We couldn't have asked for a better guide than Anna for our Band of Brothers D-Day tour. She led our multigenerational group of five through the beaches, cemeteries, and memorial sites with a rare mix of knowledge, warmth, and pacing that worked for everyone from our 7-year-old son to our 70-year-old father-in-law. Her command of the history was extraordinary — my father-in-law, a lifelong WWII enthusiast, said it was one of the most meaningful days of his life, and Anna kept him fully engaged from the first stop to the last. What made her truly special was how she connected with our son. She spoke to him directly, asked him questions, made him feel like an important part of the tour rather than a kid tagging along. He came home talking about her by name and everything he learned. Anna made a heavy, emotional day accessible to a 7-year-old without diluting it for the adults — that's a rare gift. If you have the chance to book with her, do it.

Roma was a terrific, knowledgeable, and adaptable guide. She was able to move us from one site to another seamlessly and effectively and even added a stop at another place even though it took more time. She answered all the many questions asked of her.

Sophie was a wonderful guide. Gave us a great deal of detail and history and there was enough time to explore and rest or have free time. Picked us up right outside out hotel and it was a beautiful drive there. A lot of the visit was not what I expected and I likely should have checked for holidays but it was extremely busy. So many people visiting and such narrow walkways. It was exceedingly touristy inside with souvenirs and ice cream every few feet. If you arrive expecting epic congestion you’ll be fine. You can also just admire it from the outside. Many do.

My wife and I did the full day group tour and we were lucky enough to be the only guests. I was impressed this company didn’t cancel the booking or try to merge us with another group. Our guide was there on time and displayed the same level of effort just for the two of us. Our guides name was Bryce and he was passionate and knowledgeable of the events that took place. He also allowed us to make changes along the way to ensure we got the best experience. The van was nice and clean with great air conditioning. I highly recommend the tour, this company and Bryce as a guide.

We did about 20 to 30 miles bike ride from Bayeaux. Our guide Theo was lovely and the ride back along the cliff is beautiful. We saw things we wouldn’t have found on our own - the castle where the Nazis did their planning for the Atlantic Wall, the hill where the Allies distributed their fuel and bunkers. The visitors center at Omaha Beach was great and we already knew a lot of the information before going in. Recommend for a bit of physical activity and to enjoy the landscape and history.

This was a very insightful tour of the American battlefields of D-Day and a very nice tour of the American Cemetary. The guide, Raphaelle, was extremely knowledgeable of the facts of the invasion and stories of individual soldiers as they went thru this time in their lives. She is enthusiastic of her subject and loves her job. She is mindful and considerate of her clients and their needs. You will count yourself fortunate to have had Raphaelle guide you on this tour.

Great experience, with Remi, our enthusiastic, totally-knowledgeable, and fun-to-be-with driver and guide! Remi clearly loves his work and this era of history of this area where he grew up. He knew every detail to answer my questions (and I've read a lot of WWII history). One kind of treat was Remi's stopping briefly in a tiny village on the back roads we drove to get from site to site, to learn what life was like before D-day and after. Another was a short-cut drive via a particularly-beautiful small country road in this area where Remi grew up. And of course all the 'basics' were dramatic and fascinating, including Omaha Beach landing complexity, and building the gigantically-ambitious artificial harbor at Gold. The American cemetery was especially beautiful and moving, including being at the daily 4pm ceremony. And my wife totally loved the sidecar experience and driving in the open air!

Our guide, Thierry, was very knowledgeable. He added a lot to the tour with his detailed stories about some of the men who fought in these battles, and the tactics and strategies of the combatants and their commanders. He used pictures and maps of the action in his presentation. Wear comfortable walking shoes and be ready for a few close quarters and steps in the bunkers. Also be ready to stand as your tour guide details what happened in these areas in 1944. Come with your questions. Our guide time the ending to be at the EOD taps and flag lowering.
