Swimming with the Fishes

Went with two of my adult daughters and my granddaughter. We all had a great time snorkeling from this boat. Safety was a priority and the crew took good care of my daughter when she cut her toe on some coral. The drinks and snack were quite good and the views underwater were wonderful. Would recommend a swim shirt as sunscreen is not allowed and shoulders love to burn.

Very American-ized. They all speak English. Food is decent. The staff is very polite and attentive. We liked that we had a table all day to place our things and then have a spot readily available to continue ordering food and drink throughout the day. The kids LOVED the ocean bounce houses which Mr Sanchos refers to as their water park. It is an additional $14 bucks to use it. They also have jetskis ($88) and parasailing ($80) for rent. Plenty of lawn chairs to lay out. The beach itself was clean and the water was cool and refreshing. The water was very clear as well.

Great experience

By far the best thing we did on our trip! Javier, our guide, was amazing. Best one I have ever had on our many excursions. Saw tons of fish, turtles, starfish, sting rays, and a couple sharks. It was my son’s graduation trip and as an 18 yr old in Mexico he had a blast. The snacks on the board in the water were amazing and Javier make the experience super memorable. Captain Carlos was also great and kept up in spots to find the best fish. Recommend to anyone to use this tour company.

A great Adventure

We had a great experience. The boat was very cool and everything was super fun. Arrive early to find the office. It’s upstairs above some shops. Go for the boat ride and adventure. The snorkeling time was short but I knew that going into it. I only wanted to go for a while anyway. Tell them no thank you when it comes to the photos so you have more time to swim.

Fun snorkeling with experienced guides!

Great multi-experience snorkeling: coral reef, starfish, turtles, rays. Wonderful, experienced guides, Juan and Oscar, gave us a great, safe trip for all levels of swimmers. Boat was smaller than expected and all of our extra clothes etc got a little damp (might be worth it to rent a locker at the beach club or take a waterproof bag). Not a lot of size options on the gear, so if you are anything other than average, you might want to bring your own or request in advance. Snacks were reserved for the last stop, and had we known, we may have preferred to stay longer at one of the first snorkeling spots and less time eating at the end. But all in all, a fabulous time!

Taxi #78 Ruined It

The beach club itself was perfect in every way! It’s a shame that our taxi driver (Taxi #78 on 6/12/26) was intentionally rude towards myself and my family from the moment I paid him and tipped him. I paid $20 while getting into the taxi. That was a mistake. Based upon his reaction and the way he began treating us, I should’ve immediately gotten my family out and asked for another driver. I just didn’t want a confrontation in a foreign country. He topped it off by dropping us two blocks further away from the port entrance versus where the other taxis were dropping off. Despite that, we will be coming back to the beach club. Great food, drinks, service, short walk, clean facilities… My SINGLE bit of criticism for the beach club would be to have an option for a second umbrella for four lounges. We all four wanted and needed shade at times — not just two at a time.

Undersea adventure

This is the most fabulous excursion I’ve ever done. You have a helmet to breathe and it keeps you on the bottom. You are maybe 20-25’ downd. The fish are awesome. As you walk along the ocean floor they point out different things and let you hold the specimens. A conch shell with traveller, a rock crab and this crazy thing that was a cross between a daddy longlegs and a shrimp. Yes I bought the video!!!

Our snorkeling tour in Cozumel was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, upbeat, and genuinely entertaining, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The boat and equipment provided fully met our expectations, and everything felt well-organized and safe. One recommendation for families—if you’re traveling with a child under 8, you might consider bringing your own full-face snorkel mask. That said, they do provide smaller masks for children, which is helpful. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the care shown to our 6-year-old son. He was very hesitant to get in the water at first, but one of the guides (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) went above and beyond. He let our son ride on his back in the water while singing “Baby Shark,” which instantly helped him feel more comfortable. He then gave him one-on-one guidance on how to snorkel, and by the end, our son was doing it independently and having an amazing time. That level of patience and kindness meant everything to us. At the end of the tour, they offered professional photos. While they are an additional cost, they were absolutely worth it—beautiful, high-quality memories we’ll cherish. We booked this excursion pretty last minute, but walked away feeling incredibly grateful for such a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect Day

We lucked out with amazing weather. Our crew was informative and caring. The snorkel spots were perfect and not too long. The ceviche and drinks were amazing at the end of the trip to the sandbar. I have been to another sandbar in Oahu (which is my favorite place on earth) and this was the same if not better. Great amount of time for this excursion and all around a perfect activity for a trip with friends, family and others.

The most beautiful water I’ve ever seen!

This was a 10/10! Amazing excursion for the price. We got to snorkel at three locations, then hang out at Cielito Beach for a while after, where we had drinks (water and beer) and a snack (ceviche). We did get really sunburnt because sunscreen is not allowed due to the protection of the reefs. So I would highly recommend wearing one of those long sleeve swimming shirts. Overall, this was an amazing excursion, and I would for sure recommend it without a doubt!
