We had booked this tour for the first night of our trip (honeymoon) and, unfortunately, didn’t end up having the tour. The tour started at 19:00pm - we arrived at 19:02 due to a local telling us of a “closure” in the souks and causing us to change our route (difficult if it’s your first ever time in Marrakech!). I contacted the guide when this happened and said we would be there shortly - no response. We then arrived and couldn’t find the guide/group - attempted to contact again with no response. Eventually accepted that they had clearly gone on without us so requested a refund. The guide finally responded saying they started without us and agreed to the refund. We thought there would perhaps be some understanding of people navigating the city (especially at night time when super busy!) but not even 2 minutes was given. Very appreciative that the refund was agreed promptly.

We booked this tour to learn more about the history of Marrakech and explore the souks and medina with an experienced guide. Ismail was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all our questions. He gave some good tips and explained how the medina comes alive at night which it certainly did. A fantastic cultural experience with olive and sweet treat tasting followed by traditional tea and soup in a little Moroccan cafe

Youssef, our tour guide, provided an exceptional night tour of Marrakech, taking us off the beaten path to explore the hidden gems of the Souks. His knowledge of the area was impressive, as he shared intriguing stories and historical insights at every turn. His English and French were very good. The tour felt personalized and immersive, even though we were in a small group, and it allowed us to experience the vibrant culture of Marrakech in a unique way. Youssef's passion for his city shone through, making the tour both educational and entertaining. Overall, a memorable and enriching experience thanks to Youssef's expertise and enthusiasm. My wife, Jennie, and myself, highly recommend this for anyone looking to discover the authentic charm of Marrakech.

The tour was great! There was lots of local knowledge and you see a lot of the souks and how the local communities work in Marrakech. We felt safe and never in any danger, as a group of girls. Would definitely recommend for first timers in Marrakech as he has lots of tips for when you go to the markets without a guide. Lots of great communication before hand to ensure we knew exactly where we were going.

We had a great experience of Marrakech as it changed from day to night. Monday was our last day in Marrakesh so we have been around already however the places Youssef the guide showed us were insightful, amazing and peaceful as we were not hounded by locals. The tour itself was enjoyable with the food tasting and others however for me Youssef was an exceptional guide, he went beyond the call of duty to provide us a world class customer service. Thank you.
