One of the top 3 if not the best airport transfer I’ve had. Adam was amazing. He walked us through meeting him, arrived immaculately clean car, answered our questions and provided recommendations where to eat. 1st class all the way. I highly recommend this service. It’s one less thing you have to worry about when traveling.

We flew into krakow and were expecting to be met by our driver. I had booked a Mercedes air conditioned mini van. It didn’t arrive and we were left wandering in 37 degrees. I rang them and was told he couldn’t locate the booking despite me having a booking reference and receipt. After 30 minutes, they arranged a car for us with no air conditioning. For the return journey i booked a white Mercedes mini van with air conditioning. I received pictures of it the night before. A car with no air con arrived.this is the second time i have booked through Viator and it is the second time that the transport has not arrived. I wont be using them for bookings in the future.

AWFUlL, no driver showed for my airport pick up!

Company did not show. Flew into Krakow John Paul II International airport arriving as scheduled and the car company was not there at our meeting point nor was reachable on the phone number they provided. Tried to call several times and the recording stated that the operator was busy and the company did not try to call me even though they had my number. Unacceptable, particularly for a solo female arriving late to a foreign company. Would have been better off just taking a taxi which was what I was forced to do in the end. I have tried to get a hold of the company to complain and ask for a refund, as has my husband, but they have not replied now for almost 24 hours. Totally unacceptable. I expect either Viator or the tour company to refund my prepayment.

Didn't turn up

No one showed up. We booked for a HOTEL transfer back to Krakow airport at 5am and were left standing out front. I called Viator customer service who couldn't get hold of the transfer company. The lady on the phone said they were going to look into it, good day, thats that. We were left potentially stranded... Luckily I'm confident with the public transport and we got the train (which we had to pay out of pocket). We've been offered a refund for the original booking but not the train. I used to suffer with extreme anxiety but ya girls medicated now. If I was having a bad day, this could have gone completely different

The tour operator kept in touch via WhatsApp with details of pick up points, times etc which was really good. The cars were clean and comfortable. The drivers were prompt and friendly.

Disappointing no show

No driver picked us up, we managed to get hold of the online chat and was told if the driver isn’t there then you can find alternative rides to your hotel. Thankfully I was given a full refund but it is very disappointing after booking a transfer not to have anyone collect you. Book an uber a lot cheaper and more efficient.

I like to arrive in a new place with a car and a driver to take me to my hotel. Rather than faff about getting lost. Every other time I've ordered a car, the driver has been waiting in the arrivals hall. Not this time - nothing - nada. When I eventually got my 'phone working - he's parked up somewhere waiting for me! So we get moving - he's using his phone to make calls. Then he was wobbling on the road - because he's texting! No other taxi driver I'd had has been holding his phone whilst driving, and certainly not texting - He sent a message asking me to use his name in a review - OK - Daniel. I would have been better with an Uber!

Shimmy was great, so friendly and welcoming a really lovely start to our break. We also arranged return to airport directly with him whilst in Krakow, he was very flexible when we had to change the time due to airport delays. 5*

Booked and paid for pick up at the airport passport control was busy which I warned the driver that it was and I would be a while he did not comment, when we walked out of the airport I texted him to say we were on our way out and he replied sorry my waiting time is over book another cab, I complained to Viator and they would not refund my money, disgusting service

Excellent service. Got a message via WhatsApp as the plane landed, once we were in the baggage hall the driver called and explained where to meet. Whole process was extremely smooth and vehicle was nice and clean.

Good price compared to other companies. Received a message from our driver as we landed and then a call to confirm his location. Our driver was friendly and informative. Our flight was delayed slightly but this was not a problem as they had tracked the flight. Great service.

On the Viator website/app it is not possible to see all the details of the reservation. I attempted several times to contact the supplier, but I received no response. In the end, the supplier did wait for us at the airport, but the service experience before the trip was terrible. Viator wrote to them on my behalf, and this is the help I received from them. I do not recommend using the app or the supplier.

Krakow airport return

Unlike every other trip we had booked through Viator, we had no prior contact from this pick up, and neither us or Viator could get hold of the agent. Although we had a confirmation when we booked months prior, we had no pick up time, and the pick up point was incorrect. We had asked the hotel if they could arrange a taxi if needed, and they said it wouldn't be an issue. Thankfully, our driver messaged us an hour before we expected a pick up, to advise that traffic was bad, and recommended early collection. We were picked up 10 minutes later, but as the traffic was so busy, we departed the car before the official drop off point. The driver was great, and the journey was comfortable, but we haven't given full stars due to lack of communication.

Perfect pick up. Communication from Oskar was excellent upon landing. He provided pick up point and vehicle details so we knew exactly where and who. Journey to the hotel was very comfortable and safe.
