Absolutely brilliant, totally enjoyed it great value for money, the people running it were so nice the bike guide was great the 2 hour trip including pick up and drop off takes around 4 hours so don't book anything else on that day , I'd highly recommend this trip and you don't have to be fit were both over 50

Don't be afraid to try this; it was so much fun!! No concerns about safety. Our guide, Marwan, was great! He assessed our ability and gave us freedom within limits. He took us to great photo places and took videos of us riding the quads. We stopped for tea and the gentleman serving us was very kind. The views were spectacular!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR AN ADVENTURE!!

Was a good experience. The team picked me up from my hotel and got to the place at a reasonable time. Had to adjust the timing due to Ramadan, wasn’t an issue. The only thing I would say is that don’t expect any training on driving the quad bike, you literally just drive and go!

Great fun - wasn’t sure what to expect but was a fab activity for the money. The equipment was quite old and we broke down a couple of times but the lads got us started again without any issue. Amazing photographs.

Disastrous experience

Absolutely terrible. I booked it, but nobody ever came to pick me up. No confirmation, no contact, nothing. At the scheduled pickup time, I waited and tried calling and messaging, but there was zero response. Totally wasted my time and ruined my schedule. If you cannot provide pickup service, don’t advertise it. Avoid this company.

The experience itself was fabulous! Zedan and everyone at the base were brilliant! We had the most fun out on the quads with photo stops and Zedan took lots of photos!! The transport to the experience which is provided was not the most pleasant. The driver told us a time the night before then arrived early expecting us to be ready and harrasing us by continually phoning. On return, we were dumped in front of the hotel on the main road.

We had a great quad bike experience overall and would definitely recommend it, especially thanks to the professionalism and kindness of the team. Said, our driver, was excellent — he picked us up from our hotel and dropped us back exactly as promised, always respecting the times he gave us. He was a true professional, very polite, and an absolute gentleman throughout the whole experience. The quad bike ride itself was really enjoyable, and we had a lot of fun. The only downside was that we unfortunately lost some time during the journey due to several quad bikes needing repairs. Luckily, our quad bike was in great condition and we had no issues at all. Although there were slight delays, we still managed to enjoy ourselves and made the most of it — using the extra time to drive around, pick up speed, and really have fun with the ride. That being said, our guide was truly amazing — caring, attentive, and constantly checking in on everyone to make sure we were safe and enjoying ourselves. Such a kind and genuine person, and we were really happy to have met him through this experience. As a lovely extra (and not originally part of the plan), we were also offered traditional Moroccan tea served with homemade bread, honey with argan oil, and delicious olives — everything was unexpectedly tasty and such a beautiful touch. Even though we stayed longer than expected, Said waited patiently for all of us and made sure everyone was taken care of. Both the driver and the guide were professional, warm, and genuinely caring, and they truly made the experience memorable.

Wow, what a fun afternoon from start to finish! I booked less than 24 hours in advance and was a little nervous due to the last-minute nature of the booking. But communication was timely and pick up (+ drop off) was seamless. The quad biking itself was really fun and the guides were fantastic at helping to get good photos and videos, if you’re interested in that. I love that they provided refreshments afterwards, it was very thoughtful and the prefect ending to the activity. Overall, a tremendous value and a great experience!

The tour operator never turned up to collect us from our Riad. Tried calling but no answer. Wasted a morning of our holiday waiting for them. Took our money, we are still waiting to hear from them. Did not want to post this review but don't want others to be caught.

Arrived. Accommodation could be more welcoming. Cleaner sofas, toilets need maintaining (a light perhaps) , some tuition and safety advice. One guy's quad broke down 3x, instructor rode with us on our bikes (due to breakdown) and rode tandem behind me ( lady in 50s). Fun time but marred with unpleasant waiting, and tandem riding.

Booked this as a family activity- mainly for my teenage son. I was apprehensive about my own abilities to quad bike from the start! First of all the operator was so accommodating and changed our slot though on Viator it had shown as a non refundable option - i made a big mistake and had booked two activities at same time. Called the operator ( Rak tours ) and he patiently moved us to the next day. I did struggle on the terrain and managing the speed and direction- but the team - Karim was a huge help. He sat pillion and helped me navigate and also took me on some high speed turns which was super fun! It turns out they are also great photographers and stopped at some good spots and then took photos and videos of everyone in group ! At the end we were offered tea and olives etc but we had a long time already on the bikes so we left.

A fun and exciting experience for the whole family. Safety and instructions were top of mind with the guides who kept the group together and checked upon us regularly during the trip. Pick up was timely at our hotel. Driver nice and social. We had to wait a while for the transport back but not a big issue for us.

The pick up and drop-off were great the ride was very good. It was a good amount of riding time. The only negative thing I would say it that it was mostly flat. I saw other tours where there were more hills to ride on.

We were anxious at time of booking this quad bike experience as previously family members have been involved in quad bike accident in Turkey. However mind was put at ease when I saw the guide was so attentive and did regular checks on the group and the machines. Very enjoyable day and worth it. When the time was changed for our pick up we should have known then it was going to be a disaster. We were told we would be back by 16:15 as it was my daughter’s birthday and we had dinner booked for 18:00 which had been booked for weeks. Straight forward booking process. I did have to get in touch and then chase them for a pick up time which caused unnecessary stress. Finally got a reply at 9pm the evening before. With us staying at the Pickalbatros Riad Du Golf we were very close to where the quad biking was taking place which meant we were one of the last ones to be picked up. Booked the 9am slot and was picked up at 9:40am. Once we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and didn't make us wait too long. Very straight forward instructions and was a case of following the person in front of you. Was a good length of time and at the end they have refreshments though I dont think this part was needed. Didn't add any benefit to the experience. Was an amazing experience and very good value for money. Highly recommend!

What a trip & value for money. Pickup from location was ontime & nice drive to activity. Quad biking lasted 2 hours & leader started off slowly for inexperienced riders building speed up over flat terrain. Great value for money.
