Konrad is among the best food tour host I've experienced! He gives each guest personal attention and informs the group of not only culinary but local history! Old Town Krakow is very accessable for walking and the food is great. Konrad also gives recommendations for other places to visit after the tour. Book early in your trip to help find more hidden gems.

Wonderful Day Trip

Spent a wonderful day with Jacob our driver and guide who looked after us so well, just the right amount of short breaks to stretch our legs before enjoying all the delights with amble time to stroll, eat and enjoy. The traditional highlander homes along with the cheese tasting and vodka exoerience was great along with all the information that Jacob delivered...and then onto Zakopane....a busy but worthwhile time spent there...Thank you again Jacob for looking after us so well..

A must-do tour

This is an absolute must do tour. Be prepared to be upset. What happened there is truly harrowing. I feel that it is important that everyone should know this history and understand the suffering of innocent people due to wicked and evil people Truely awful. Alex, our guide was very good. It was clear how raw this still is. This tour is a reminder to us all that we just need to be kind and respectful towards one another.

Go for it

I always fancied holding an AK47… and I did, 25 meters 40/50 score all 5x shots aimed at the paper neck and head!! This is an awesome experience so thrilling, a little expensive but worth the 45mins of guided fun. Guide picked us up with other people in a van and the drive was very relaxing. Bonus points was we got to see the Polish police train at the centre before we entered. You get to view more of the countryside driving there this was an exhilarating experience in all!

Great introduction to Krakow!

Excellent introduction to Krakow! Not long after arriving by train, we set off on this bike tour with Zoey. She was a great guide and gave us detailed information at each stop. We covered all of the major sites around Krakow and learned more than we ever knew about this lovely city. Zoey was so understanding when we had a mix up with the start location and came to get us. We were allowed to select the bike most comfortable for us. She gave good instructions and always watched for our safety. I recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the city and get some fresh air!

A must in Krakow

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Our driver was great fun and on the return journey he gave us lots of information about the city and was very informative. Our Salt Mine tour guide was amazing and it was interesting to hear his dad once worked as a miner in the Salt Mine. All in all a great experience, I would definitely recommend booking this experience and visiting the Salt Mine. The only downside was the night before our pick up time changed to one hour earlier, but this did not effect the overall experience.

Would fully recommend booking with them, such an easy process, came into the welcome hall in the airport, (forgive me I can’t remember his name) but my man was there at the front holding a sign with my name, very friendly and welcoming, vito mercs were excellent transportation, organised to pick me up and had Hubert for my return journey, again he was very friendly and had a great conversation with him the whole journey, I took his number as I want to rebook with them for there brilliant service for when I come back in may, Hubert recommended great spots and locations for next time, can’t fault this service one bit! Airport - arrival/return transfers

Airport pickups went really well. Very friendly drivers. Clean, well maintained mini buses. Driver was waiting with a sign when we arrived and company kept us informed of revised pickup times for return trip which was 20 mins earlier than initially agreed due to problems at the airport and high volumes of traffic. Only issue I had was that I booked the trip both ways as one purchase but because the money was taken for both trips at the same time Viator removed it as completed after the arrival trip which meant the return information wasn't as easy to access. However, the taxi company had sent their details and were very responsive to WhatsApp communications and didn't mind me checking in. Definitely worth doing if you want an easy start / end to a holiday.
