Unforgettable way to see the country
This tour is very much worth it. While there is a lot of time in the van (inevitable due to the distance), it's also a great way to see much more of the country, towns, villages, mountains, and desert along the way. I wasn't bored! A few things to bear in mind: Lunches aren't included and snacks at the stops are often expensive, so budget for an additional 400-500 dh. The lunch stops are practical in that they're fast: buffet or fixed menu, however that does of course influence their quality. One member of our group would go solo and find a cheap pizza nearby instead (smart). This isn't a gastronomical tour! Our driver Mohammed was great, and crossing the desert by camel an absolute highlight. The camp was clean and comfortable (the deluxe option includes an enormous bed and ensuite bathroom), and the stars at night are stunning. It is of course mass tourism so don't expect to be alone out there – there were plenty of other camps in the vicinity.

Brilliant time.
A well organised tour, well worth the 3 hour journey, we were picked up not far from our Riad at 8.30am and had a stop half way through the journey for toilet and refreshments. Once we arrived we were past to our guide (Ejlaydy) who was great, he gave us some history of the area and Berber life on the journey down. It's a reasonable hike down the trail with lots of view points and things to see on the way including the monkeys, hint - take some fruit or tomatoes with you to feed them! Once at the waterfall base, we had a break so we could take photos etc and then took the boat ride which was so much fun! After this it is a upward hike via many many steps so be prepared! Around 3/4 of the way up we stopped for lunch over looking the falls, lunch was good and plenty of food, water was included but not other drinks. Over all well worth the money paid and would definitely recommend. Our driver Hicham was brilliant. One of the other guides even went into the waterfall to retrieve something I dropped from the bridge! Brilliant trip and staff.

Perfect Day Trip to Mountains
Lovely full day tour to Atlas Mountains. Fatima was our guide and paced the trip well for everyone. We started with a tra and camel ride stop and then ventured to the Women’s Cooperative in the mountains. There we learned about the Argon nuts and the different techniques to produce cosmetic and consumable argon oil. From there we continued on to Imlil. Here we stopped for a wonderful hike up to the waterfall and a yummy tagine lunch. On the way home we stopped at another Berber village where Fatima talked about the different Berber tribes and the effects of the 2023 earthquake.
