Would definitely recommend if looking for a transfer to or from the airport. Details of our pick up was sent very quickly after booking, and driver turned up on time in a clean and comfortable car. Great service!

Return airport transfer completed without a hitch. Driver was in airport on our arrival and walked us out to the car and the return transfer vehicle arrived promptly at the agreed time and in plenty time for our flight check-in.

What a fantastic experience! We had Andrew as our driver for the transfer from the airport and again back to the airport. He was awesome! He was waiting for us when we left baggage claim, and he was right on time when we asked him to pick us up at 4:30 in the morning the day we left Krakow. Overall, he was a super nice guy, very personable, and his English was good. I highly recommend him and this transportation company; I would use them again if we return to Krakow!
Our flight was delayed. The company was tracking our flight time and had no issues with the pickup time, despite it being 2 hours later thank my original booking. Great communication throughout!
What an amazing service very friendly when we were delayed through passport control they called me and arranged an alternative plan to call them when we were through and come back to collect us. Fantastic service

Driver was waiting with a sign when we arrived and company kept us informed of revised pickup times for return trip which was 20 mins earlier than initially agreed due to problems at the airport and high volumes of traffic.
Only issue I had was that I booked the trip both ways as one purchase but because the money was taken for both trips at the same time Viator removed it as completed after the arrival trip which meant the return information wasn't as easy to access.
However, the taxi company had sent their details and were very responsive to WhatsApp communications and didn't mind me checking in.
Definitely worth doing if you want an easy start / end to a holiday.
Our driver was on time, friendly, the car was clean and the company communicated well. It’s an efficient way to get to and from the airport.
Excellent service. Driver met us with a clearly marked placard with our name. He was parked right outside the arrivals area and drove us to our hotel with no issues. Pleasant conversation and very helpful with our bags.
Reasonable and private transport. The driver was on time and efficient, and pleasant, waiting right outside of Customs with a sign witb our name on it. We got to the hotel in a nice drive and there were no problems at all with the service.
We used this Transfer to go from Airport to our chosen hotel perfect service so decided to use them again going back to Airport. Bang on time to collect us (4 adults with 4 case's) reasonable price lovely clean mini van would use again when we visit Krakow again would highly recommend

This was a perfect experience for us both to and from the airport. Both drivers were professional, and on time. The vehicles were both fairly new and clean. We would gladly recommend this service.
Dropped us off at the wrong hotel, had to walk a quarter of a mile dragging our suitcases. I’ve recently had ankle surgery so wasn’t the most pleasant of experiences.

Great transfer , was on time and a nice chap .I would use them again as he was reliable and dropped us at the door .
Dariusz was a fabulous driver. He took the time to point out points of interest. We had wonderful conversations about Poland. He’s an A+ driver.
We had a lovely holiday and collected from airport to Our hotel in Krakow and return trip from hotel to airport excellent service
Would recommend this taxi company and a hotel in Krakow lovely and clean city, lovely bars, restaurants and things to do.
Driver did not show for our return trip to the airport. Still waiting for a refund to process. Had to call an Uber instead, which ended up being cheaper in any event.

The driver was in time, helpful and got us to the airport in a timely manner. It was very nice to have a car ready for us. There were 4 of us with 6 bags and the car had plenty of seats.
The driver arrived exactly on time, was courteous, & helpful. He graciously helped with our heavy bags.
