We had a great time. Special thanks also to our tour guide Talaat. He did all his best to make this trip a great success. Relaxed and humorous guy. The cruise 4 days/ 3 nights has quite a tight schedule but we saw kind of all highlights in this short time. Can really recommend it.

1.we order 3 people. Finally only add one bed in a twin bed room. no Triple cabin (bigger room) on the cruise. 2. not only the price mentioned in the viator. 100 USD per person for the ticket fee (more expensive than buying by yourself) and 10 USD per day per person for all the tipping was charged by the guide. 3. in the last day we were brought to a very expensive restaurant, which is full of tour/visitor. Overall, the trip is ok.

Avoid this Nile Cruise.

AVOID THIS NILE CRUISE! That was the worst experience for me and my girlfriend. It was not organized, and we did not enjoy the beautiful places in Luxor and Aswan because of unprofessional tour guides. We had different issues everyday. They will charge you extra for everything like local transportations and any drink even water. The tours were very short and extremely rushed, you won’t have enough time to enjoy anything like the beautiful temples. It was a waste of money and time. Just skip this Nike cruise company.

Nice cruise if you want to run around and see Egypt superficially and maybe relax a bit on a cruise

It was a beautiful Nile cruise, our boat name was Malaga and it was really nice, the stuff is awesome. The food was perfect, very big selection of food for each meal. The Gala dinner was New Years was the best. The things that are not mentioned in the itinerary or in the reviews but I feel is important to know is that the tips price are at a fixed price of 30USD per person and you have to pay on the first day. There was Nubian village tour that lasts 1h at a cost of 30USD per person and it started 10min after we got to check in into the room that we also had to pay for but since we didn't want to go, we got a refund on the last day. These things should be mentioned in advance. For big fans of Egypt that want to see and learn a lot, this is not for you. We were running in the temples w 15min of free time. Drove 6h for Abu Simbel to be there 1,5h. Luxor day was chaotic, the guide was late from the morning and rushed every single temple and sight. He explained things in 15min and then let us be free for 30min. This is not a guided tour then, other groups were seen in the temples w the guide explaining everything. Also, the guide forgot about us and left us in the valley of the kings on the last day, he had to come back after somebody told him we are not on the bus, didn't event apologize. Also, we lost 30min to go to some tourist bait musem to watch people bang on rocks instead of going to the Karnak temple (most of the group didn't want to go but the guide didn't care) also he asked us if we want to look at perfumes and the end of the first day, we all said no, he still took us there and we had to sit and listen to some presentation that nobody cared about, we were all so tired from running around. If you want to visit things in peace, and learn the history, then stay longer in luxor and take a private guide. We had to use the guide book we bought and google Gemini to actually know where we are. Overall was nice, but the guide and his tours were a fail. He couldn't even memorize all 15 of his participants, while we all knew each other. We always had to tell him if someome is missing. One day he gave 2 tickets to someone else, outside from our group without noticing it. He didn't notice that 2 people decided not to go on one of the tours, we all had to tell ih that they are not there. When you have a question, he makes you feel like you are being needy, keep telling you to relax and enjoy without answering questions. We had a flight at 7:45pm, at 8pm we were still at the luxor temple. We were panicking bc we had to arrive at the airport 2h before the flight, we kept asking him when is he going to take us to the airport. He kept saying, relax and enjoy. I don't know how can you relax and enjoy when your guide is late, takes you to places you don't want to go, rushes you trought temples, doesn't want to answer your questions when you are concerned about something. The cruise, the staff, the food, the room, the boat and the participants were all perfect and awesome and I give 10/10. The guide, his organization, his tours and explanations I would give a 3/10 You can't let people arrive on the boat and force them to pay for a nubian village tour they didn't know about(we had a group chat where he wrote all the prices and this,again, wasn't mentioned) and charge 30usd for 1h tour. Last thing, the guide gave us a link before our last day and told us to write a review before the tour is done saying: tomorrow is the last day, there will be no problems, so you write a review today. Thank god I didnt because the last day was a complete failure so I am glad I can write an honest one. The tour guide name was Khaled El Saady.

