Got taken on the half day tour by Walter and Rose and it was lovely! We got picked up at our hotel and driven to the 5-6 of the most popular spots in Ha Noi. Our tour guides were so friendly and joyful. They offered to cater the tour to how we wanted it, as in whether we wanted to go into certain museums and attractions or spend more time or not at one area over another. We learned a lot of history and fun facts, and they took so many great photos of us. They even treated us to some egg coffee and coconut coffee. Then when we asked for a lunch recommendation they even brought us to a popular spot and helped us order (since my Vietnamese is so bad haha). We loved our time and really felt like we knew the city much better. Highly recommend!

The half day private tour includes limousine transfer to the Temple of Literature, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Quarter and St Joseph’s Cathedral as well as a stop for an egg yolk coffee (highly recommended).
Our young tour guide Sean was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Vietnam and happily answered all of our questions.

Very flexible half day Hanoi highlights tour. Kane worked with us to fit the itinerary to our needs and ensured we had LOTS of photos at each destination. The driver was safe and vehicle was clean, comfortable with good air conditioning. The only thing that could have made this tour better was a pre-contact prior to tour start to ensure we kick off the tour on time and are ready to go.

We did an amazing food tour with Stella, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The next part of our tour was a city tour learning the history with Levy. He was knowledgeable and passionate!

Travis and our driver were GREAT. Travis was super accommodating regarding what we would like to see not in the itinerary. We saw some areas and sites that we had not seen previously. Also, when we went to a cafe, he told us we could order anything we wanted which was super appreciated. We had a great time.

The cathedral of St Joseph. It was so angelic being a Catholic. I was touched how to dress appropriately by covering my bare shoulders with some aided scarf outside. The Temple of Literature showcased how to become a scholar or pursue one’s academic excellence.

We had a great half day with Martin our guide for our first time and first day in Hanoi. He was happy to customize the tour a bit to fit what would be best to see. Highlight - driving through the crazy traffic and also learning how to cross roads with confidence. We did a train street morning stop and enjoyed a harrowing coffee/speeding train-near-your-head experience (wow!) and enjoyed the ancient Buddhist temple + Buddha tree on the island. Overall, highly recommended, great way to get a feel for this city.

We highly recommend this tour. Our guide Bob was amazing and allowed us to change the tour so we didn’t revisit places we had already seen. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. This was a definite highlight for us!

We had a great half-day tour with our guide Po!
He picked us up on time at our hotel and we proceeded to see many of the sights in Hanoi. Our favorite was a visit to the Hanoi Hilton - given the historical significance.
We also enjoyed visiting the other various sights as it would be difficult to do on our own so quickly.
Finally, Po gave us dinner recommendations, which we greatly appreciated.

This was a fantastic way to quickly learn about Hanoi and navigate the bustle of the city! Our guide was even kind enough to adapt the tour so we could see train street at just the right time! We saw some fantastic sights and sampled our first egg coffee! Great experience!

Really awesome way to efficiently see some highlights of Hanoi if you aren't going to be spending a ton of time there, but would like to see the historically significant sites. Other bonus is the AC car to take you from place to place (the reprieve from the relentless heat allowed us to enjoy the sites more while we were there).
Our guide, Duc, was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and great photographer.

From the person on the back office ( Ms. Harley ) who worked hard in helped me having a custom trip on my demands to Louisa ( tour guide ) who patiently took us to right destination.
Unlike many tours , Louisa didn't rush us to go fast and she treated us like her friends. We had very good feeling of having her in our side and enjoyed every second of our tour.

Tyler was a great guide and showed us around Hanoi city in a relaxed, informed setting. We were picked up from the hotel and dropped off on schedule. Travis was an excellent guide throughout the door and messaged in advance to let me know pick up times. He was also really helpful after the tour as I had asked about vegetarian restaurants in the area and he sent me a long list of restaurants I could try that he got from a friend. I had a fantastic morning despite the pouring rain and it was all thanks to Travis 😊

We had a great time on this tour! Our guide was Mike, he was very knowledgeable and conversational. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the sites of Hanoi! The air-conditioned car was also a bonus.

Mike was our tour guide. He came to pick us up at our hotel, he was very nice, enthusiastic and accommodating. He took us to see st Joseph’s church, west lake, pagoda, mausoleum, opera house, mural street, and took us to a coffee shop to finish our trip. We chose to forgo the train street cafe, since we had already done so a couple days prior with another tour. We had chose to do a private city tour plus food tour, this is the perfect combo if you have never done a food tour, if you have done a good tour I already I would recommend skipping the food tour option. I would definitely do this tour again, and maybe even have some places you want to see ready because they would be willing to show you depending on the distance.

Mike was a friendly and informative guide. We saw two versions of Hanoi which were very interesting.
I was offered an egg coffee. It would have been nice if it was served with the other participants in the group. I felt I had to rush my coffee.
Overall a worthwhile and informative tour.

We took at bus to four different places in Hanoi. At each stop we would get out and tour the place. Overall, it was good and the guide was personable and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed each stop a lot. The downfall, was there was a lot of driving involved especially when we went out to the lacquer "factory" which was essentially a stop for us to buy lacquer products. They were beautiful and we did buy a painting there. I think as we drove around the guide could have given us more information about Hanoi like the general history, culture, people, etc. Also, you will not necessarily stop at all the places mentioned in the tour write up. Part of this is to save you time as there was a 1+ hour wait to get into Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
