Shuttle to and from the 4 parts of the tour . Oliver our guide was so respectful and caring and gave us a lot of Info about the plants and animals around the volcano . He helped us get great pictures of monkeys and birds .We definitely got more out of the tour than we would have if we had gone on our own. The waterfall was amazing and we went back the next day early in the morning and had the place to ourselves . The buffet lunch was excellent in an open air restaurant with live music . The hot springs with mud was a relaxing and fun ending .

We had a great time on the hike, the waterfall, hot Springs and lunch. Everything made for a very enjoyable day. It would’ve been helpful to know that we would be going back to our car in between each of the excursions. Also would be nice to know ahead of time that there are restrooms so that you can change in between each of the excursions if you choose. Towels are provided for the hot springs so you do not need to bring a towel for that. I would definitely recommend this excursion.

We didn’t get to see the volcano because it was active but it was a very pretty hike and nice experience

This is perfect! Our guide was amazing and very informative. He didn’t rush us through and it appeared he really loved showing my group around. 10/10 experience.

challenging hike but all worth it. The waterfall swim is the best part after the long hike and the food was delicious. Thank you

Excellent guided tour. 4 mile hike through Rincón - followed by a shorter hike to waterfall for swimming. Definitely for those who are capable of long walks and light stairs. The lunch exceeded expectations- there was entertainment and it was buffet style. Our family of 6 enjoyed it all. FYI the road coming in is part gravel and many pot holes- don’t be deterred.

Hiking thru national forest seeing birds, trees, animals and waterfalls. We had an excellent guide who knew the area and his subject matter in depth.

Beautiful park with lots to see and do. It was a well-organized tour and our guide was very experienced. The buffet lunch was excellent.

Loved seeing all the wildlife and the hot springs. Johnny the guide was really excellent and helped out my son who was having some trouble with his knee.

Our guide Chris was a wealth of knowledge about all the plants and animals in the Park. Lots we would have missed on the self guided option.

We were a group of 9 people ages 7 and up. Everyone loved it, our tour guide was amazing, lunch was delicious and the hot springs were a great way to end the day. Wear shoes that can get wet and towels are provided at the springs.

We enjoyed the hike, our guide gave us a lot of history and information on the forest and its animals. He was able to locate a bunch of spider monkeys swinging through the forest which was amazing! The waterfall was beautiful and very cold and yet somehow that didn’t matter because of how beautiful it was. Th emus baths were very relaxing and made our skin so soft that we put it on twice. We Al so enjoyed the lunch buffet that was provided.

Very confusing and frustrating. We were late due to the silly wristband and went on a goose chase to get it. Didn't go on the hike and everyone in the group was hungry and tired.

Johnny B Good was our guide and he was very good, pointing out spider monkeys, boa constrictors and birds. The waterfall was beautiful, although there is no changing area near the falls, as listed. The mud pots were interesting, along with the steam pots. Lunch at the hotel was very tasty, serving local fare. All in all a very worthwhile excursion.

The area around the volcano, hot springs, waterfall, wildlife and the hike were excellent. We even saw some monkeys fairly close. The buffet lunch was very good. Edward was very knowledgeable and personable, and even his jokes were tolerable! Thank you.

Family of 5 (3 adult children)- we had a wonderful day. Perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. My legs are sore today from the climbing, but it was worth it!

It was all really beautiful, but you didn't need to purchase the tour to access the waterfall or the park. The cost also didn't cover entry into the park.

Wow! What an amazing tour. Our day was perfection from the time of arrival, ease of registration, personal tour guide for a guided hike who spotted a sleeping sloth, birds, snakes, and 3 species of monkeys. The waterfall swim was an awesome refresher from the heat of the hike and lunch after was a delicious authentic Costa Rican buffet with plenty of variety and options. Then the time spent at the thermal pools was not limited and thoroughly enjoyed. We had an amazing guide who served as informer and also our personal photographer. He went above and beyond to make our day awesome!
