Great value for the price. The communication before my trip was good. Nataly was very helpful at the airport when I arrived. I had a few questions during my stay and Monica V. was prompt and professional in assisting me. I recommend this service to anyone visiting Cozumel and will definitely use them on my next visit!

It was easy to find the Viator rep when we exited the airport. They had us loaded and on the road quickly. Our driver was very pleasant and delivered us to our resort in the estimated time. It was a great experience for transportation and we would use Viator again and would recommend them.

When I booked this it was for 4 people ( private) When we arrived we are crammed into a van. I am very unhappy with this service and would like to be contacted in regards.

Great Service - Great Value

The service did exactly what they agreed to. Airport pickup: They were easy to find at the airport. They arranged return pick up time before we left the airport. Hotel pickup: They arrived 5 minutes before scheduled at my hotel for return service. Great Value - highly recommend!!

I paid for a round trip and I was disappointed that on my departure date they did not show up and were not answering their phones : I had to get a taxi at the last minute which cost me an extra $20 / would really like a refund to my account Don’t count o them for departure

This was a terrible experience. Not only did I have to wait almost 30 mins, I was the last one dropped off so that was another hour before making it to the resort. I paid for roundtrip so please refund the remaining amount. I will find another way to the airport.

MTS Shuttle Service

Per a recommendation from previous travelers, we pre-booked and paid for round trip airport/resort shuttle service through MTS (Mexico Travel Solutions) to ALLEGRO. Our shuttle from the airport to the resort (12/31/25) was prompt, clean, and tour friendly. As per instructed, we made arrangements for our return service for 1/4/26 with instructions to be at the front desk fifteen minutes before our service pickup at noon. When our shuttle had not arrived by 12:15 at Allegro, the resort helped make phone calls to MTS. Since no shuttle arrived to pick us up, our resort was able to immediately procure a taxi for our family of 6. Upon our arrival to the airport, an MTS representative met us and informed us that there had been a scheduling issue. According to their schedule, they were not supposed to pick us up until April (4/4/26). The rep offered to pay for our taxi. However, since our taxi was less than we prepaid MTS and I wanted to ensure that our taxi driver received his full amount, I declined and requested a refund for our return service from MTS. The MTS rep agreed to make that happen. As of 1/17/2026, and after reaching out to the MTS company, we still have no partial refund and no further response from MTS. Disappointed, I will most likely use a different service on our next visit.
