Very good experience...

Very good experience right from the start to end. The crew is very knowledgeable and clear in providing instructions that are required. Even my 3 and half yr old(height needs to be more than 42inches) also enjoyed the ride. Wouldn't say that the corals are the best but overall experience is worth. Also the place is very close to the port and would take less than 10min from the port exit.

Best Birthday Ever!

It was my first time to visit and it was fantastic! My bestie and I felt very safe taking a taxi from the port to Mr Sancho's as well as the facility itself. The service was exceptional, food was delicious and plentiful, drinks were great (our glasses were never empty), friendly staff, and there were a lot of things to do. We had massages and the Mariachi band sang Happy Birthday to me. I almost forgot that they have parrots to take pictures with, which I did and it was amazing. It is definitely a great place to visit and I will be returning as soon as possible. Thank you, Mr Sancho's for making it the best birthday ever!

Very good food and drinks. All cocktails iced drinks smoothies etc incl.uded. Very nice beach and pool area. Very busy until most on cruise ships leave at around 2.30pm . For value and quality can't be beaten . Shrimp chiche was lovely and wife enjoyed blue cheese burger.. Would definitely recommend coming here. Service second to none. The waiter service is fantastic.

Best excursion!

We are cruising on Celebrity and this was our first time booking an excursion not through the cruise line. It was an incredible experience. It was a quick 3 min walk to the meeting point from the international terminal where we waited about 30 mins for the catamaran to pick us up. The catamaran was very nice, only 20 people on board or so and 5 crew. We were on the posiden. The crew was fantastic. It was about a 30 min boat right to the reef. We made 4 stops total: a reef, a turtle sanctuary, a star fish area, and a sand bar. We had plenty of time at each and feel like we absolutely got our moneys worth. We had a diver with us that took pics with a go pro that were for sale at the end. $30 for all the pics was hard to pass up. We felt safe, cared for, and had no worries getting back to our ship on time. Will absolutely book with them again when we are back in Cozumel!

A must do! Worth every bit of it.

Hands down worth the money and experience. Finding the meeting location and was pleased to find that we were the only ones in the group. Miguel was our tour guide and beyond helpful and made sure we were safe and accounted for every step of the way of the excursion. Our experience was full of knowledge and laughter. ATV 4x4 experience through the jungle was so much fun! It rain the days before so there were prime puddles to drive through and get dirty. Got to sample how the true Mayans made corn tortillas and real chocolate (which had to get a second sample) no added surgars just raw and grinded, roasted cocoa beans was so smooth and nice. We learned how tequila was made in the stages from plant to bottle. Experienced different styles and flavors. There was a sweet corn flavor tequila (which tasted like creamed corn) was skeptical to taste but omg sooo good. And the coconut tequila had raw shavings in it. Of course I bought a bottle of extra añejo so smoothed and fair priced. I was happy to have sampled before so I know what I was buying. The snorkeling was sooooo much fun. Had to wear a life vest but didn’t stop me from free diving. And Miguel was there with me the whole way. Fajitas for lunch were on point. And Miguel got us back in time for some shopping before getting on the boat. Highly recommend.

Myself and my family loved every second of our day at Kuza! The beach was beautiful, the water park was fun, and the staff were all so friendly! Caesar was our waiter at the beach and was great! So glad we chose this one

This was an excellent experience. Not wanting to pay extra to book through the cruise line, and wanting to be with as small a group as possible, we chose this snorkeling with turtles/sealife adventure. My husband, adult son and bonus daughter went and came back with beautiful pictures and fun stories about their day. The enjoyed the guacamole and ceviche, the drinks, the actual snorkeling in various spots, the guides, and especially standing in water while the stingrays brushed past them. They did come back with mottled intense sunburns as they didn't think to wear their rash guards. Probably their sunscreen failing in water, plus reflection of sun/water combo created odd patterns of varying degrees of sunburn. Of course, I (mama) was confused why they didn't wear the sun shirts they specifically took with them as failsafe sun protection.....their answer being they didn't think to put them on. So......when I say take rashguards/sunshirts and use them instead of sunscreen, (even if no one else in the group is) listen. Other than that, they had a fantastic time.

Best snorkel cruise ever

Our guides were great. Smooth boat ride to 3 snorkel stops. We saw amazing coral, fish, turtle and a tiny shark as well as a ton of star fish and rays. We bought the photo package which was reasonable and received so many great Uber water shots including a movie of the turtle. I highly recommend this tour.

Excellent snorkel tour!

We had a great time snorkeling at three different reefs. Saw sea turtles, sting rays, baby sharks and a ton of fish. The water clarity was excellent. The crew was very proffesional, fun and made sure we were all having a good time and we were safe. They served us fresh ceviche, cold drinks and chips. I would highly recommend this tour.
