Marie Carmen & Ischmiel picked us up at an arranged meeting place. Once there we found them easily as they had a sign with my name clearly printed. Both were kind and friendly saying hello and giving a quick friendly hug.
We started at the Museo Larco, omg, what an amazingly beautiful site. The museum was very informative and had excellent displays and Marie Carmen answered our questions and explained all in detail. Her knowledge of Lima was quite impressive. She had made us a reservation for lunch at the restaurant there, she dropped us to have our lunch (this was planned but not included in tour price). We had a wonderful lunch.
They were both waiting for us at the entrance to the museum to head out to our next stops.
Seeing Lima was fantastic, we could not have asked for a better guide and driver.
At one point we decided we wanted to walk around an area we didn't realize was just a local area (they did try to warn me!) there was no tourist shops or anything to see. I thought I saw an open air style shops so marie carmen said ok, apparently it wasn't my best decision but Ishmiel, in his confident and quiet way walked right behind us (I did not realize it until half way through this short walk) but he literally guarded us to be sure no trouble found us. We truly could not have had a better guide and driver/guard 😁 and they are both wonderful people, both were kind, friendly engaging and patient!
We often do private tours in cities we are interested in really seeing and getting a good look at but this time in Lima it was by far one of, if not the best, we have had. The people we were lucky to have showing us around made it a fun and informative day.
I can not recommend Marie Carmen and Ischmiel enough, they are both just wonderful people who know and do their jobs well. By the end of the tour it was like seeing the city with new friends! I hope everyone who tours has as great an experience in Lima as we did.

This tour covered all we wanted to see in Lima, from parks to museums to beaches to scenic viewpoints. Our guide Nathaly and driver Jorge were friendly, well-informed, and provided us with lots of useful information about everything related to the tour and more. Lunch at the Larco Museum was quite nice; the restaurant is worth visiting by itself. While the tour was long, it was well-paced. There was quite a bit of walking, so be aware of that, but the walking was mostly in the early part of the tour. Highly recommended.

Edgar our guide and Jorge our driver did a phenomenal job showing us around Lima for the day!! They were prompt, and the whole day was very well organized. Edgar was extremely knowledgeable about Lima and Peru in general, and we had so much fun learning with him. They were flexible with the day and our interests, and even helped us reschedule the tour last-minute when our flight was unexpectedly cancelled due to weather, so that we didn’t miss out on the experience. Our ship was more than 6 hours late into port due to fog, but Mila and George waited for us to arrive and did a great job of adapting the tour plan so we could still see as much as possible in the time available, even working late to work in some more stops.
Lima is a beautiful city with fascinating cathedrals, beautiful parks, museums, archeological parks and delicious food often within just a few blocks of each other. We in no way saw it all but we got a delightful sample and hope to return for more. Plus, we feel like we have two new friends, our driver and tour guide, in Lima now!

Our tour guide, Nathalie, is probably the best guide we have ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the city, from history to current life and culture to food. Her communication was clear and there was never any issue with language or understanding. She was flexible with the itinerary, allowing us to see all that we wanted to see and experience, spending more time where something particular captured our interest. Excellent Experience! Ismael was a great driver. Our tour guide Nathaly is very warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dynamic duo! A very good tour and introduction to significant sites in Lima. Our guide, Nathaly was extremely knowledgeable of the history and sites visited. Jorge was an awesome driver and navigated the difficult traffic with ease. Great communication from the start. The tour operator contacted us to ensure our pickup location. Our cruise ship provided an alternative drop-off site close to port and our guide was there when we showed up. I highly recommend this tour if you want a full day in Lima!

Our city tour with our guide Lourdes and driver Coqui was a very nice experience. Both are working very well together as a team, are very knowledgeable, speak English fluently (Lourdes offers tours in fluent German as well), They are complementing each other resulting in a very informative day, which gave us a good overview of Lima. Adapting the tour to customer wishes was immediate. We can strongly recommend the tour, try to get the two as your guide and driver.

Our guide met us promptly and gave us an overview of our private tour. She gave us a choice of options which gave us a more customized experience. Our driver was professional and courteous and skillfully navigated the Lima traffic. Our guide was professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to be with. There was a lot of time in the car, but worth it to see so much of Lima. The driver was careful despite the heavy traffic. A very comfortable car. A knowledgeable guide. The Larco museum was wonderful.

Our driver Jorge and guide Natalie took us on a full day tour of the city. Lots to see in Lima. We even got to go to morro solar way up on a hill and see all of lima from a high vantage point. A great tour if you are in lima for a day. Would definitely recommend.

Milagros, our guide was knowledgeable and professional . Jorge, the driver was very friendly and enthusiastic about Peru and provided a wealth of information about contemporary politics and history of Peru. Overall, we got very good information about city of Lima and Peru in general from Milagros and Jorge which complemented each other very well.

Natalie and Jorge were a great team. Natalie was very knowledgeable and good company for the day. Driving around Lima is not easy and Jorge was very capable getting us from point to point quickly but safely. It was great way to see most of the highlights in Lima in a single day.

Really great tour of Lima and sights. The guide, Nathaly, was very knowledgeable and patient even when bombarded with questions by my very overexcited son. The lunch at the Museo Larco (not included in the price) was an unexpected highlight - this is a genuinely superb restaurant in a lovely setting and a great way of preparing for the afternoon visits. Perfect organisation and timing, a very comfortable transport, and really highly recommended.

Wonderfull way to spend a day in Lima. Maria Del Carmen and Coqui (driver) were amazing. We started our tour at 8:00am. They picked us up at the hotel and we were back around 4:00pm. We definitely saw a lot of what Lima has to offer. The lunch at Museu Larco was great, 5 stars. I have nothing but great memories from this experience. Maria Del Carmen has so much knowledge of Lima and she is the sweetest lady. Coqui did fantastic and was very friendly and the van was spacious and extremely clean and well kept.
Highly recommend them for any tours through Lima.

Lima is a vibrant interesting and beautiful city. Nathaly our guide and Jorje our driver could not have gone to more trouble. They picked us up at our airport hotel promptly and showed us the sights. Nathaly was knowledgable and enthusiastic about her city and country, we learnt so much as we drove and wondered around the city. The highlight was Museo Larco, which with Nathaly's help gave us a wonderful overview of the history of Peru. She had booked a table at the museum cafe for a late lunch. There cannot be another museum cafe like this in the world and we weren’t surprised it also doubles as a wedding venue. Fabulous food in a beautiful setting at very reasonable prices. Thanks so much

What a wonderful day spent with a knowledgeable, friendly, easy to understand tour guide, Lourdes, and our most efficient driver Hector. We visited everything we wanted to see at a pace that pleased us. Traffic is a real issue in Lima, but we made do. We started in Mira Flores, We loved the lovers Park, the olive tree Park in the San ysidro area. In the historic district,The San Franciscan church was amazing with its tile work and wood carvings in the choir and the ceilings. We walked through the main square of the historic district. We had the most wonderful lunch at the Larco Museum and a fascinating visit inside.Eventually, we drove along the bottom of the cliffs by the ocean, out to a new viewpoint in Barranco, way up on a dusty cliff. And then back to our hotel through the Barranco neighborhood. We saw so many different parts of Lima. We could not have asked for more. Yes we were tired after eight hours, but it was so worth it. And Lourdes could not have been better.
