Kotor Experience Blue Cave and Tuk Tuk Panorama Tour

This 5.5-hour experience is designed for travelers who want to discover the main Unpacked Kotor Bay on a well-planned route. You will visit some of the most famous places in the bay, including Our Lady of the Rocks , the historic town of Perast, a hidden Yugoslavian-era submarine tunnel, the island of Mamula with panoramic views and the famous Blue Grotto. Boka Grand Cruise: Kotor, Blue Cave, Lady of the rocks from Budva

We start the journey by a tourist bus that departs from Petrovac and Budva and takes us to Tivat. In Tivat we board the MB Vesna and depart from Tivat at 10 o'clock. After one hour we dock in H.Novi, where passengers have 60 minutes of free time. After the break, we continue driving towards the open sea to the beach Žanjice. Free time of 75 minutes, guests use as they wish, to swim or to be transported to the Blue Cave by smaller boats. After the swimming break, we continue driving towards the island of Our Lady We arrive at Our Lady and you will have a break of about 40 minutes. The last 45 minutes we drive through the Bay of Kotor, which is the most interesting, and pass by the town of Perast. The next break is in Kotor, where passengers have free time to rest in the park and for an individual visit to the city. After a break in Kotor, we return by the same buses to the place of your departure.

Great tour!

If you’re traveling in the summer, bring water! And sunscreen and a hat. The meeting location was easy to locate from the cruise port exit with the assistance of several vendors along the way. All of them were very gracious and helpful. The check-in process was easy and the wait time was short. The boat was small, it held about 20 people. The ride was good and not too bumpy. The driver was very friendly and courteous. The music on the boat was good. The Lady of the Rocks is very small but interesting. There is a restroom but they charge to use it. The secret tunnels are very cool and the driver played music from one of the James Bond movies. The Blue Cave is clearly the highlight. The water is very clear and a beautiful blue color. I did not swim but everyone who did swim said it was great. On the way back to the shore, they stopped and gave all of us a large container with chunks of fruit! Absolutely awesome! I highly recommend going on this tour.

Best way to experience Kotor!

A delightful and delicious tour through old town with Jelena. A terrific historian, Jelena wove in stories and insights among the various food stops — all of which were tasty. The fresh mussels did not disappoint and were the highlight of the tour. Food was plentiful, the conversation was engaging making for a perfect day with Jelena. Super enjoyed.

We absolutely loved our experience with Ricky and Branco! We appreciated the history and information they provided, and they did a great job of showing us some amazing sites and answered our long list of questions. The blue cave was extremely crowded and not really safe to try and swim to given all the other boats, so Ricky suggested another cove that he knew of for us to swim. It was amazing, crystal clear water and very private. He was great with our teenage kids. We can’t recommend this tour highly enough. You’ll love it!

Best of The Best

Picked up by our driver / guide Mirko who was so attentive. He was on time, speaks perfect English, has traveled and worked in the US and is from a small Montenegro village. We hit all the sights and went up the serpentine road into a beautiful valley where we had a snack and relaxed. Then we had a choice to make - go one way to a destination where we would climb more than 450 steps or go the opposite directions and see the old Royal City. The city was lovely. Mirko made sure we were comfortable and he let us out several times close to where we would see the attractions and went to park. He is a graduate of the school of travel and tourism and he has a great knowledge of his country’s history. This is a wonderful tour and he is a wealth of knowledge and delightful to speak with. Do it!!

Great Cruise ship excursion

This was a perfect excursion. First the communication was super clear and we knew exactly where to go when we got off our cruise ship. Our boat captain was amazing-super knowledgeable and friendly. It was a small group of us and felt private. It was a great boat ride to The Lady of the Rocks and then to Perast. Super enjoyable and if you want a shorter excursion I would highly recommend this one.

Good overview of this very old city, Marja is an engaging guide

This was a short small group walking tour. Our guide, Marja, was engaging, clearly knew her history and enjoyed her work. She was easy to find right outside the Main Gate. The tour is only one hour, as shown in the listing, so it isn't in great depth, but does give you a good feel for this very old city in this new country (Montenegro gained independence in 2006.) At the conclusion, she provided a variety of suggestions of other ways to explore and enjoy the old town area. We would have happily spent more time with Marja.

Quick but fun boat trip

Initially, it was very hard to find the correct boat and company as there were no signs near the dock wit all the boats, but they were very communicative through What's App. I really enjoyed this trip - it was a quick trip and I wish we had more time to take pictures near the blue caves, but it was very crowded and the waves were rocky and our boat had to quickly move out. I would definitely recommend this tour.
