Great tour of the French quarter and surrounding areas covering some history, some architecture, some info about contemporary Hanoi life. We asked lots of questions and all were answered.
If you’re a woman make sure to take something to cover your shoulders for the church.

Excellent Locals Intro to Hanoi
With limited time and not a lot of knowledge of Vietnam or Hanoi, we found our guide Linh to be excellent in sharing his knowledge of some of the key landmarks and places of Hanoi ~ their history and stories which were really interesting. Linh also gave us insight into how he lives as a local in Hanoi, the social landscape and challenges and joys of being a young Hanoian resident. Thanks Linh, much appreciated!

Memorable day on Ha Long Bay
A great day-trip from Hanoi (total excision was ~9 hours). Boating through Ha Long Bay was beautiful & opportunities to explore caves on foot and by small craft was also fun. An ample lunch served on the boat paired with an excellent and professional guide (Johnny) throughout the day made this private tour a good value. As a bonus we stopped at a pearl factory on the way out which was also quite fun!

A must-do!
Without much ideas of what to see/do on our first day in Hanoi, having a private and customised walking tour by a local is a great way to get to know the city. Our guide Vy, has good English skill and pleasantly showed us Hanoi landmarks to our interests. We were told the small booking fee (about US$5) was for a donation and we're to cover our guide's applicable entry fees and F&B expenses as she accompanies us plus optional tips. Overall, the tour was well worth it. Vy also gave good recommendations on money changing, shopping, and places for good food.

Do It!!!
Absolutely worth the few dollars and an afternoon of time. Our guide Brandon had a helper today and they worked together to build confidence in each other's language skills and public speaking. They knew a lot about the history of Hanoi and helped us understand the basic customs expectations before we arrived. Communication was fantastic also. This is a MUST do when in Hanoi

A Don't Miss!
Don't Miss! This was a wonderful tour! Harley and Anna were the most amazing tour guides we have had in all of Vietnam. The knowledge of history and traditions were boundless. Every question I had was answered throughly. I wish they could be our tour guides for every tour. We really, really, really enjoyed ourselves.

Such a great time and fun way to get around!
This was a last minute booking I made the night before and as it ended up, we were the only two in our group, so it was a private tour for my husband and myself. The tour guide, Jim, was very friendly and informative and took care to explain everything we were seeing. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the jeep tour to anybody who wants to see the sights in Hanoi. He even offered to send us suggestions for other things to see and places to eat, which we appreciated.

See Hanoi with Ivy!
We booked a private tour so that we could stay longer or shorter at a site. Our guide, Ivy, was great and would remind us that we had control over our day. She also asked if there was anything we specifically wanted to buy and we stopped at a store to get dried jack fruit! It was a full day and we enjoyed it all!

Exceptionally good
Silky was an exceptionally good guide and was very obliging with any requests we had. She was very patient with us as my husband has bad knees and she was very happy to take a rest at intervals, as we requested. We had a fantastic, informative afternoon and learnt a lot. It was a very fascinating insight. Highly recommended. Thanks so much Silky.

10/10 would recommend
We did the tour of the ceramic village with the guides and driver Tuna and Snow. Was fantastic, my mom and I loved it. Was nice to get out of central Hanoi, esp the old quarter and get some more insight on other facets of Vietnamese industries. Got to see both modern ceramic production (stunning stuff) and an ancient set up. Both tuna and snow spoke fantastic English and were good drivers. Super open, knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. Thank you so much again - was a highlight so far

A wonderful way to see the Hanoi City highlights with private limousine transfer.
The half day private tour includes limousine transfer to the Temple of Literature, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Quarter and St Joseph’s Cathedral as well as a stop for an egg yolk coffee (highly recommended).
Our young tour guide Sean was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Vietnam and happily answered all of our questions.

I initially thought the driver was late but later realized he was stuck in a traffic jam right outside the hotel and he was just down the street. Good communication from company. Of note, my brother got dropped off in the international terminal and I had a separate domestic flight and there was an additional fee of 50,000 VND for the two drop offs. Would use service again
