This is the perfect small group experience and by far the best way to see the Sagrada de Familia. Olga E was exceptional and the best tour guide for us.
José was an excellent — friendly and knowledgeable guide to Antoni Gaudi’s masterpiece — The Sagrada Famalia. We have reason to be fair judges as this was our fifth visit to this magnificent church over the span of 51 years! When we were first here in 1975, only four towers were completed and the church had no roof. It has been the gift of a lifetime to watch it grow into what is today not only the world’s tallest church, but what in our opinion is the world’s most unique and beautiful church. If you travel to Barcelona and have never visited this Basilica, it is an experience you will never regret — and never forget!

Our Sagrada Família tour was absolutely wonderful! We booked through Viator, and the tour was provided by Crown Tours. The last time I visited Barcelona, I only saw the outside of the basilica. This time, I had the opportunity to experience the inside, and I truly believe it is a must-do for anyone visiting.
Our guide, Albert, was incredibly knowledgeable and brought the history and story of this magnificent basilica to life. His insight made the experience even more meaningful and memorable. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Albert as your guide, to anyone visiting the Sagrada Família!

Vitaly is awesome and knowledgeable (one of the questions was about the kind of stone used, and Vitaly pointed at different stones and explained where they came from!). Everything he talked about was interesting and relevant with a few personal photos and stories of him observing the construction progress. Vitaly gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and extra time at the end to chat more.
Although the tour cost was on the expensive side, the tour guide, the small group size, and the whole experience were worth it and became the most memorable part of our vacation. Visiting at 6pm turned out to be a good choice: low sun created beautiful lighting inside.
We experienced none of the issues I was worried about after reading other reviews for various Sagrada Familia tours. Of course, one has to arrive on time. Our tour started promptly at the scheduled time. The communication from Crown Tours was great, instructions about the meeting place were clear, and it was very easy to find the meeting place. Apparently, one person from Crown Tours gathers groups and then hands them off to the tour guides. The listening devices were all working well, the sound was clear, no one seemed to have any problems hearing and understanding Vitaly as long as they were within 10-12 meters range. Going through the security was efficient, it took, perhaps, 5-7 minutes to get our group of 15 through. There were many people inside, but not to the point where Vitaly couldn't easily (at least he made it seem easy) find a spot for our group to stop, look around, and listen to him. We could stay inside once the tour was over and explore more, including the lower level exhibits, where the tour does not go.

Great tour of the cathedral’s ‘greatest hits’. This is a great ~75 minute tour that goes around the outside facades, the main cathedral, and the underground museum. It skipped going up to the towers. Very much enjoyed the tour.

We had a good experience. The Familia is a very busy place with LOTs of people, yet our guide got us through. His name was Vitaly and did a very nice job for us. He, obviously, was personally very interested in the Familia — that came through during the tour.
