Spectacular from start to finish!

This was the day of my dreams! Had such a beautiful time. Loved that it was a small group (10 people) and our tour guide Michelle was so knowledgeable! We first went to the setting for Yew Tree farm where we got to explore the grounds, see the animals, and grab a snack at their cafe. Bampton was so charming (where the church, cemetery, and town scenes were filmed). Michelle shared lots of facts and tidbits of knowledge Even if you’re not a Downton fan, you will learn something! The drive through the Cotswolds is spectacular - springtime was in bloom and lambing season was in full swing. Seeing Highclere castle was on my bucket list and it was well worth the visit! You have a few hours to explore the grounds/interior, but I spent most of my time in the house. If you can, try the award winning Highclere gin! I even got to meet the present day butler. It was such a spectacular day - the highlight of my trip to England. Highly recommend this event!

Eva made our tour!

Rob was amazing! I really enjoyed the way he told the stories about the victims, along with possible suspects and threw in some English history as well. The projection images really helped to imagine what Victorian London looked like and helped to set the scene. Rob also was able to throw in some humor with the really grim subject matter. I really enjoyed this tour, and it was one of my part things about our visit to London!

Garrit and Andy were excellent tour guides! We thoroughly enjoyed Blenheim and Stow on the Wold. Andy also had many interesting stories about London as we were leaving town. Frankly, could have spent additional time at the other two and skipped Bampton.

Sensational Solo Journey

Beautiful day in the countryside with fabulous tour! Eva was our guide and made the day fun, informational, and an extraordinary experience. The stops were well managed but time and pick up location. A great mix of group tour time and individual wandering. I went by myself and had a lovely time and met many different travelers of all ages. My main goal was Downton Abbey experience but was ecstatic to also experience Oxford University. Pick up and drop off was very easy. 10/10 would recommend

Great tour with solar guide

It was a very nice city tour with a great guide. Eva was extremely solar and seemed truly passionate. The tour was made during the evening yet we were able to see everything! She was funny, informative and really helpful for some recommendations around the end. The questions were given at relevant time and not just thrown as a test right in the middle, thus, you can easily search in your memory for the right answer. Thank you again Eva ! You are awesome !

Such a great way to see...

Such a great way to see London and all the lights. We had only gotten off a plane a few hours before and found it to be a great introduction for our visit. We actually loved the whole experience so much that my husband even considered booking again to do it a few days later! The tour guide was amazing, it’s a shame I can’t remember his name because he had so much information on all the buildings we passed and even the story behind how shops came to start going some of the big displays they do.

Beautiful Day in Kent. Enjoyed Leeds Castle and Canterbury Cathedral. We could even see France from Dover it was such a clear and sunny day. Shiela had lots of very interesting history to share both on the coach and walking through Canterbury and the Cathedral. She is an expert.

Better than Walking or a Crowded Bus Tour

Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Seb picked us up at our hotel at 4pm and took us to see many Christmas lights in a variety of areas. He kindly took a few pictures of us too when he could. Because of traffic and the crowds, we may have missed a few spots like Covent Garden, but Seb made up for it by taking us to so many other places. He had a great sense of humor too. We arranged in advance to be dropped off at a restaurant we made a dinner reservation at which was very helpful too. Definitely recommend.

Recommend any time but the Christmas season.

During the Christmas season it is impossible to see and appreciate the historic and beautiful interior of this building due to the overwhelming Wizard of Oz decor. Our tour guide ,Manon , was outstanding. The tour company had mixed up our tickets and did not have a ticket available for my husband. It was the end of the day and no one was going to do anything about it . Manon tried unsuccessfully to connect the tour company and Blenheim to work out why we were one ticket short . When it became apparent that they were getting nowhere and only eating up our limited touring time Manon stepped up and paid for the ticket with her own money not knowing if she would ever be reimbursed. It’s rare to find such a responsible adult in the world today. The company should be proud to have someone like her representing them. We really appreciated her kindness and generosity and certainly hope the tour company will reimburse her.
