Miguel was super knowledgeable and kind. The tour was about 4.5 hours and it was great to learn about the ruins, and see the museum.
I enjoyed it a lot.
The guide (Miguel Angel) was not rushing me at all, despite me being a person taking more time to contemplate views, watch the site thoroughly. As it happens rarely, I wanted to mention him by name.
What an amazing tour! The site was so much more than I expected! Our guide Miguel knows the true meaning of hospitality! And I would be remiss if I didn’t give a shout out to our driver who had to navigate the Peruvian traffic! This trip is so worth it!
Melanie was a great guide. Very proficient and patient. A student of history for sure. Highly recommended!

Interesting and with a short walk. The guide was knowledgeable about Peruvian history and culture. Museum very informative and guide gave good context to exhibits.

Interesting museum. Not an easy climb to top of Temple of the Sun but certainly well worth the view.

Fun and educational tour. Our guide, Jose, lead a bilingual tour and did a great job!
The tour was interesting, but just was not at the same level as something like Machu Picchu.
It is the place to know pre-inca history. The hill tall pyramids and sun temple structure make you think that was Maya influnce?
Another set of archeological ruins but such a different take - the mummies found and the stories re the practice of human sacrifice at the Temple of the Sun were captivating.
Our guide was incredibly well informed charming, and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour.. plus it’s close enough to Lima to get there and back by just after lunch
Interesting information about the early inhabitants of the coastal area. Fascinating museum. Beautiful views of the ocean. Our guide, Melanie, was excellent!
Like the tour. Mario, our guide, was engaging and knowledgeable. It was just people on the trip and one of us was Spanish speaking and I only spoke English. Mario was bilingual and balanced answering our questions very nicely
What an amazing site. Our guide Melanie was a dream. She kept us informed and entertained the whole tour. We really enjoyed visiting this site, especially because Melanie made it come to life with her stories and telling of history. Her passion for her country and its history shines through and it was a pleasure to be in her company for the half day tour. We highly recommend booking with Melanie 10/10. The tour guide was very informative and the van ride was very comfortable. The views of the ocean from the top of the hill was breathtaking

Tour had both a guide and driver each with the name Jose. Both of them were very professional. The guide Jose provided a detailed education of the people and history. I learned so much. He always asked if I had any questions and he promptly gave answers. He took pictures of me when I wanted them. I highly recommend this tour.

Alberto kept us safe and Jose is a veteran guide. He looks young but knowledfe of a Liman. Dirt paths, a small museum shop and snacks, tourist prices.

Patrick, the guide, was unable to answer even basic question about the site. I would ask him a question, but he would avoid answering it.
Also, in between his talks, he was constantly on his cell phone that appear to be unrelated to work. Also, he was taking calls while we were going through the tour.
He said I had a number of good questions, and offered to send me some more information rather than learn of himself.
Other members of our group agreed that he was not well-trained knowledgeable in any of The subjects.
He kept blaming Unesco and not allowing any investigation of the site. But then contradicted himself on a number vacations. He uses his excuse not to answer any questions.
Please do not have Patrick. Do any more tours on this site. It is not fair to the people who go on the tours.
Fantastic tour with Patrick as our guide - only 45 minutes from downtown Lima. Got to see museum and also walk among the ruins.

Our guide Melanie was incredible. Her knowledge, expertise and language skills were excellent. She patiently answered all of our questions. Although the museum was closed, she made our trip extremely enjoyable and comfortable. I would highly recommend her and this tour. Thank you, Melanie!
We were extremely impressed with our tour guide Melanie. Not only was she knowledgeable about the tour, but the surroundings on our way to and from the center. She took her time and did not rush when helping with the elderly. I wish we could have walked closer to some of the ruins, but vandals over the years ruined this for everyone. We were disappointed that the museum was closed due to electrical problems that we were notified the day before. Good tour.
