Wonderful experience! Best part of our vacation! My family had a private tour - just the 4 us. My son was 15 so could not drive the ATV (unless we signed a waiver), but he still had a blast on the double ATV with me. My daughter and wife never drove one before, but our Tour guide, Sergio, was very helpful and we had no problems. The path we took was right on the edge of the jungle, so we’d go through some jungle, some beach. We got to stop and go out to the beach/water. So beautiful! Some rocky areas on the path added to the fun. Highly suggest bringing eye covers (sunglasses worked fine) and possibly a bandana for your mouth. Helmet was provided and we kept our backpacks on our backs. It wasn’t wet when we went, so wasn’t muddy/dirty. There was a photographer riding with us. You can buy pics, which we thought was worth it since it’s very difficult, if not impossible, to take pics while driving. (Mentioning this in case you want to bring extra cash with you to purchase) Then off to the cenote (drove in car), which we had completely to ourselves - no other tour groups!! Water little chilly, but not bad, as it was January - guessing it was warmer than other cenotes because it was more open, less cave. No bats or guano concerns like at Jade - where every other tour seems to go. Gorgeous clear water and scenery!! They provide life jackets and tubes if you wanted and a bathroom to use and change into bathing suit. They had a photographer here too you can buy pics from. We had to skip the tequila tour (our choice) due to limited time (needed to get back to the cruise ship). We all wanted to get to the beach. Unfortunately it was very windy and seas were rough so we couldn’t get out in the water. This beach, Playa Uvas, was very rocky - have to use a pier and steps to get in water. We wore water shoes for the whole tour, which worked great for everything we did. Bathrooms/changing areas provide here too. Lunch provided here was good. Wish we had more time at the beach - they had lots of cute shops. Our tour guide, Sergio was awesome and the meeting spot across the street from the dock was very easy to find and get to. Sergio was very conscious to make sure we got back to the ship on time too. I’m so glad we chose this tour over others. ATV ride was a fun adventure and scenery between the ATV ride, cenote, and beach was a perfect way to see the beauty of the island. Wish we had more time on the island and were able to experience the snorkeling (not due to any shortcomings of the tour - just the weather). Heads up - if you need 1 double ATV for 2 adult riders - only chose 1 adult, else you get charged for 2 double ATVs. We had problems with Viator and couldn’t get responses to our questions about that before our trip.

This tour far exceeded the expectations of our family. We were on the island as a stop on a cruise and booked this excursion the week of. Carlos and Reyes managed to pack an awesome adventure into our short time in Cozumel. We rode ATVs along the coast line, went to a cenote and swam were the Mayans used to drink, and ended the day with a great fajita lunch and beach time. Carlos and Reyes were so friendly and amazing. Cannot recommend enough.

little hiccup at the meeting point, I chose by Ferry Terminal, but changed to Market which is right to the Port (actually closer than the port), it was ships WiFi that I wasn't able to get the WhatApp msg until the meeting time. But when I contacted UVAS Tour, they responded right away and came to pick up up!!! Bit late but once to the office to sign the waivers, I got to drive the car to our destination. Lead by Sergio, our tour guide. Once at the Cenote pool, it was a large lazy river like, had fun paddling around, then to ATC, ATCs were worned but what u expect a brand new? But it was good operational, we hit the road at high speed to our destination, then through back path through sands, rocks, PUDDLES, then to the beach. It was so sad this beautiful beach was mostly trash from other area being washed onshore, volunteers come here to clean but so much. I did my part by not using bottles but using my water container. After ATV we drove to the beach for lunch and beach time. Then dropped off at the port. Sergio was best guide ever, and super friendly, super guide lead through all the activities to make sure we were safe and sound. He even dropped us off at the port not the meeting place. This was by far best value and fun we had in long time.

My husband and I are both in our 50s and loved this little adventure. It’s a perfect excursion if you are adventure light friendly and want something fun to do as a couple, with teens or even are Spring Breakers as the college students that were in our tour. Everyone there loved this part and had great photos at the end. Put your guide Daniel was amazing and showed kindness and concern for our well being and safety while keeping everything super chill. I think no matter who you are you will do well with him. The cenote as others have said is an incomplete adventure park your dollars will help more complete its building allow for more infrastructure etc.. this part right now is just okay. With that said we heard great stories and learned about the local flora and fauna which I enjoyed as an educator. The snorkel was just fine again not a luxury beach club a family owned beach spot that is just fine for Spring Breakers and had some killer habanero salsa - the ATVs and guide were the value in this tour. This takes a good deal of time but is so worth it. You will ride so bring some summer baclava (we got ours 8 for 12 on Amazon), aviators, sports sunglasses, googles or fit overs - you will need them, and a cheap string backpack with a water, ladies use the girls room before riding. So worth it!

This was great and confusing at the same time. Hector was our main guide and was great. He was excellent to be around and made us feel like family. The ATV portion was a blast....but wow....highly recommend bringing gloves and goggles. We were covered in dust/sand and 5 of our 6 left with blisters on their hands - from the long, fun ride. We never stopped for lunch....we never stopped on the beach for pictures and we got a random stop at a tequila tasting that was not our favorite. At this point, we just wanted to get back to the boat and eat; so we skipped the beach club (not sure if we would have had any time) - it was 2:30pm already and we had not left the tequila tasting, had not eaten, and still had not been to the beach club. I would go back, but would ask for a very clear/outlined schedule before leaving the office. A couple other notes: I would recommend bringing your own face mask/bandana - they charge $5 each. The photographer is great and only charges a reasonable amount ($60) - I'd recommend bringing cash for this.

