Ken was our tour guide and Vinh was our driver. We had a wonderful time on this tour. We went to the Temple of Literature and Ho Chi Min mosoleum among other places. Ken share Vietnamese history in depth. He answered all of our questions and made our time together very enjoyable. I highly recommend booking a tour.

We had an amazing tour guide in Mina as she was knowledgeable and friendly. There were 6 of us and a great group. First up coffee in a quaint french built building with a lot of history then the church and Mina explained the history of the church and we had the opportunity to enter and walk around inside. Waling the streets of the French Quarter was enjoyable with the interesting stories Mina shared with us. We stopped for yummy ice cream and ended the tour feeling that this was one of the most enjoyable walking tours we have been on

We did the tour of the ceramic village with the guides and driver Tuna and Snow. Was fantastic, my mom and I loved it. Was nice to get out of central Hanoi, esp the old quarter and get some more insight on other facets of Vietnamese industries. Got to see both modern ceramic production (stunning stuff) and an ancient set up. Both tuna and snow spoke fantastic English and were good drivers. Super open, knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. Thank you so much again - was a highlight so far

We had an absolutely fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay. The scenery was breathtaking — limestone karsts, emerald waters, and peaceful surroundings that truly live up to Ha Long Bay’s reputation as a natural wonder. The entire tour was well organized, comfortable, and perfectly paced, allowing us to enjoy the cruise, activities, and sightseeing without feeling rushed. A special mention goes to our tour guide, Mr. Johnny, who made the experience even more memorable. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. His explanations about the history, culture, and geology of Ha Long Bay were very informative, and he was always kind, accommodating, and attentive to everyone’s needs. He ensured the group felt comfortable and genuinely cared about making the trip enjoyable for all. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and highly recommended. If you’re visiting Ha Long Bay, you’re in great hands with Mr. Johnny and this tour — truly a memorable day!

This tour was a wonderful way to experience the city and encounter culture and sites that we would not have learned about otherwise. Our guides, Riley and our driver Dragon, were truly phenomenal. Riley’s enthusiasm and knowledge about the city made touring with her an absolute pleasure. We left the tour having learned so much after an incredibly fun few hours. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you can have Riley as a guide, to anyone!

I initially thought the driver was late but later realized he was stuck in a traffic jam right outside the hotel and he was just down the street. Good communication from company. Of note, my brother got dropped off in the international terminal and I had a separate domestic flight and there was an additional fee of 50,000 VND for the two drop offs. Would use service again

We used their service to get to and from Ha Noi airport to/from city hotel. For our group of 4 i was looking for a transit, as a 7 seater was sometimes too tight for the 4 of us + luggage, and they were offering this service. As others have stated, communication was a bit challenging. they didn't send a confirmation and didn't answer when I send a message via Viator. but then I tried contacting them by whatsApp, and they answered promptly. so just use whatsApp if you need to communicate with them. The drives in both cases were on time and drove safely. the cars were comfortable. so I would defiantly recommend using this service

Our guide Lam was excellent. Great guide to the old quarter stopping at various food places. Absolutely delicious and varied food. Never spending too long anywhere and never walking too much between places. Was great with my kids making sure they crossed the busy roads safely and teaching them to use chopsticks. He got them to try good they normally would never try. The kids loved him.