The cruise experience was thrilling. The staff on the ship (El Fostat) was very attentive to passengers' needs, and we got along very well. We took the package including all excursions with guide Khaled and were very pleased. We appreciated that the price included a tip for the staff, so we didn't have to worry about leaving tips. Paying everything by credit card was a big advantage. The schedule was tight: an early start for Abu Simbel, dawn for Edfu, and checkout at 7 AM on the last day. The excursions with the guide were interesting; he was passionate about sharing Egypt's history. A suggestion: using headphones would help when there are multiple groups with guides. The Abu Simbel guide (not Khaled) seemed rushed and disorganized, maybe due to handling multiple groups. Khaled arranged activities, including visits to shops and a typical Egyptian lunch. One downside: someone entered our cabin and stole our credit cards (luckily no cash was taken). We reported this, and Khaled helped us report the theft to the police, staying with us till dawn (thanks, Khaled). Overall, the experience was very satisfying, and I'd recommend it.

Let me start with the downside: the cruise ship seems to be low budget compared to other ships we saw. Its interior looked older and the service was not the highest quality either. The food was okay but many items on the drink menu were not available. Staff sometimes could not complete simple orders probably due to language barriers. So you might want to consider paying more for a better cruise ship. Otherwise, the tour is amazing because you see ancient miracles built thousands years ago. The cruise is also enjoyable with opportunity of sunbathing, taking a dip in the small pool, or watch the Nile and its surrounding. Talaat, our guide, was clear in communicating the programme and the daily plan and good at explaining the history of the sights. All activities including transfer and getting the tickets were well organised and smooth - something that should not be taken granted.

Talaat our king! Extremely personable tour guide, was a fantastic experience overall. Very knowledgeable and organized everything so all we had to do was enjoy and bear the heat. Sailing was more like 2 days but the accommodations are 4 days. Food is fantastic pool was a huge bonus. Lots of canopy cover on the upper level

Tour was well organised and executed seamlessly. Our Guide Michael was superb and well informed and had good knowledge of the monuments and sites. Best thing is he speaks English in Egypt 😂. Abu Simbel, Karnak, Luxor , Valley of Kings worth visiting sites. Evening visit to Kon Ombo in the evening on Nile bank was great experience. One of the highlight other than Abu Simble was cruise on Nile from Edfu to Luxor. Boat was clean, Staff was all smiling and food was great on the cruise. Ours was the last voyage of the boat with present owner. Hot Air Balloon could not be done due to bad whether that is the only miss. Great value of Money. Thanks to Michael for adding wonderful memories.

Egypt Best Holiday tour group guide is very customer focused. Especially when the issue arises, they were working very hard to resolve the issue. For example, while our return sleeper ticket needs to be on an early train when the original ticket was for later train for us to catch our flights, Tour guide worked very hard to change the ticket to an earlier train so it gives us ample time for our flights. Tour Guide should get a 5 star -rating while selection of cruise line deserves a 4 star rating as comparing with other cruise lines based on the service like Wi-Fi and quality of cruise facilities.

Sleeper train - not much of a sleeper train, very cramped, loud and noisy. Instead of taking the train the last day we booked a flight from Luxor to Cairo we did not like the train! Nile Cruise - the customer service was great, bedrooms were very nice, unfortunately our room was near the engines and was extremely loud while the boat was moving, we couldn't be moved because the boat was full. I highly suggest asking to move if you can! Food was mediocre but enough to get by. The pool on top deck was small but just want you needed. Tours - Most of the entrance fees are extra so be prepared to spend a bit more than what is listed on the price plus tipping. Lots of tipping, everywhere you go they ask for a tip. Try to carry small bills for that reason. The tours are mostly In the early mornings 5-6am and they try to get you back before the boat leaves again around 8-9am. Sometimes you felt a bit rushed due to this factor. All tour guides spoke very good English and very knowledgeable. Overall, It was a great way to see the country and sailing on the Nile was beautiful. I wish the whole price included the entrance fees, so maybe tack on an extra $200 per person for that maybe even more.

Some of the astounding treasures of Egypt were nicely explored with this fine tour. The Watania night sleeper train really does start the trip on a note of high adventure. River boat Radamis 1 was nicely appointed, very comfortable and well provisioned - well suited for a cruise down the Nile. The staff on board was also very professional and eager to please. At each stop - Aswan, Kom Ombo, Edfu and Luxor there was a modern private car with driver and a personal tour guide. All of the guides were knowledgeable and professional with Michael in Aswan and Hani in Luxor going above and beyond in providing an excellent experience. Just a couple of minor issues detracted from the trip including not knowing who the tour guide was going to be on advance and the compulsory shopping stops. I compliment Peter in constructing an affordable, highly informative and safe individualized adventure without the need for being on a large group tour.
