Awesome Excursion!!

We had an amazing time on our Cozumel excursion! The ATV ride was a lot of fun, the tequila tasting was very informative, and the taco lunch was delicious. The whole experience gave us a great mix of adventure, culture, food, and relaxation. One of the best parts of the day was our driver and tour guide, Miguel. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave us a great tour along the way and even added in some impromptu Spanish lessons, which made the experience even more fun and memorable. Coco’s Beach Club was beautiful and relaxing. The beachfront setting was peaceful, the lunch was fresh and tasty, and the snorkeling was definitely a highlight. Being able to walk right from the beach into clear water and see colorful fish and marine life made it feel extra special. Overall, this was a fantastic excursion and one of the highlights of our trip. It was well organized, fun, and full of great memories. Huge thanks to Miguel for making the day even better. This was the highlight of our cruise! My husband and our three kids (ages 10, 12, and 14) all had an incredible time. Every snorkeling stop was beautiful, with crystal-clear water, colorful fish, and gorgeous reefs. El Cielo was absolutely breathtaking and unlike anything we've ever seen—even my husband, who is from Florida and has seen plenty of beautiful beaches, was blown away. The crew was fantastic—friendly, fun, and incredibly attentive. They made sure everyone was safe, even helping my youngest son back onto the boat whenever he got tired. The fresh fruit, ceviche, snacks, and open bar at El Cielo were all excellent. The professional photos were outstanding and well worth purchasing. Bring cash for tips and photos! We loved this excursion so much that my husband's family is taking the same tour next week because of our recommendation. 10/10—worth every penny. If you're visiting Cozumel, book this excursion!

Could not do a better...

Could not do a better trip with the family, we had eight people took us to great snorkeling areas, made sure we were safe, saw turtles starfish thousands of different fish. You end on the sandbar where they make fresh guacamole, cut up fruit, ceviche, all you can drink. Great pictures the captain and crew are fantastic. One of our best experiences in the Caribbean.

Best time in Cozumel with a great guide and without the crowd

Organized and timely communication. We loved our guide, Diego, who shared so much information about the island. Also had great recommendations of places to visit instead of the typical tourist-y destinations. We enjoyed the chocolate tasting at a family-owned chocolate factory, as well as the honey tasting at a bee sanctuary. These places were not on the shore excursions options from the cruise ship. We wouldnt have known about them without our guide. We truly enjoyed our final stop at the beach- considering there were 3 cruise ships on the island, our beach was not crowded at all! The food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Diego knew so many locals and was genuinely nice to everyone. We had plenty of time to get back on the ship. Highly recommend booking this private tour!

You are guaranteed a spot with shade all day. It includes all inclusive food and drinks. The only improvement will be rearranging tables for dinning away from obstructing the ocean view for the people staying in cabanas. Expect an influx of loud, drunk and inconsiderate cruise passengers. One woman was so drunk that she didn’t realize that one of her nipples was hanging out. Her friends were equally drunk as they did not even notice it!

Fantastic Way to Experience Cozumel!

We had a fantastic time on our tour. Not only was our guide exceptionally knowledgeable about the food culture and history of the area, she readily answered all of our questions about the food, life in Cozumel, local culture, and we had just a great time with her! The food was delicious - we had pork pibil tacos, homemade juices and beverages, empanadas de queso, local chicken soup, pastries and more. Highly recommend!

The instructor and the rest of the crew were great! They were very informative and took great care of all 6 of us. Even though we had a couple of nervous people in our group, they were patient and took extra special care with them. It was so cool to feed the fish and hold various sea creatures. I’m usually very apprehensive with animals and nature, but I didn’t hesitate one bit to hold starfish and sea cucumbers. Best experience of my life!!!

Exceeded expectations

Very pleased with the experience. Best day we had during our Caribbean Cruise. Booked direct with Viator, outside of the cruise and worked out great. Received communication well in advance and multiple times the morning of our experience. They coordinated us a taxi from the cruise terminal. Met us in the parking lot at the harbor. Fresh fruit and drinks ready upon boarding. Crew was on point. Drink never went dry and snacks/lunch never stopped. Food was terrific. Snorkel was fun and we saw a lot of fish. Towels handed to you every time you crawled back on the boat. Wifi on the boat kept our music playing. Our group was only 5 people but there was plenty of room for 10+. Two bathrooms on board.

My experience was...

My experience was AMAZING! From the taxi ride to check in everyone was so kind. The beach was beautiful and clean and there were so many vendors and massages and cooler things to try. But the best part was our waiter and his grandfather. We had to ask or want for anything they remembered what everyone liked and kept it coming . They were so kind and so much fun !! We loved it so much and definitely will be back. The only thing I will say is getting into the water is rocky. But once you past the shore it is AMAZING! Beautiful

Myself and my family...

Myself and my family loved every second of our day at Kuza! The beach was beautiful, the water park was fun, and the staff were all so friendly! Caesar was our waiter at the beach and was great! Chris was our waiter at the park and was fantastic! I would recommend this place to any family's looking for more of a family friendly vibe!!

Fun day riding ATVs

My family of 8 booked this while on a cruise to cozumel and had an amazing time! From the cruise ships you have to take a taxi to it. We arrived at tortugas and had some down time so we grabbed a beer. Our tour guide was Francisco and he was so fun. We hopped in a car and he drove us to a location about 5 to 10 mins away to get the ATVs. We followed him and he took us on all kinds of trails that had mud puddles so we did get dirty. But they have showers at the tortugas place. He took us to this cavern that had a cliff that we stopped at. We were able to jump off of it and into the water. Then we loaded up and headed back. Once back at tortugas, we got lunch. A free fajita was included in this deal and also a 1 hour open bar. The kids were able to play in the water and snorkel. We enjoyed our day so much and would do it again!
