What are people saying about Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial

Absolutely must do!
It’s hard to describe how moving it is to be where D-Day actually happened and then to visit the cemetery where so many brave souls are laid to rest. We also learned so much about the planning and execution of the D-Day attack. It was a not-to-be-missed experience.

Worth It!
We attended the half day American and British Tour from Bayeux. Our guide gave us a lot of great history and local information, him being from the area. There were seven people on the tour. It was well worth it, and we are glad we booked this tour. A can't miss if you are here.

D-Day Tour with Matthew
On Sept 1 we took a D-Day tour with Viator. Our guide was Matthew. The full day was so informative and moving. Matthew was not only well versed with the historical events but also included some human interest stories from around the time of the invasion. He was very attentive to our needs and respectful of our time allocation at each of the locations. This was wonderful experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend. Thank you.
