We had a fantastic time on this tour. Our guide was amazing. He showed us many things and the timing was right. We never felt rushed but did a lot. Love the amazing sights!

No driver showed. They don’t have a driver for our tour but didn’t bother to notify us. We received a full refund but had to call

We did not get a guided tour as we expected. The driver barely spoke to us and his English was difficult to understand. We have used Viator before and were very pleased. This was a disappointment and we felt overcharged. It was more like a taxi (we were in a taxi) drop off service.

The traveler will get to see some of the main sights of the city. The information provided by the guide was not in depth nor did the guide seem to have much historical prospective. We had to ask a lot of questions to get info from him. Perhaps we should have been more clear that we anticipated learning about Barcelona. The guide was friendly.

I think this would be a great intro to Barcelona, but our tour guide was either new or just not a good guide. He was pleasant, but no one in our party of 4 could understand him. He was also very monotone. In addition, there were 4 of us crammed in a small cab. I know things are smaller in Europe, but the three of us were very uncomfortable in the back seat. We were tired from travelling overnight and the person in the front seat fell asleep during the tour. Again, he was very nice and kind, but we didn’t learn much from him.

We had a super tour with Fernandes. My partner is on oxygen and unable to walk much distance. Fernandes adjusted our stops with great care which we really appreciated. He talked to us about living in Barcelona which brought the city alive for us.

It is a great overview of what the city has to offer. Enough time at each location for photos and to decide if it’s something you’d like to come back to explore in more detail. Our driver Jordi had good English and was full of useful information.

Our guide Saed was awesome. I, unfortunately forgot to buy tickets for some of the sites, so we asked Sawd to choose a route for us.
We were picked up early in the morning and he took us to several sites. We ended at Park Guell, but loved having Saed be our guide. He was a ton of fun and I would definitely choose Saed again!!

Albert, our guide was very nice. He was waiting for us when we got off the ship and was a great driver but not a tour guide. His English was limited and during the 4 hour drive we passed many monuments and sights that he did not or could not describe or give information on in English. He tried so hard that we could not help but like him but he has not received enough training as a guide. We felt this tour was very over priced. More like a 4 hour taxi ride than guided tour. In fact, I feel we should receive a refund.

I booked this last minute, had a day to spend in Barcelona so I thought a day tour would be the best way to see most of the sights. It was a private tour for a family of three for almost $500 USD for four hours!! We were picked up in a car taxi. The driver was a nice enough guy but I would not go as far as saying he knew well enough to be a tour guide. He dropped us off to the sites to walk by ourselves and he stayed in the taxi which I guess in Barcelona parking is hard to find so that was convenient for him. Nothing really stood out as far as the tour and the tour guide. Not worth the money we paid for at all!! Do not recommend this! We were really disappointed

The listing said that tickets were not included in the price but were not told to purchase weeks in advance. We assumed we would enter the Sagrada Familia. Our guide was very nice but we were very disappointed that we had counted on Viator got this visit to Barcelona.

We had a fabulous day with our guide George. We truly felt the love, he has, for his city, Barcelona. He arrived a little early and sent a text message advising us what we could expect for the weather that day. He shared his knowledge of art, architecture and history with us. The driver arrived at the hotel on time driving his taxi. He immediately told us he was just the driver for 4 hours & not a tour guide. Hmmm... he was local & once he got use to us, gave us some information about the sites on the tour. but very little. Then near the end of the tour, we asked if he could provide our family of 8 a ride to the Flamingo Dinner Theatre. He was very accommodating in meeting our request & provided two taxis to meet at the hotel, later the same evening. He charged 42 euros for each car! Total 84 Euros for a one way trip less than 10 mins. Our way back from dinner was on 20 Euros per car. Feeling a little ripped off & taken advantage! I would not recommend this Tour.. or this Taxi service. You can learn & see alot more with any other company.

If you are in Barcelona for a short period of time...I highly recommend this 1/2 day tour. Ferran picked us up from the hotel exactly when he said he would and took us to places that we would not have seen without his guidance. We saw amazing architecture, panoramic views of this historic city, the Sagrada Familia, the mall that used to be a Bull Fighting arena and so much more. Having a knowledgeable, friendly guide like Ferran was a perfect way to explore this amazing city when you are only staying there for a short period of time. Thank you Ferran for a great day! I highly recommend Viator tours and will use this company for further travel tours!

We saw many parts of the city, even some less touristic place like Los Bunkers, and thought we were lucky to have a Sunday to tour, with less traffic, even though many places were closed.

It was only a taxi driver dropping us at certain locations without explaining anything. He was just waiting for us in the taxi. 400€ for this is a scam. Would have been cheaper to just hire a taxi!
