Sandy was great. Taught us a lot about the different foods and explained each dish to us. I chose to eat some snails as one of my dishes and it was delicious. layers of flavor. Very different from any escargot that I have eaten. Her spoke English well so she was able to answer all the question we had with ease. Such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone. She accommodates the adventure according to your preferences.
