a nice cold water. Which was nice for this hot weather. He drove safely the entire day, not once did I feel like we were about to get into an accident. The tour guide Majid has an incredible amount of knowledge of the city. I'm surprised he has able to obtain all of it and explain it succinctly.

The perfect trip

The evening was perfect, our guide Mariam was lovely and made everything easy. We stopped off at a women’s collective where we were offered traditional bread with authentic dips and tea and also made the journey seem shorter. They briefly demonstrated how argan oils are made and offered products without pressuring us to purchase them. We arrived at the base where you can buy head wraps for 150 mad and took in the stunning views and facilities. The camel ride was good fun and short which worked well for us, any longer would have become tedious. This was followed by the quad-biking which was an amazing experience and lasted much longer, it felt safe and comfortable but was still adrenaline pumping. We then had a calm evening on the site where food and views were incredible. The sunset was a gorgeous sight from the base. The evening show was vibrant. Overall really enjoyed ourselves.

The 3-day tour to Merzouga desert with Musti was an amazing experience, I would definitely recommend it and do it myself again! Our local guide Musti is an incredible guide, very humble, friendly and he looked after us at all times! Gave us the best tips ever, suggested us where to buy things to spend less money, suggested us to do the quads at our arrival to the camp and return in the camels as we could have had much more fun and more time with the quads on our way to the camp. The only thing I would change is the restaurant where we had lunch on our first day, not worth the money.

We did a private tour with our superb guide Sofyan. Sofyan was very knowledgeable and made our tour very enjoyable. The stops for breakfast and another at the river for coffee were both good. Our hike was very interesting. To see how the Berbers live in the mountains was incredible! We learnt a lot and Sofyan even tried to teach us some Arabic and Berber! Lunch was amazing with local ladies cooking and wonderful views of the mountain! Would recommend.

Brilliant day out

We had a great experience on this tour, with our guide Ismail. The stops along the way were great, especially the argan oil cooperative, but the main event was the short hike up to the waterfalls. The mountains are beautiful, and our lunch by the river was great. Definitely need good shoes, and be prepared for lots of other visitors on the path up and down to the waterfalls. But overall a brilliant experience!

Family’s First Balloon Experience

This is truly a magical experience! A bucket list for my family and I and it didn’t disappoint! Such a peaceful chilled experience. The views were amazing! Anyone not sure on heights let me reassure you, it feels like you are floating! The tour was so well organised as well. Pick up was bang on time. A lovely coffee and off we went to the balloon launch site. A very well oiled machine. Breakfast after was great, just what we needed after our early get up 👍 I would recommend this experience without reservation and we are so glad we did it!

Fantastic experience!...

Fantastic experience! Glad we chose this company over the many others offering balloon rides. The take off site is some way away from the others which from we where looked like they were all crammed close together. We were first up in the air and were able to watch all of the others rise. The take off location offers views of the other balloons in the middle distance, the mountains in the far distance and the sun rising from behind them which made for great photographs. We had tea and cake on arrival and a huge breakfast afterwards, would definitely do this again and recommend it to anyone.

Worth every penny

This experience was AMAZING! Our driver Achraf (Ash) was so attentive and friendly. He spoke great English and had great conversations. He was there the whole time and we were so thankful for him!!! The quad bikes were so cool and such a great experience. The camels were amazing and picturesque. The dinner was SO GOOD and the show was so much fun! Definitely a great length of time. Worth every penny!!!!!

I had an amazing hot air balloon ride today, and our guide Lena made the experience truly unforgettable. She was incredibly friendly, funny, and created a relaxed, positive atmosphere for everyone in the group. From the very beginning she made sure everyone felt comfortable and included, and she paid attention to every single person. Lena explained everything clearly, kept the mood light with her great sense of humor, and made the whole experience even more special. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and wants everyone to have a fantastic time. Thank you, Lena, for such a wonderful experience. This was a fantastic experience. The pick up and drop off were on time and easy. The transfer was around an hour including picking up from other collection points. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything about the site and what to expect for the evening on our arrival. The tent was clean, comfortable and cosy. The location was beautiful and it's nice to be in the pool looking out towards the mountains. The sunset was just before dinner and was incredible to watch. The evening entertainment was so good, it had everyone up on their feet and involved in the entertainment. The food was also really good. Following the dinner we sat around a camp fire and listened to a singer and guitar under the stars which was lovely. We would recommend this to anyone whilst here it really was 10/10.
