This was a wonderful and quick way to see the pyramids and the sphinx if you are short on time. Our guide was prompt and extremely knowledgable.

I booked this tour to avoid transportation issues after a previous scam with an Uber driver. Unfortunately, this tour was also a negative experience.
The guide was friendly at first. However, once we arrived at the pyramids, she brought me to her friend who owns camels. What we were doing and the cost were never explained. I had already mentioned that I didn’t want to ride, but the next thing I knew I was being asked to get on a camel. Only after the ride did I learn I was being charged 1,400 LE ($30), which felt unexpected and overpriced.
Later, the guide offered to take me inside a “small pyramid” for $13, saying she knew the security and I needed to pay cash. I entered one of the satellite pyramids near the Great Pyramid, while she stayed outside so she can “pay”. Inside, security confirmed that entry to this pyramid is free, and I observed other visitors entering without paying.
When I was dropped off at my hotel, I paid the $13 and gave a tip. Before leaving, she asked for additional money, first claiming the satellite pyramid cost $30, and then mentioning the camel ride again despite having already seen me pay for it. When I explained that the satellite pyramid is free and that I had already paid for the camel, she dropped the subject and left.
Booking a tour is supposed to protect travelers from situations like this, not create them. While the guide appeared friendly, the experience left me feeling misled and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this tour.

The driver was very nice, he seemed to be in a rush at the beginning, but then everything went well.
He wanted to bring me to some shops at the end, and I could have avoided it

Pyramids were great but tour experience was just ok. More focused on trying to get you to buy junk from their preferred vendors. Guide was ok but would probably have been better off just ubering there and exploring on my own.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience visiting the pyramids, thanks to my amazing guide. From the moment we met, she was warm, friendly, and professional. Her English was excellent, making everything so easy to follow and understand. She shared so much fascinating information about the history, culture, and significance of the pyramids — it was clear she really knows and loves what she does.
What impressed me most was how patient and accommodating she was throughout the tour. She always made sure I was comfortable, took the time to answer all my questions in detail, and never rushed me. She also had a great sense of timing, knowing the best spots for photos and the perfect moments to avoid the crowds.
Her passion for Egyptian history truly brought the whole experience to life. It didn’t feel like just a tour — it felt like walking through history with a friend who genuinely cared about making the day special. I left with a much deeper appreciation for the pyramids and the people who built them.

Excellent early view from Sphinx with pyramids in background before the crowds. Guide very informative, took lots of photos of us willingly and happy for us to go on camel/horse ride which we didn’t do.

We had a great experience with Islam! We opted for the “all inclusive” option and were not disappointed!!! We first had a both informative and fun (with amazing pictures) tour of the pyramid and sphinx, then we had a camel ride and lastly we went into the pyramid itself!!!
I genuinely would consider this the best guide you can book when in egypt- value for money is 10/10 and the tour itself was excellent. Thanks!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and also took care of me as a solo traveller. Took some of the best photos by the Pyramids, and also showed me the best spots for views and camel rides. Definitely will be booking with her again when exploring other parts of Egypt. Highly recomend!

This was by far our best day in Egypt! Our guide, Mohamed, was so fun and knowledgeable and he made this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity a super special day for my best friend and me! We really enjoyed seeing things up close and going inside the Great Pyramid. The camel ride was a blast and our guide took fun photos for us. We visited shops afterwards and had a great lunch to end the tour. Mohamed and this tour are both A+ in our book!

We had a great time on our private tour to Giza. Our guide Islam was great, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. It was a very hot day around 94 degrees and we were with kids. It's a lot of walking and no shade. Islam was flexible and customized the tour for us so we didn't do some of the things that were included but it was perfect for us. Highly recommended!

Make sure you wear some kind of long lightweight sleeves don't go around like these people with tank tops and bear shoulders you will fry in the sun period the camel ride was great was lot of fun should definitely try it we skipped going in the pyramid unless you have on pants and your physically able to crouch or bend and you don't mind the heat but even though we skip that we did not feel like we were lacking in any way to our guide was fantastic!

Our guide was okay but not the most informative, the driver was good with kids.
It being a festival we had to walk to the car which was about 10 minutes away as it was not allowed near to our hotel. This was not ideal for kids.
We were given water immediately.
We tried going inside the great pyramid but had to retreat as there were far too many people and not enough space. Not great for people with asthma or small kids.
We did not go near the Sphinx which is fine as it was far too hot for the children but it would have been nice to have been offered the chance.
The camel ride was fun.
Overall it was fine but the guide could have been better.

Tour guide had lots of knowledge and information. You could see he is passionate about his job. Had a really enjoyable time at the pyramids, the Sphinx and the camel ride! Driver also spoke very good English. Both were very accommodating and entertaining, finished the tour with a local lunch.

The guide Aladdin and driver yusuf were amazing. Really knowledgable and attentive. No hard sell with shops and knew all the shortcuts whilst also making us really really welcome. Would recommend in a heartbeat

Mohammed was great. Driver was great. Very nice funny and informative. Was told “getting an extra experience” and was brought to an overpriced perfume shop. But other than that, the pyramid and sphinx tours were amazing.

The tour guide was sleepy the whole time and seemed in a rush for me to see the sites. I felt I was being rushed. The worst part is the tour guide had me go to the panorama area by a 10-year old boy, who clearly struggled to manage to huge camels that are 10x his size! That was so irresponsible, and they were enabling child labor! It would have been different if the child was supervised by his parent, but he was practically left alone to tend to the camels, which was dangerous. The camels were not following his instructions and started making angry sounds in protest. In the end, he started punching and hitting them with a stick, which was an awful sight to see! This was a very bad experience with EMO tours! Do not patronize them!

Very disappointing as what we received is not what we paid for. The guide and driver were pleasant and provided some facts during the drive down. But there was no entry inside the Great Pyramid, despite showing the guide the Viator itinerary of this tour, he said no, you can have your photo taken by the entrance but can't go inside. I had to ask to go down through the temple to see the Sphinx like the other tourists. Why told "there's nothing to see in the temple". I said I want to get closer to the Sphinx, isn't that the way? Then he said Let's go. All very strange. Wanted to tell us the facts but didn't want us to see the Great Pyramid, the Sphinx and not allowed much time at the other spots. Whole trip including pick up and drop off was 2 hours!
