Communication leading up to our arrival in Lima was excellent and we were met at the arrival area and lead to the vehicle which comfortably accommodated all 8 of us in our group and brought us to our hotel safely. Carlos, the driver even pointed out some interesting spots along the way.

Transfer departs from Lima International Airport (LIM). Our VIPAC representative will be waiting for you outside the hall of the airport for covid reasons. The exit gate is on your right crossing customs and taxi desks. Our staff use an official VIPAC uniform and hold a yellow welcome board with your name or group reference on it. The driver never show up. I called back to viator from the airport and the operator said that the driver had some unexpected situation. But i never was informed in advance. I am requested the full refund of this booking.

We arrived 2.5 hours late and Rafael was waiting for us when we finally made it through Immigation and exited the airport at midnight. He was very friendly and gave us a nice local description of Lima while the driver took us to the hotel. This was easy to book online or through a Viator chat. Highly recommended.

Was met quickly & ride went well, but trying to download the voucher sent in text didn’t work. I think issue was I needed to have visitor app installed? Driver put his supervisor on phone and it apparently got sorted out.

The driver did not speak English, but he was there waiting with a sign for us even when our plane was 4 hours late. We did have a short walk to the car park, which is a problem if you are disabled more than me, but I was able to make it.

This was not a tour but Martine made it one! It was just a pick up from the airport to my hotel. However, Martine was the nicest guy. He was there where he said he would be. He was personable and so knowledgeable. As he drove me to my hotel, he pointed out the different areas and also gave information about the city as well as suggestions on what to do. He was also very informative about Cusco. He made my fist visit to Peru start off perfectly. I highly recommend him!
