There were four of us, and our guide Ilyass was amazing from start to finish. He took great videos and photos of us and made the entire experience really enjoyable. It ended up being just the four of us with him, which made it feel like a private tour. The views were beautiful, and this was truly one of the highlights of our trip.

This Moroccan Desert Palm Grove ATV Quad Biking Experience from Marrakech takes you with a guide and a group on a quad ride through the desert's palm groves. We booked last minute in the morning and there was a bit of confusion on pick-up as our booking email went to the tour operator's spam, but it was quickly sorted when we sent a support message. My son and I had a great time on the quads despite the wet weather (January 2025)! We were first timers on quads but they were easy to handle. Great fun and thoroughly recommend!

Funny Experience for young hearted people. But expect a lot of dust on your clothes. The staff was very kindly and service minded. Optimal length with 2x45 minutes drive and a nice tea break. Let the servant take a small video with your mobile, you will be happy to see his creativeness 😊

Brilliant experience, our guide was very professional and friendly, 10/10 would recommend. Only a 25 minute drive North of Marrakech and we had a quad bike each. Some experiences are 1 bike between 2. Wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty. You can buy a cold drink from the Berber when you have your tea for just 15 DH or take your own in a backpack.

Great value for such an experience! My partner and I booked last minute, and the organiser was quick and efficient with arranging a pickup for us directly from the hotel to the location. The activity was longer than expected, which we were pleasantly pleased with. Having taken a break in between where we were given lovely mint tea and condiments. Prior to getting back, we made a pitstop to take some lovely photos, and the guides did such a great job capturing some memorable pictures.

Do it!! If you are on the fence, don't be! This was a total blast!!! A little bit of a drive outside of the city, this was so worth it! Be prepared to get dirty and have the best time ever! Also super handy they pick you up at your hotel and drop you off (if needed). Highly recommend!

My first time quad biking and what an experience! Pick up was smooth with no problems. You are given a quick safety briefing and fitted for a helmet and goggles. The guide driver will stay at the front and guide you. We felt completely safe and the speed was fast enough for me, enough to get my adrenaline going! We stopped at some cool spots for photos! You then stop and have some local mint tea in a cool spot to have a quick cool down. When finished you are dusted off with an air gun. All in all a great experience and we would definitely go again ☺️

Communication via WhatsApp and pickup at our riad were excellent. We took our kids (5y and 7y) as passengers with us and enjoyed an awesome quad tour with two stops for traditional mint tea and some photos in the palm grooves. The staff was very friendly and our guide was great. My absolute recommendation.

I proposed to my partner on this trip and it was simply unforgettable I spoke to a member of the team about my plan and he was more than helpful we decided it would be better going private as it would make the trip a little more personal and it did just that our guide Ayoub was absolutely brilliant he knew just the perfect spot and time for the sun to go down and to just make the moment perfect it was so amazing to hear more about his life he took the most amazing photos and videos and was worth every penny and more he really is a credit to the company this is our first time quad biking and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough please if you are thinking about booking this do it. It really is a trip you won’t forget.

The experience was fantastic! I was picked up from my hotel so didn’t have to worry about getting there and back. They kept me in the loop about picking me up via WhatsApp which was handy. I’ve never done something like this before, so I had a practice session with one of the guys. They also were kind enough to take pictures and videos of me on the quad bike during the experience. The stop at the Berber cafe was great too! The mint tea, bread and honey were great to recharge before setting off towards the palm tree area. Definitely would go again and recommend these guys to others!

Cancellation without refund

I received a message a couple of days before this experience was booked to let me know that they are not going to provide the service. It wasn’t until two days before the experience that I saw their message and it was too late then for me to cancel and get a full refund. They don’t write back to me now and I haven’t got my money back. It is shocking that they can write to you a couple of days before to say sorry we’re not going to do that anymore and expect you to cancel! Goodbye £85.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds incredibly frustrating to receive such short notice about the cancellation and not be able to get a refund. The timing around holidays like Eid (biggest holiday in Islamic world an Morocco), which doesn't depend on Gregorian calendar but the lunar calendar which means it is never exact, and that was the reason why we have cancelled the tour 3 days in advance, and it seems there was a miscommunication with Viator regarding the refund process. From our side, we don't directly handle payments or refunds, but we do set policies regarding cancellations. From our aides we have confirmed the free if charge cancellation. The question now is, Have you tried reaching out to Viator's customer service directly to discuss this issue? They might be able to assist you further

We had a really good time on the quads, we was 4 adults and 2 kids(13,10) they had a wicked time too. The guide was really good, we all have experience with riding so he took us to bits that where a bit harder to ride and where really cool. I would definitely recommend for family’s or just adults.

Fantastic experience! Hotel pickup was perfect, great communication, excellent drive to get to the start of the excursion. We had a great guide, I'm so sorry I don't have his name. The adventure was safe and fun and we saw a lot of Morocco not usually seen by tourists. Had tea and snack and W/C break at a Berber compound. Quads were comfy and safety good. Don't hesitate to book, this was a great day! From 7 to 67, we all LOVED it! Viator tours for us from now on.

Incredible experience. We were picked up about 5 minutes walk from our Riad as you cannot drive inside certain parts. Our guide was so friendly and I was scared/not a confident driver at first and he took his time to help and make me more confident. We were so lucky and the only 2 on our tour. We stopped half way for tea and a snack. I would definitely recommend!

This was really good value for money. Two hours driving around, with a tea break in between. Friendly operator. Me and my son (16) had a really great time crossing around with a great view of the mountains at the horizon. Were picked up at the hotel and brought back. Good service.
