Get there early to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Food and drinks were great! Service was too notch and always around and attentive. Rode the jet skis and the banana ride, kids and I loved it! The resort was not overcrowded and had great vibes the whole time! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone! We will be back!

This is the number one place to be in Cozumel, the vibe,the food, the people, just everything was more than I expected. Cruisers give so many praises to others beach clubs but this is one is a go too for me. So whenever I'm in Cozumel you will find me at CHULA'S.

The transportation portion wasn’t great. When we went to leave we were told by the girl at the desk to check in with her and she would get our taxi when we left. Upon leaving we did just that and she acted like she didn’t know what we were talking about and she didn’t check me in when we got there. It was the same girl I checked in with, who asked for my name and ID and checked her list but when leaving she was very rude and said she didn’t have our name and had never seen us Oscar and Giovanni (waiters) were amazing

The beach area had a ton...

The beach area had a ton of seaweed and rocks. Too much for my comfort. They did have a good amount of floatable toys out in the water for use. They also have a pool which is what I used. Food and service was great. Not bad for the price. July 9th 2026.

The taxi guy tried to make us pay.round trip service to the beach which we kept telling him that we already paid all inclusive including travel. That was frustrating! If you didn’t know any better they would get you but not me.

On occasion some drivers may attempt to charge Guests directly even when transportation is already included and fully paid for. This is exactly why we always ask our Guests not to pay for transportation in advance under any circumstances. Not a real beach destination

My experience was AMAZING! From the taxi ride to check in everyone was so kind. The beach was beautiful and clean and there were so many vendors and massages and cooler things to try. But the best part was our waiter and his grandfather. We had to ask or want for anything they remembered what everyone liked and kept it coming . They were so kind and so much fun !! We loved it so much and definitely will be back. The only thing I will say is getting into the water is rocky. But once you past the shore it is AMAZING! Beautiful

Always a great time! There were some jellyfish that looked like a flat small piece of paper that enjoyed stinging people lol and the seaweed was thickkk and all over! But honestly had a wonderful time! drinks were great food was ok. Coconut shrimp was my favorite!

Had a great time as usual!!! I will always choose Chulas over the other beach clubs. Missed my usual server but Edson and Guty did not disappoint!!! Also went kayaking which was fun. Just bring water shoes, there’s rocks at the bottom of the ocean. 10/10 would recommend.

Chulas makes for a great day! Good food, drinks and amenities! Our teens enjoyed the water park/inflatables. The vibe is all about a good time. Know that they pack in the people. If you get there at noon -chairs are hard to get. We got lucky and a family was leaving the beach to hang at the pool and got their chairs.

Amazing place, bit sceptical at first with having to arrive by taxi from port however when we arrived amazing.. great choice of drinks, Angel our waiter was brilliant. Expect it to be busy and wear your water shoes in the sea as the first bit is a bit rocky. This was an excellent beach all-inclusive. Charmine and Gustave were our hosts while on the beach. We arrived early at 9:10am getting the choice seating front row on beach. Inflatables were great and there were paddle boats and kayaks available with no extra charge. We had been to Mr Sancho’s several times, but this one is so much better. It also included the transport there and back to the ship. I would highly recommend this beach over Mr Sancho’s There was 7 of us - 4 adults 3 kids ages 18-10

Communication is very poor. If you don’t have cell service or access to app it is very confusing. From time of booking til travel they change things.

From the moment a booking is confirmed, we provide detailed pickup instructions through the Viator/TripAdvisor platform, including clear directions for each cruise port in Cozumel. These instructions are designed to cover situations where cruise ships may arrive at different terminals. We do not change the meeting arrangements between the time of booking and the day of the tour; the information remains the same in the booking details. In this particular case, the main difficulty was communication as you did not have any way to contact us. Without you having access to a phone or the Viator/TripAdvisor app, it became challenging for our Team to coordinate in real time or assist. When our Guests follow the instructions and can contact us through the app or by phone, the process is very smooth. Even with the communication challenges, we’re glad we were ultimately able to provide the service. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps highlight the importance of reviewing the pickup instructions and maintaining a way to contact the Tour Operator on the day of the excursion. Not a great beach experience.

There’s not much that is relaxing about this spot. Lots of kids, the beach is rocky, and it’s packed! If you’re looking for a place to chill out, this is not it. If you’ve got kids and you need them to burn off some energy… you’re in the right spot. All in all it was a miss for us.

Don’t Go There!

Chairs are stacked on each other. No room in between. The most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat on. Could not even lay down they were so uncomfortable we could have gotten cushions for an upcharge but had already spent more than I wanted. After trying for 20 minutes to get comfortable in the chairs, we finally had to move. I was ready to come home but had spent quite a bit of money so if I could get a more comfortable seat, I would try. They did move us to more comfortably seating but you couldn’t not access the beach from there because there were so many rocks. Plus the beach is not crystal clear and had a lot of sea weed. The “toys” in the ocean were great if you had kids but I’d rather sit at a beach and look out over the ocean and not see the big blow up bouncy house things. We stayed in that spot u til I got a drink which took well over 30 minutes for one drink. After I got my drink we went to go to the swim up bar, which is not a swim up bar, and sat there for another 20 minutes waiting on a drink. And the bar was right there. I was so frustrated by them, I told my husband let’s just go. I had to go back down to the beach to gather our belongings m, still waiting on my drink. Finally upon returning I just went to the bar and ordered my Coke. Then we left. I was so disappointed cause last December we went to Mr Sanchos and I thought this might be better that Mr Sanchos. Boy was I wrong. While sitting at pool we noticed several families come in and out need up leaving too. I do not like giving bad reviews but I feel like we got burned.

For that reason, while we absolutely acknowledge that we can have busy or imperfect moments and are always willing to improve, the overall portrayal of your experience does not reflect what most of our Guests encounter during their visit. Regarding seating, when you mentioned discomfort, our Staff relocated you to a different section in an effort to better accommodate you. Accessibility to the shoreline can vary depending on the specific area and natural rock formations along parts of the coast. Seaweed and water clarity are natural conditions throughout the Caribbean and can change daily depending on weather and currents. These are environmental factors beyond the control of any beach club, though we work consistently to maintain our areas as best as possible. Concerning beverage service, extended wait times are certainly not our standard. On high-traffic cruise days, service can occasionally be impacted, but that does not excuse frustration, and we will review this internally to ensure we continue improving our efficiency. We understand that every Traveler has different expectations for their port day. Some Guests enjoy a lively atmosphere with family-oriented features, while others may prefer a quieter setting. We respect that preferences differ and regret that our concept did not align with what you were hoping for. This experience was absolutely amazing! It was a smooth transport to and from the port! Chulas all inclusive was fabulous! And the best people helped us! Hector and Miguel were fantastic!
