There were many things to like. The guide was good. The audio technology was very helpful.
I'd say for a VIP experience there were a few things you should be aware of before shelling out the money. One is that the groups are large. 15 people. I think this would be better at 10 people, but I can't imagine the company will go that direction. While you do assuredly get to skip some lines, there were still a lot of lines. That's fine, but I would say 30% of the total 1.5 hours was spent waiting mostly.
None of that was deal breaking, but you should know what you're getting.

Our tour guide was so pleasant. Her calm presence gave an inviting atmosphere to ask questions. She was super knowledgeable about the cathedral. The cathedral has so many architectural elements and beauty. Be sure to check dates about construction as the cathedral will close for construction. They do hold mass.

Our guide was VERY knowledgeable as he had worked at Sagrada for a while He was from Barcelona and was very informative The tour was almost 2 hours long and time passed quickly. We stayed an extra 3 hours on our own and visited it more thoroughly based on his information

Our tour guide was Stephen and he was incredible. He is a local that has grown up in the neighborhood and is very familiar with the history and evolution of Sagrada Familia. He was one of the best guides I have seen do this tour. We were able to move past all the lines, he pointed out amazing details and gave context in the museum which was so helpful prior to entering the space! We truly enjoyed this so much!

I found the tour a bit short and kind of mechanical. And although I saw that the tour guide did exert some effort, it was clear he was not really into it anymore, sort of just going through the motion.
For me, the tour fee of around 95 euros per person was too much for the quality of tour I got. For lack of a better word, I'd say the tour was too "commercialized". I think it's better to do a self-guided tour than take this small group, sort of "exclusive", skip-the-line tour.

One of the most beautiful and amazing structures I have ever scene. The tour provided the perfect overview of Gaudi’s talent on display and the history of the beautiful and sacred Catholic Church. We went back later in the evening for a beautiful Mass following our tour. Lena was awesome and turned a bad weather day into the best experience.

Outstanding tour. Not only did we learn about the amazing cathedral, but we learned about the entire social scene in Barcelona at that time among various artists. You could tour this amazing structure on your own, but you'll get so much more out of it hearing the stories from someone who has studied this monument for years.

This was an excellent tour with a very knowledgeable tour guide, Bernard. He was a local Catalan and Catholic which I feel enhanced our experience since this was a Catholic cathedral in his hometown. Having a tour guide gave us so much more detail than if we would have had done it on our own. And of course we got to skip the line, which was very long.

Sagrada Famiglia is Barcelona! It is a must experience. Olga was our tour guide and she was the BEST! She's passionate, helpful, courteous and took good care of us in the group, including taking photos. My husband has a walking problem, Olga got a wheelchair and pushed it, all while taking care of the whole small group. This way I was able to enjoy the tour so much more. We learned so much! A must do experience in Barcelona. Can't wait to go back! And ask for Olga!
