This airport can be a very chaotic place sometimes, and this is why we recommend that our clients do not give any information to anyone who does not know their names. The driver assigned to you will have all your information, such as your first name, last name, and drop-off location. The first thing you will see after you come out of the airport are the red taxi drivers. Once you exit, please turn right and go all the way until you find a sign that says "CEDA," which is located a few meters beyond the red taxi drivers. Please remember, do not give any information to anyone. Your driver will have your information. Do not give your luggage to anyone else but the driver who knows your name and your drop-off location. These people won't steal from you, but they'll try to pressure you into paying a tip just to roll your luggage to the van. For your return, your driver will be at the door of your hotel or Airbnb at the time you would like to be picked up.

Very happy with our round trip transportation to/from airport & resort. Booked months in advance and about a week prior received full confirmation of times for pick up. Received text message with details again the day prior to arrival and again before departure. Drivers were friendly, and we had no issues. Would recommend and will use again if/when we return.

Anthony was on time and very friendly. He made the transport effortless and we enjoyed our conversation with him. I would recommend this company for your transport needs.
From the booking, messages and drive was a wonderful experience. They were responsive with messages and confirmations. The driver was early even for such an early pick up. He was friendly and the drive was smooth. I would highly recommend them and would book again with them.
We had an amazing driver named Dennis! He was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and respectful throughout our trip. He gave us a wonderful tour of every city we visited, from the airport to W Costa Rica, and made the journey so much more enjoyable.
Dennis was always attentive to our needs, making sure we had plenty of water and everything we needed along the way. He was very polite, professional, and a pleasure to travel with.
We would love to request Dennis for our transfer back to the airport. He made such a great impression on us, and we would be thrilled to have him drive us again!

The experience was amazing. Our driver Jafed was excellent! He was informative, kind and super friendly. He was there waiting when we arrived and made the drive comfortable and the whole experience easy!

Anthony and his company are awesome. I had to schedule last minute excursions for 12! Elderly and small children included. He not only worked on a national holiday to accommodate my last minute large requests. He also got a me a great deal for a private catamaran charter. My wife and I had a great time on our ATV adventure with 506 adventures and tours. Picked us up at our hotel right on time. Got us on our vehicles ready to go. Had a couple of nice stops by the beach for a water break and ended the trip with some fresh pineapple, which was delicious. Definitely recommended.

Dayor was our driver from the airport to our hotel and he was great. So great that we utilized them for transportation to different excursions. Francisco was our driver as well. Both were very knowledgeable about the country and pointed out different things for us to see. Highly recommend. You pay extra for a private transportation but it is well worth it!

Given the round trip cost, I expected a proper vehicle. Think it a bit silly that the transfer from LIR to our resort was in a run down vehicle. Costco transfer are way more professional with black car service. I can’t wait for the return transfer to the airport. The driver was good but just not getting any value

Driver was waiting for us. We had waters in the car. He also pointed out animals and fun facts along the drive.

Great communication when booking and when arriving at the airport. Our flight was delayed and they were very accommodating and patient waiting for u to arrive. Our driver Aaron was awesome!
The communication was very good. They were on time. The ride was good. Nice clean air conditioned van. They checked on my during the ride.
Just from the pickup to early on communication, the team worked very effectively to make sure our pick-ups went smoothly. Their driving was very safe and they ensured we had a comfortable ride even though there were a lot of potholes in the road. They would always let us know they arrived and even if we needed additional time they were able to accommodate. Would recommend the team and will book again next time iam in Costa Rica.

From before we even arrived, I knew we were in great hands. Stephanie was an excellent communicator and immediately put me at ease.
Due to weather our flight was cancelled, rescheduled and changed at least 4 times. I reached out and Stephanie immediately assured me me that she had our arrival ready to change whenever arrived. That took so much stress off of us. Arrival day was chaotic, as international arrivals often are, but we knew exactly what to expect. Our driver would be waiting with a sign with my name, and Stephanie even checked in to make sure we connected without any issues.
Fernando, our driver, was outstanding. He speaks English very well and has a warm, natural conversational style that made the ride easy and enjoyable. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the region and answered all of our questions about agriculture, local industries, and how the economy works. The conversation was genuinely educational and helped us understand Costa Rica beyond just the tourist view.
I speak very rudimentary Spanish, and Fernando went out of his way to help me with pronunciation and basic words. He also pointed out practical things along the drive, like supermarkets, quick marts, and local equivalents to stores like Walmart and Home Depot, which was incredibly helpful for first time visitors.
What impressed me most was how engaged and intuitive he was. Knowing this was our first visit, he quickly picked up on what we were curious about and tailored the conversation around that. The drive was about an hour and a half, but it went by quickly because the experience was so engaging.
This was more than just transportation. It felt like a welcoming introduction to the country, and it set the tone for our entire trip. I would absolutely recommend this service and especially Fernando to anyone visiting Costa Rica for the first time.
