Basem our guide was great. He was informative and delightful to speak to and listen to. The driver was super amazing and the car was spacious and well airconditioned! The museum is so big that I recommend booking a 2 day tour to be able to see it all. Do ask for Basem because you won't regret it.... he made us feel like we where in the past.

It was an amazing experience sailing with Ahmed and captain. It was a private, intimate experience and he took the most amazing pictures of us. My husband said it’s one of the highlights of his stay in Cairo. A beautiful way to end the visit. Thanks Ahmed and Captain. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hussam from GEM Explore Egypt tour company was an absolutely outstanding tour guide and made our day unforgettable. He took my sisters and me to Saqqara and Memphis, where we saw the incredible Step, Bent, and Red Pyramids, along with the Sphinx in Memphis. His knowledge was impressive—he explained everything in a way that was both informative and genuinely engaging—and his sense of humor kept us laughing the entire time. What really stood out was how much he cared about our experience. Hussam made sure we were comfortable, having fun, and getting the most out of every stop. He also took amazing photos of us, capturing moments we’ll truly treasure for a lifetime. We chose to visit these pyramids before seeing the Great Pyramid, and it was the perfect decision—far less crowded and much easier to explore, which made the experience even more special. He also brought us to a restaurant with beautiful views of the pyramids, and the lunch was delicious. I also want to highlight our driver, who was extremely professional and a very safe, skilled driver. His car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made traveling between sites smooth and relaxing. We had a wonderful private full-day tour of Coptic and Islamic Cairo. Our guide, Farha, was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a simple and interesting way, which made the experience even more meaningful. She planned the day very well and took us to all the key sites without feeling rushed. We also visited Khan Al Khalili market and a place to get good quality papyrus, which we really appreciated. The driver was also very professional and made the journey comfortable throughout the day. Overall, it was a smooth, well-organised, and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Cairo in depth.

Great trip to Saqqqara and the bent pyramid, the fore-runners of the great Pyramids. Fantastic to go inside the bent pyramid, 235ft down a 45 degree opening with a height of 1.1m, hard slog but worth it. I gather you can get inside the red pyramid (the first true pyramid) but it's even harder. Saqqqara and it's surrounding excavations and painted walls are more interesting than the great Pyramids and far fewer people were there. It deserves to be better known.

An absolutely incredible tour, especially thanks to Mo. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough, particularly if you’re lucky enough to have Mo as your guide. He is hands down one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had, especially in Egypt. Mo is professional, charismatic, incredibly knowledgeable, and always one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. He truly made our day unforgettable and we honestly wished we could have had him for all of our tours in Egypt. We were beyond impressed. Mo is an absolute legend! The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The van was spotless and comfortable with a very professional driver, and the food was delicious. Everything was perfectly organised, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience.

Bishoy was our tour guide for this trip. He was very knowledgeable, kind and did what we wanted to do vs what the tour stated. He took us to a restaurant we would prefer rather than what the tour had listed and we really enjoyed that. We went to different shops perfumery, spices and then to Khan E Khalil Market. Definitely recommend Bishoy as he demeaned was very sophisticated and respectful unlike the other 4 tour guides we faced!

Talaat our king! Extremely personable tour guide, was a fantastic experience overall. Very knowledgeable and organized everything so all we had to do was enjoy and bear the heat. Sailing was more like 2 days but the accommodations are 4 days. Food is fantastic pool was a huge bonus. Lots of canopy cover on the upper level
