Our family had a great time on this tour! Muriel, our tour guide, was amazing!! She gave us so much history as we were walking around and obviously has a passion for being a guide. Food was great and not things we would have ordered on our own. Fun experience overall!
Albert was our guide for this “Barcelona Food Tour: Tapas, Paella, Sangria & 8+ Local Tastings” and it was fantastic. He gave us lots of history around the Barcelona food scene and history of the foods we specifically ate. Albert took us to some great local spots - a chocolate and candy store, a dried fruits and nuts store, a tapas restaurant, and a paella restaurant. Everything was delicious and ended up stuffed! There was only 4 guests for this tour so it felt very intimate and lots of one-on-one time with Albert if you had any questions. Would totally recommend!

Outstanding tour! Highly recommend! What a great way to experience Barcelona than through the sampling of local cuisine. Fun interacting with the other guests as well. The tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable of the city.

We had a great time on this food tour! The food was delicious, there was plenty of it, and we definitely left full. We also really enjoyed learning about Barcelona’s history along the way and getting to experience two different sides of the city, which made the tour even more interesting. The walking between stops was a nice bonus too—it gave us a chance to explore while getting a little exercise to help burn off all those calories! 😄 Fun, informative, and delicious. Highly recommend!

Jordi was a great guide. He dealt with several dietary restrictions in our group, very well. I would have chosen the meat and cheese stop over the nuts and spice store but we all had a wonderful time!

Jordi was an amazing guide! I thought it was great to learn about the history of each place we went to and passed by. We also learned about why we stopped at each place. Each place that was on our Sunday secret food tour was great! Everything we had was delicious! I also really liked that our group was small, only 6 people + Jordi. I highly recommend this tour with Jordi!

It was a fun experience. We sampled many different ethnic food and drinks for Catalonia. It's a great way to learn the culture and community. There is some walking between stops but not too much. Our guide Muriel was personable and funny and lots of fun!

The tour was very fun. You start off with sweets the first two stops, then tapas and paella. The vermuth and sangria were the best. But maybe don't be like me and schedule it in the first half of the day because day drinking wiped out the rest of my day I had planned. I did not make it to my walking tour I had scheduled afterwards.

The food was very tasty, and the variety was very good. We also got to try some yummy spices unique to the region. All the restaurants except the last one were super crowded, so we were shoulder to shoulder with the other patrons on the tour which made eating a bit uncomfortable with 6 people at tables meant for 2.

Another great Viatour choice in Barcelona! Our guide Muriel curated a delicious tour through Barcelona specialties in food and drink. Along the way she wove in stories of Spanish culture to put the food in context of everyday life here. Every stop was delicious: freshly made churros with chocolate sauce, turrons, assorted tapas, paella, and sangria. Some of our best food in Barcelona was on this tour. Be sure to arrive hungry, because you get a lot of food. Muriel's English is excellent, and her style is upbeat and energetic. Highly recommend!

A nice sampling of food with a knowledgeable guide. We had a sample of sweet things and snacks and moved on to more substantial food at the last two restaurants, including paella and sangria.
