Fantastic Tour!

Omid, our guide and Luz, our driver were fantastic. Despite the unforseen Catalonia Day activities and demonstrations Omid met us as planned, a 3 minute walk from hotel. The sights and information were excellent-- walking tour of the Old Town, Sagrada Familia, and PA e c Guell. Omid provided fascinating insight and information. Luz navigated us all safely through crowded streets and the numerous celebrations. Highly recommend this tour!

A lot of walking within...

A lot of walking within the museum, but there are portable seats available. We did not know this until we were at the end. Ask the tour guide or a museum docent. A few places to sit along the way, but not many. Tour guide was knowledgeable and gave great insights to Picasso's work and life. There is a museum Cafe close to gift store that we enjoyed afterwards.

We visited Monserat, Girona, and Costa Bravo (Tossa del Mar) The tour was great. We had Roger and Mateo explaining the history of each place. They were friendly, funny, and helpful. I would strongly recommend this tour. We would not have been able to see so much in one day!

Ask for Arneta as your guide

We had a 5:30 PM tour and that was a lovely time to see so many reflections inside Sagrada Família. It is an incredible structure, but where we lucked out was being in a tour with Arneta as our guide. Her passion and knowledge was wonderful. Funny, clever, engaging and informative. Also not having to wait in line to enter was worth it. My husband said this was his favorite tour we have ever been on.

Best thing to do when you first get to Barcelona

This was the absolute best decision we could have made as the first activity we did in Barcelona. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and had some great recommendations. The reason this was so worthwhile was because we had never been to Barcelona before, so this walking tour really gave us the lay of the land so that we had a general idea where we were throughout the rest of our stay.

Francesco is an excellent guide

Superb tour with skip the line tickets. Francesco has really got to know Gaudi and all that motivated him when designing and overseeing the early construction of La Sagrada Familia. We appreciated the faith journey. We were given proper over the ear headsets, which, as hearing aid wearers, made it really easy to hear the guide. At the end of the tour we went to view down to he crypt where Gaudi's tomb is. The meeting point for the tour was perfect for us, because it was next to the taxi rank. We had travelled from our cruise ship dock by taxi and returned the same way.

Must do in Malta!

Salah was amazing. Informative and flexible. He advised us on the order of our trip to allow us to see everything. He helped us to see the sites most efficiently and was available and willing to meet our needs throughout the day. He was quick to point out public restrooms, and point out which ones were the cleanest. We needed to find an ATM and he was happy to assist. I can’t imagine seeing Malta any other way!

Beautiful tour not to be missed!

Miguel was a wonderful and informative guide. He met us near the church at a clearly marked location. He gave us information about the outside of the church before we entered and then led us through the inside of the Sagrada Família, patiently explaining about the significance of the windows and columns inside. We learned so much and enjoyed our tour. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Great Half Day Tour!

This was a great experience and a highlight of the trip. Its a great half day option from Barcelona. Keep in mind you will have to taxi to and from the meeting point, its a bit on the outskirts of the city. The grounds of the vineyard are stunning and historical. The tours of the cellars and guides are an amazing experience. You tour 2 vineyards owned by the same family, one is still wines and the other is cava. The tastings are delicious and wines are very good. Would recommend!

Vitaly is awesome and...

Vitaly is awesome and knowledgeable (one of the questions was about the kind of stone used, and Vitaly pointed at different stones and explained where they came from!). Everything he talked about was interesting and relevant with a few personal photos and stories of him observing the construction progress. Vitaly gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and extra time at the end to chat more. Although the tour cost was on the expensive side, the tour guide, the small group size, and the whole experience were worth it and became the most memorable part of our vacation. Visiting at 6pm turned out to be a good choice: low sun created beautiful lighting inside. We experienced none of the issues I was worried about after reading other reviews for various Sagrada Familia tours. Of course, one has to arrive on time. Our tour started promptly at the scheduled time. The communication from Crown Tours was great, instructions about the meeting place were clear, and it was very easy to find the meeting place. Apparently, one person from Crown Tours gathers groups and then hands them off to the tour guides. The listening devices were all working well, the sound was clear, no one seemed to have any problems hearing and understanding Vitaly as long as they were within 10-12 meters range. Going through the security was efficient, it took, perhaps, 5-7 minutes to get our group of 15 through. There were many people inside, but not to the point where Vitaly couldn't easily (at least he made it seem easy) find a spot for our group to stop, look around, and listen to him. We could stay inside once the tour was over and explore more, including the lower level exhibits, where the tour does not go. No issues, great guide, great tour!