The ride along the ocean was wonderful. A few ATV broke down. You couldn't really swim at the cenote, the place is still under construction. The lunch at the beach was tasty fajitas.

It's a fun-filled day to be long remembered. Definitely was the highlight of our cruise. Higly recommend.

After doing some price comparisons Viator was the place to book this excursion in Cozumel. From the booking, to the communication, the friendly guides and their knowledge we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I didn’t even know how much was involved. The excursion included a great ride through the forest alongside a beach, a visit to a Cenote with a fruit snack and swimming on the cenote, a tequila tasting and demonstration ( bring money this tequila is the best) and finally a two hour lunch at a beach club. It was perfect. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. There are parts of path where we rode the ATV’s that are pretty rocky. I have been riding ATV’s ( our own) for wuite a while and I know first hand how rocky area can grab your wheel and flip you. Upper body strength is recommended. Other than that you should have no problem. We booked privately not through the cruise ship which contributed to a very small group Just 4 people. I absolutely loved our excursion!

Reyes our tour guide was really amazing!!! We can’t compliment him enough! Thank you! Great tour, fun time, highly recommended!!!

We met our guides and fellow adventurers a few blocks from the port. Easy walk. Our driver, Daniel, was exceptional. His conversation ranged over the history and culture of Cozumel, Latin America and their strong partnership with the U.S., and far beyond. He was attentive, warm, funny, genuine. We had lots of fun riding a trail along the stunning coastline through jungle foliage for about 45 minutes. The trail was at times sandy, rocky, and dusty, but everyone in our group from the cruise ship was able to ride safely and enjoy it. After the ride, we werr driven to a cenote for a refreshing swim/float, and a healthy snack. From there, we went to a tequila tasting at a local business. We learned a lot, sampled a lot of great tequila, and bought a lot! From there, we were driven to Playa Uvas beach for a very good lunch at a restaurant on the beach. The day flew by and we wished we had more time with our new friends who shared the car, our wonderful driver, and this beautiful place. This was the best excursion experience of our entire cruise!

Everyone was so friendly and eager to make sure we all had the best experience. Even when the weather threw a wrench in things, they pivoted to make sure the group had a good time. The experience ended up being closer to 6 hours so if you need to be at a cruise port at a certain time make sure they know!

Having been to Cozumel many times and having done other ATV excursions, I was looking for a different excursion to bring my older mother on. At 65, she had never ridden or driven an ATV.
This is the best ATV excursion I've ever done! Danny and Reyes were our guides and they were incredibly kind and patient. My mom moves slowly but she was able to get on and off the ATV and do the stairs and walking at the village and cenote.
The excursion was an all-day event. We were on a cruise but the tour fit in the window of the cruise port hours.
Danny drove us from place to place and it felt like a private tour! My mom couldn't be happier with her experience. The ATV beach was breathtaking. We swam in the cenote, which was different from other cenotes I've visited and more like a lazy river. (Great for people who are not as fond of natural bodies of water with critters.) They gave us fresh fruit at the cenote, and then took us to a beach club where we relaxed on pool chairs and had a buffet lunch. The guides went above and beyond.
10/10

Normally these ATV tours are brief and on well groomed trails. Ans while they were the typical under powered, poorly maintained, 2 wheel drive ATVs you're expecting, the ride was the better part of an hour on a legit ATV trail. We went in December, so there was extra mud and puddles of water in the trail. Definitely worth the admission fee! The Cenote was underwhelming as a cenote, but the swim was beautiful, so was the water, the location, and the staff. 10/10 recommend this tour!

Cozumel day tour! This team went above and beyond, our ship was late clearing the boat so we were 20 minutes late for our tour, we thought for sure we missed out but they instead set up a private tour for us with an amazing host Daniel! We felt like VIPS its was a great day 5 plus plus stars ! Started with the cenote swim, ATV along the coast, tequila tasting and ended on the beach for some food and snorkeling!! Everyone we met along the way was AMAZING !! Would highly recommend this tour!

From our excellent guide Sergio to the ease of the pickup location, fun ATV ride, fresh blue water of the cenote swim, tequila tasting and lunch at a fantastic beach club this trip had it all. What a fun time! We ranged in age from 20 - 54 and no one had issues. Our guides were knowledgeable and patient. Don’t sleep on this one- the beachside ATV was exhilarating, the Cenote was peaceful and beautiful, then came the beach break. A full day of fun and memories!

The atvs were so much fun and such a wonderful experience. Javier was an awesome guide, stopping to make sure all were okay, fixing helmets when he noticed they were loose, hydrating us in the heat! The cenote was beautiful, tequila tasting was delicious. The beach was cool. The tacos were just ok, I'd recommend making sure you eat before you go. I wouldn't say this is a negative, but be prepared to drive yourself in one of their cars to follow the guide if the group is bigger. It wasn't a huge deal but I could see where this would frustrate people! Overall great experience and we will use this company again for our next cozumel trip. THANK YOU for a great time!!!

Sergio was an excellent tour guide! We had a great time!! We are going on another ATV Tour on 2/5/25 to the Jade Cenote. It would be really nice to have Sergio as our tour guide again!!!

Thank you for your review.
Both activities are really good option, specially if you like Atvs.
Hope to see you again in one of our activities

The ATV ride was in a circle on this guy’s property to two “holes” in the ground. There is more driving in a car than riding on a 4 wheeler. The “all inclusive lunch” is a small chicken fajita - the same guy who owns the adventure company owns the all inclusive. The all inclusive is super small. Small beach swim area. Small beach. Very pushy venders set up all over the place. Poor experience over all.
Response from Host, May 2025
Sorry to hear that.
We will continue to improve day by day
