This was a fantastic tour and our guide Miriam was wonderful. She allowed adequate time at each site to explore and explained the history of the area and what happened during D-Day really well. We didn’t have a lot of time to spend in the area, but thought this tour gave us quite a bit of perspective on the D-Day invasion. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Our guide Julie was excellent. She was friendly, funny, and exceptionally knowledgeable not only about the history of what happened in each site we visited, but also about the people who took part or were affected. We could not have been more lucky than to have Eric as our guide. He met us right on time and went out of his way to make sure we saw everything of interest to us - even beyond the highlights upon which this tour was to focus. His wealth of knowledge and well-prepared presentations brought the historic places we visited to life and made the very most of the short time we had to visit Normandy. As "highlights" tours go, this one was exceptional.

I learned a lot about the D-Day invasion. Our guide, Lauren, knew a great deal about WWII and talked with us constantly from the time we got in the vehicle until our tour was over. I would have appreciated hearing about how the people of the area dealt with occupation and what their response was when June 6th arrived. This would add some humanity to the presentation. She was well organized, and functioning on a timeline that didn't allow for conversation with her or between clients. Remember kindness counts!

We had such a memorable and meaningful time with our group and tour guide, Victor. I was able to bring my 17-month-old toddler along, and they provided a car seat, as well as a booster seat for my 7-year-old. Victor was very patient and understanding with the children.
There is no end to Victor’s knowledge about WWII and DDay. He was filled with incredible facts and stories.
The van was also comfortable and clean.
I cannot recommend this tour enough!

Adrien was a wonderful host. Adrien grew up in Normandy. His great grandfather was taken prisoner during WW2 and brought to Spain. The events of June 1944 are near and dear to his heart and you can tell he really cares. He is witty and funny. To truly understand the stories and what happened you need to do a tour. We were running late from Paris and they couldn't have been nicer. We highly recommend Adrien and this tour.

Omaha Beach/D-Day. Our guide Arthur was an encyclopedia of knowledge, professional, personable, and a delight! He arrived on time and in a very comfortable air conditioned van. Even tho the tour was 4+ hours, it really wasn’t enough time for us. Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, American Cemetery very moving, especially Taps and the Lowering of the flag was very emotional ❤️

We so enjoyed our guided tour of DDay beaches with Arthur. He was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and did a good job of explaining the battles. Despite some rain, he was willing to stand on the beach and continue with no loss of enthusiasm.. (He did offer us rain-free alternatives)
He was in fact a licensed French tour guide, as well. My sister, who teaches history and knows a good bit about DDay, learned new things on this tour and had no complaints.
