Although pick up was delayed, we were picked up from the hotel and taken about 3km to an area where there were plenty of camels, including 4 month old babies.
There were also some lambs, puppies and even a 10 day old foal at the location.
Staff were really friendly and let us look around before leading us to our camels for the tour; cappuccino and Suzanna.
The private ride was great and there were a couple of stops on the way where the guide took pictures of us.
Unfortunately no flamingos at the river but the views were peaceful and beautiful.
The owner (who happened to pick us up) told us he moved from the Sahara to start up his business and it's clear from the condition of the animals how much he cares for them.
We didn't get the chance to add on food for this tour so had to get food when we got back to the hotel.
Would highly recommend this option for supporting a local company.

Lovely experience walking next to the river on the camels. Our guide was super friendly and professional. Gave us lots of info about Morocco and tried really hard to make sure we had a great time!

Really good experience, very friendly guide and driver, get full 75 mins on camels and got to see Flamengos, lots of them!!! Nice Moroccan tea afterwards. Very good value and highly recommended.

The pick up point was outside the gate of the commercial port. The driver arrived and took us to the location. We were greeted and took our camel ride without issue. We toured the shops across the street before loading onto a shuttle and asking to be dropped off at the local market.

Enjoyed camel ride however description of tour misleading. There was no river and a lot of waste along way. Dinner was not an option. Taxi driver was nice but difficult to understand.

Disappointed. Guided tour consisted of the guide telling us where the kings palace was and the river. He took some pictures and we turned around. We were guided through trees and waste. From the description we were expecting a bit more of an explanation of where we were and what was around us.
The small child guiding the camels was polite but asked for money at the end. Theres no way you'd be given a meal on the tour, wasn't even an option.

Be prepared for a long time in the saddle.you get a great time and your guide is very nice and gives you info about the area and takes plenty pics for you.this is a small family business rather than a big company.made it more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful experience. From the very start, communication was great, asking where exactly to pick us up. They were right on time. The camels were waiting for us as soon as we got to the meeting point and we got on our camels right away. Our guide led us through different paths and terrain which was very interesting. He also happily took a bunch of photos of us along the way. It lasted about two hours which is probably about as long as you would want to ride a camel. When we back to the starting point our driver was there ready to take us back. The whole experience was very well organized and everyone was really friendly. I highly recommend this activity.

Absolutely brilliant, the trip was so well organised, friendly guide picked us up from the hotel, we rode the camels for a solid 2 hours, rode round a village, castle, huge river. We are a group of five girls and felt very safe at all times. The guide took many photos from our phones and took some videos & photos from his own phone, he sent these to us after the trip for no extra money. We were very happy. Please leave a tip, they work very hard.

Was collected from my hotel and taken to the start location. I was assigned a camel and then we rode to a beautiful river and saw flamingoes. Had photos taken by the guides., who were both excellent and very nice. Then we rode back. It was 2 hours of riding which is absolutely plenty. We then had mint tea together with the other people on the tour which was lovely and then we were taken back to our hotels. Great experience and excellent value.

We had an excellent experience riding camels with this guide. We were picked up from our hotel at the time specified and driven to a location where the camels were waiting. From there we enjoyed a leisurely journey past the palace and down to the flamingo lake to watch the sunset. The camel ride was bumpy and my husband and I shared a camel each with one of our two children but good fun. It was quite a long journey probably lasting about 40 minutes each way but felt such an authentic way to see the local scenery. On the way back, we rode in the dark back to the home of our guide for refreshments. It was a really lovely way to see how local people live and flourish in Agadir.

The camel ride was about 90 minutes. Once you get used to it it gets more comfortable and more fun. ! The camels worked hard and behaved well. We saw some flamingos in the distance at the river Thank-you to our guide and the camels.
The only thing thst let it down was the taxi pick up as the seat belts didn't work and it didn't feel quite safe.
