Top Bucharest Private Sightseeing Tours

This tour was both entertaining and educational. My tour guide, Valentin, knew so much history about Bucharest. I learned so much in the span of two hours. We made several stops to get closer looks at landmarks and take photos. Valentin was incredibly friendly and we had a great conversation throughout the entire tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bucharest, or even to those who have been here before. At one point in my tour, Valentin was waved to by two passersby and he stopped to say hello, and they were residents of Bucharest who had taken the tour a year prior and remembered Valentin well. They had only great things to say about the tour and echoed how much they learned about their own city.

Absolutely stellar experience! Our private day trip to Dracula’s Castle, Peleș Castle, and Brașov was unforgettable, and Pavel was a huge reason why. From the very beginning, Pavel was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to spend the day with. Peleș Castle was absolutely breathtaking, Bran Castle was such a fun and iconic experience, and Brașov was charming and beautiful. Pavel helped make each stop feel special, and he was thoughtful about timing, photos, recommendations, and making sure we were comfortable throughout the day. This was one of the best tours we’ve taken, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Romania. Pavel is an outstanding guide, and we are so grateful for the experience!

Our tour guide did a wonderful job at explaining procedures for our three stops as well as giving us the the history of the two castle's and Brasov. The van we traveled in was comfortable and our driver did a great job, too. Peles Castle was amazing, "Dracula's" castle wasn't near as nice and most of the displays were focused on the "Dracula" story. Brasov's main square has many restaurants to choose from as well as stores.
