Rudy, our guide, and Orlando, our driver, were great hosts! Timely pick up from our meeting spot. Took the time to answer questions and went out of the way to make sure we got to see different things. Rudy was very knowledgeable and had great stories. Orlando met us out cold drinks after our climb up from the waterfall and fresh sweet pineapples after our sloth walk. Learned a lot and saw so many different foliage and species! Completely satisfied!

Great job well done

We waiting at airport for about 15 minutes, before driver arrived, but it was ok. Once everything got communicated correctly it was all good. The driver was very engaged of getting us to our hotel & very pleasantly. Very much so an experienced driver, we enjoyed the ride. More importantly we made it to our destination safely. Hopefully he will pick us back up on the 7/26/2026 @ 10:00 a.m. from the same hotel and return us back to the Airport.

Unforgettable and unique trip to Nicaragua!

Very interesting tour, I loved seeing the active Masaya Volcano, the overlook across the lakes and valleys and the old city of Granada. The restaurant they took us to was incredibly beautiful with a lush garden courtyard and excellent food. The street vendors were a little pushy in the town square. The chocolate at the cacao shop was incredible. Some of us also opted to go on a horse buggy ride and that was something new for me. The boat tour was WET as it was raining the day we went so we did not end up stopping on any island or feeding the monkeys. Our tour guide, Peter (Pedro) was incredible and a wonderful guy. He made us laugh and kept us entertained and informed the entire ride to Nicaragua (which is a long one!) we played music in the van and had a part the whole time, it was great. :)

Amazing Tour and Well Worth the Money

This tour was incredible! They provided drinks and seasonal fruits to keep us cool in the sweltering heat. Additionally, the tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Bernie and Sidar were absolutely amazing! We had the best day, with the best experiences and adventures. The volcano, waterfall, horses, cultural experience, mud, hot springs, ziplines, waterslide, monkeys, hanging bridges, tractor rides....just all of it was epic! If you only do one excursion, do this one! When they say its ok to leave your items in the van, it is, but take tip money with you! And if you want to do the waterslide, make sure you have shorts or something, not just swimsuit bottoms :)

The hike was easy to moderate in spots. We are a pretty active family and we enjoyed the rough terrain, creek crossings, ladders/ropes, etc. My kids enjoyed the adventure (12 and 10) with zero complaints except that it ended too soon. Don’t miss this extensive tour!!

This is a wonderful multi-faceted adventure that really showcases many of the beautiful features and cultural aspects of Costa Rica! You definitely need to be aware that the hiking aspect would be considered moderate - not easy - but SO very worth it! From volcanic steam pots (fumeroles), boiling ground water pools and boiling mud pools to beautiful roaring waterfalls, hanging bridges through dramatic forests - a delicious authentic Costa Rican lunch buffet - and ending up with a refreshing visit to volcanic mineral hot springs to soak up the healing powers (mud bath too if you like)! Our guide, Daphne, was outstanding - very knowledgeable, courteous and patient with our group. (Our driver, Mambo, was great too). Highly recommend this for a very full day of really getting to see it “all” in Costa Rica!!

Along the way, we even spotted wildlife, including monkeys, which made the experience even more memorable. You’ll ride through a mix of terrain — from rocky paths to muddy roads — making it exciting the entire way. The instructors were outstanding! They were professional, patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident before heading out. They took the time to match each person with a vehicle that was easy to handle and suited their comfort level. Throughout the ride, they were attentive, making sure everyone was safe, aware of the conditions, and having a great time. Great experience! Boat was very clean and well maintained. Crew was incredibly kind to everyone. Ages on board ranged from 8 to 84 and everyone enjoyed it! Food was delicious! My teenagers who are picky, went back for seconds. Snorkeling was good, swimming in the cove was nice and drinks were very good. We’d do this again!
