What are people saying about Bucharest

Perfect day!
I wish I could remember the guide’s name but he was also the driver of the van and we went on June 15, 2026 if that helps. He was great! It was really a lovely day and a wonderful tour of (at least a slice) of Bulgaria. The guide also recommended the restaurant to eat at, which most of us joined him there for lunch and really had a delicious, authentic and cheap Bulgarian meal. Couldn’t recommend this tour more!!

Interesting trip. Would recommend.
Interesting tour with Christian who was a great guide. A tip for others travelling. Bring something warmer to wear than you think you need. At first the 55 degree temperature feels fine but after an hour as your body temperature drops more it gets pretty chilly.

Bust trip to Transilvania, Romania 🇷🇴
My experience was good and bad. The trip booked through Viator was not good. We waited in vain for the bus but it did not show up. Many people were stranded. Lucky for us another bus tour was there abs the tour guide kindly allowed us to join the tour. The castles were beautiful and well beautiful and well worth the trip. Weather was perfect too. The tour guide was a bit choatic but she tried her best. I am still waiting for my refund!

Bucharest walking history tour.
This is an excellent tour for first time visitors in Bucharest or if you have been here before but didn't get to do a city walking tour. Our guide was Ed and he really filled us in with fascinating history behind all the places we visited! Brought the fall of communism to life so much that we practically felt like we were there! Excellent value for the money.

Bucharest is a multi-faceted European capital that has, in many ways, modernized rapidly since the fall of the Soviet Union. But it retains an old-world flavor that makes it a favorite among travelers. Learn about Romania’s complex past with history-focused Bucharest tours, then sample the city’s specialties on a food-focused walk and see major attractions like the royal palace. There are even excursions to popular tourist destinations nearby like Transylvania and Dracula’s Castle.
