Overview

A visit to Chochołowska Thermal Baths is the perfect way to pamper yourself for a day. Remove the stress out of figuring out public transport with round-trip transfers from Krakow included. What To Expect

Your tour begins either with pickup from your Krakow hotel or the meeting point by air-conditioned vehicle. There are various ways of customizing this tour to suit your needs, interests, and available time.

You’ll receive a pass granting access to Chocholów's thermal baths and jacuzzis. Your visit is unguided, so you can enjoy the pools at your leisure, and opt to pay extra for the sauna and other facilities, like massages, if you wish. If you’ve chosen the Zakopane tour option, you’ll spend time exploring the picturesque mountain town, too.

At the end of the day you'll be dropped off back at your hotel or a central location in Krakow Old Town.

The driver was nice however on the way back there was some confusion with another group so therefore meant a 40 minute delay just waiting in the taxi. The baths were very good however the later it got the busier it got. It was better getting there earlier so that you could enjoy the baths without it being mad busy.

The pools were great, thermal pools were lovely just extremely busy, the changing rooms were a nightmare. Nothing was explained. No English signs and the lifeguards didn’t speak English either so was difficult to know what or where u were going.

Fantastic time at the thermal baths. Well organised with wristband allocating you locker number and scanning system.for all food & drink.which you pay at the end. Busy, as our trip was a Sat night but the complex is big with plenty pools, Jacuzzis etc. DJ plays at the lower level outside pool at the weekends, with swim-up bar, great party atmosphere. Brilliant guide, Michael.Highly recommended

The Thermal Bath was nice, just from start to finish your greeted with pure rudeness. I was shocked on how miserable people are in Poland it just made me want to get home. I was only there 3 days and by the 2nd day was enough. Such a beautiful place but the people are not my cup of tea

Firstly we must thank our driver/guide Maciek, very helpful explaining everything about the thermal baths, great experience it's around one and a half hours drive, but worth it, there are lots of lovely clean hot water baths and a VIP area on top floor for 50 Zloty each its a naked area, we didn't go up there but friends said it was great and relaxing , foods also nice and good prices,it's so clean and the interior all wood ceilings & furniture is beautiful, staff friendly, great flumes/slides, Maciek gave us extra time to get changed, Maciek explained about villages we drove through he went the extra mile in making it a comfortable journey, thank you Maciek, Kim and Heather fardell

the service was excellent and the experience was truly beautiful. the staff is prepared and friendly, the shuttle service is punctual, the organization is efficient. quality/price ratio is very convenient. the spas are very beautiful and fun, you get lost in the games, the slides, the warmer tubs, the hydromassages and much more. during the three hours I reserved some time for dinner at the restaurant and the food was truly delicious. Michal, my driver/companion, is a truly reliable and sociable person, who gave us all the information exhaustively and was impeccable.

Such a wonderful and relaxing trip. Our driver Viktor was excellent, super friendly and an excellent driver. He was also really knowledgeable about Krakow and the surrounding area so was interesting hearing some new facts. The actual pools are bliss, so relaxing with a wide range of activities to suit everyone. We went in high season so it was super busy but still enough space to get around and get to all the pools. Next time we might book a longer trip or an evening trip as I've heard these trips are a little quieter but all in all a really lovely day. Thankyou!

No complaints! We went in the evening which was quieter and less children. The outdoor pool downstairs has a swim up bar and some fun water activities. There was also a cool DJ there in the evening time. You can also easily pay for food/drinks with your bracelet. Great experience, nice driver and comfortable 6seater minivan.

Amazing! Our tour guide was incredible, he really went above and beyond for us and we really really enjoyed the experience! It’s a shame seeing all the negative reviews of overcrowding, because our experience was amazing - We did the evening experience and it wasn’t busy, the outside thermal pool was lovely, with a swim up bar and a nice range of drinks. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, there’s not a single thing we would change!

The top adult section was lovely but very crowded so couldn’t actually get in all the rooms. The view from the balcony was awesome. The pools were absolutely packed with lots of screaming children. It was far too noisy and not the relaxing experience I was looking for, however, the massage we booked at the end, saved the day. It was a public holiday so perhaps we should have chosen another day but would have appreciated this information from you when we booked and we would have chosen another day. The driver wojtec, was super helpful and a great source of information, i will highly recommend him to friends.
